Personnel of the jaw surgery is super friendly and really puts you at ease! Really compliments for that. Minus are the waiting times. The last time their lunch break ended, so we were in the waiting room for at least twenty minutes longer.

When checking my invoices with my health insurer, I discovered that invoices from specialists at the RKZ from January 2012 are now only being submitted to my health insurer. Invoices from later in 2012 have yet to come, let alone those from the first half of 2013. Any other company that waits so long to submit invoices to their customers would have been bankrupt for a long time!

If you need help they are very quick for you and they are happy to help you create a good atmosphere and you are well taken care of.

Slow reply to a simple request, they lost my details twice...staff inattentive......

what a terrible happening on the internal, I have already whined 3 times if I can get my data, ridiculous that a doctor, Dr. Valk, has to give permission to have my own, my property !, information, already have one letter written about it, heard nothing, after 10 days of calling, she knows nothing (!) you can also see that it is loss-making, everything old and nasty atmosphere, at the blood collection station, with 50 people waiting for me, there was 1 lady, upon inquiry it turned out that others were ill, not substitutes? had to wait an hour and a half ... never come again

The aforementioned hospital has really pulled out all the stops in connection with corona to keep the virus out. Covid-19 are well observed by staff and visitors. Top three of best hospital in the Netherlands. Friendly and highly skilled specialists, doctors and nurses in the intensive care unit. Perfect care and aftercare. And also most of the reception staff on the ground floor at the entrance of the hospital are friendly and helpful. all respect and appreciation for them, thank you very much.

Oral surgery
Waiting time of more than 6 weeks in Zaandam. Due to accidental vacancy, I can go within half a week. Listens carefully to the question, made extra time available in case something had to be done (in relation to Zaandam, where I had to make a follow-up appointment depending on the judgment). A lot of information in advance, also during treatment a lot of information. I was really seen, heard. Virtually no pain afterwards, despite the 50 paracetamol that I had purchased, needed nothing.
Very satisfied by friendly, decent, fast adequate treatment.

By giving incomplete instructions with regard to the medicines prescribed by the doctor, I contracted liver poisoning. Have complained about this but have never been able to speak to the responsible doctor. And what's worse, they don't see it as their responsibility to adjust things and avoid recurrence. The arrogance that is shown is really below par!

Top experience! Excellent care, after I had a bacterial infection in another hospital and had lost confidence in good results. The specialists in the RKZ radiate trust, listen sincerely, communicate clearly and come up with an unambiguous treatment plan. My special thanks go to Dr. Gardien, Dr. De Wijn, Dr. Van Trier and, last but not least, the wound nurse at the burns clinic. Really fantastic!

Very rude lady on the phone. Reference GP. I would be called for examination appointment. Lady made an appointment for intake. I asked the reason for intake. If only I had to ask was the answer. I asked which doctor and desk I should go to. Finally want to know by whom and what I will be helped. I got the rude answer that when I checked in at the desk I knew everything. Hello. Yes indeed hello rkz. I go to a hospital where they respect me. Such a shame

we went to the red cross hospital in the MKA / dental surgeon department last Monday 9:10 my wife continues to bother her mouth very much and when we call to ask if that could be looked at we will be very treated unfriendly and rude so if you get a referral from the dentist for the dental surgeon do not go to the red cross hospital in Beverwijk because the care and aftercare of the mka department is really bad she has not been able to sleep for 4 days now and she have to keep cooling with a cool pack and keep taking paracetamol and that while she may also be pregnant what an incredibly fucking hospital they do not have to help me and my wife anymore then I will go to Haarlem or another hospital but certainly not more to Beverwijk

The room was dirty I found many hairs that were not mine and needle on the floor. They also forced treatment against my will. I lost faith in the medical treatment of the Netherlands. I felt like a prisoner.

Speak English and a little German, very friendly.
Ambulance means Spoedeisende hulp ...

I had cut in the right arm I called the hospital and I was advised to drop by to take a closer look. Upon entering, I was soon super kindly helped by the desk staff and then I was referred to the GP post what a top doctor she was. She treated the wound with love and I got all the information I needed. I live in Zoetermeer but what a super hospital is the Red Cross hospital in Beverwijk. My gratitude.

Fortunately I don't come here often, but in those years I have always been very satisfied with the visit / treatment.

Good experience with the emergency department and the children's department. Other departments are islands where (too) little or no communication takes place.
