I experince some racism ,lots of inconsistency in who was in charge and how projects were suppose to go. The management had no real respect for the temps that came to help and not hinder, no accountable for workers that made mistakes and then try to blame those who have been experienced in the business for 20 years. Power tripping at its worst. There will always be a shortage in good quality workers due to how they are being treated. Maybe that why they have so many temporary workers ,blamed temps for there workers attention to detail problems.I was told I didn't fit in. Guess my work ethic was to good for them. I wont apologize because I do great work and know how to listen to instructions, I shouldn't be punish for others not want to do quality work etc.

Staff up America temp agency presented me with this opportunity. I was iffy about this due to it being In Waukesha wi and knowing how racist comments have been made about this area for a time before me. I still took the opportunity due to me taking a vacation from teaching at Milwaukee public schools and needing to make extra money and keep busy. Work was relevantly easy because it s just packing sequences of box decor in boxes on a line shared with 20 other people. The manager or supervisor has an expectation to have every box hand packed perfectly with no mistakes for 12hrs. Muiltiple people have went to the restroom leaving management to cover for them. Now I don t know if it s purposely done but items get messed up all of a sudden when people go to the restroom and management don t take responsibility for their actions. People can t count or see and no one speaks up and acts as if they do not see the issues. Only being at location for 2 days you constantly hear threats that you will be dnred- do not returned as a whole line ... walking on eggshells.. management skills are below any company I have seen but I do understand the expectations. There is no mediation for incidents or any resolutions but you will be dnr as a whole for others faults and issues. I wouldn t want to work for a company you have to walk on eggshells anyways.. I got dnr for one box and issues that I had nothing to do with.. I wouldn t do a contract with this company because you may pay billions and is not structured enough to do a simple job. Doesn t take degrees or common sense to put cardboard displays in a box but yet I will carry along in my own field and never have to contract with a company like this.. who would want to return to an organization you walk on eggshells for 12hr and $10hr while they make billions to complete one project. Stop hiring drug addicts to run your company and people with no management skills to direct - employees! Josh has no management/ coping or people skills and marcorina/Macarena or her name is similar can t see or read and count in English. Nancy was caught doing drugs in the restroom and left the evidence... treating and tritching every few hrs.. how could anyone go along with the behavior... speak facts and stop sugar coating ... rumors from custom staffing is that neither Nancy or Macarena can keep a job.. and I don t work for them..

I have worked her twice both times you have to deal with children being put into positions of "power". The reality is when you have terible work force to choose from because you pay terible. You cycle through a bottom of the barrel to get the peraon count. Literally comes down to poor managment every time. Im not sorry but when someone treatens your well bwing makes you feel like you have to watch your back. Then the managment who is supposed to be the ones who prevwnt situations and fire those who cause them... But no they have a child as a assistant floor "mngr" who warned me to watch my back and dont mess with xxxx or ill get my @$$ beat..... Ummmm no. Im not sorry they this gentleman didmt want to do his job. Im sorry only for giving you my best work you all think its bad work force.. No bad workers only reflect their superior. Read a book. Youll fimd out how wrong you are. Thank you again for reminding me how correct i was for leaving the last time. This place is a joke. And not worth your time. If you do buisness with them chances are of you ordered 1000 peices if you individually wemt through everyone your would never find consistancy in quality... I have worked here and watched how they train. Watched how the management picks the best of the best to creat samples and trick you into believing that quality is through out. Companys that need tobe bought out to survive... Are dying. Not thriving. Not one person on second shift has been their longer then a year.... And.... A year ago this was also true. Turn over defines two things attempts to revitslies or deminishing issues... The last two weeks i worked we reworkex everything from third shift .... Good luck waitig for your arrival times. Find somoene more consistant..
