Personnel of the jaw surgery is super friendly and really puts you at ease! Really compliments for that. Minus are the waiting times. The last time their lunch break ended, so we were in the waiting room for at least twenty minutes longer.

When checking my invoices with my health insurer, I discovered that invoices from specialists at the RKZ from January 2012 are now only being submitted to my health insurer. Invoices from later in 2012 have yet to come, let alone those from the first half of 2013. Any other company that waits so long to submit invoices to their customers would have been bankrupt for a long time!

The aforementioned hospital has really pulled out all the stops in connection with corona to keep the virus out. Covid-19 are well observed by staff and visitors. Top three of best hospital in the Netherlands. Friendly and highly skilled specialists, doctors and nurses in the intensive care unit. Perfect care and aftercare. And also most of the reception staff on the ground floor at the entrance of the hospital are friendly and helpful. all respect and appreciation for them, thank you very much.

Waiting time of more than 6 weeks in Zaandam. Due to accidental vacancy, I can go within half a week. Listens carefully to the question, made extra time available in case something had to be done (in relation to Zaandam, where I had to make a follow-up appointment depending on the judgment). By giving incomplete instructions with regard to the medicines prescribed by the doctor, I contracted liver poisoning. Have complained about this but have never been able to speak to the responsible doctor. And what's worse, they don't see it as their responsibility to adjust things and avoid recurrence. The arrogance that is shown is really below par!

Top experience! Excellent care, after I had a bacterial infection in another hospital and had lost confidence in good results. The specialists in the RKZ radiate trust, listen sincerely, communicate clearly and come up with an unambiguous treatment plan. My special thanks go to Dr. Gardien, Dr. De Wijn, Dr. Van Trier and, last but not least, the wound nurse at the burns clinic. Really fantastic!

Very rude lady on the phone. Reference GP. I would be called for examination appointment. Lady made an appointment for intake. I asked the reason for intake. If only I had to ask was the answer. I asked which doctor and desk I should go to. Finally want to know by whom and what I will be helped. I got the rude answer that when I checked in at the desk I knew everything. Hello. I had cut in the right arm I called the hospital and I was advised to drop by to take a closer look. Upon entering, I was soon super kindly helped by the desk staff and then I was referred to the GP post what a top doctor she was. She treated the wound with love and I got all the information I needed. I live in Zoetermeer but what a super hospital is the Red Cross hospital in Beverwijk. My gratitude.
