Neil photographed the Michelle Obama Book Tour and he has been nothing but kind, patient, and generous. i was so grateful he captured the moment of the candid photos of me crying in front of Michelle Obama. Those photos are more meaningful to me than the actual posed photo. He was incredibly kind and also took a photo of a few of my friends and i. i couldn't be more thankful for Neil and his generosity. Highly recommend. What a great guy and beautiful photos. i love that he captures the candid photos, which, in my opinIon, are the most meaningful and important.

We hired Front Room for our wedding photography in 2016, and we couldn't be happier. Their photography is not only gorgeous but every step of the way they were there to guide us and answer questions. Their contract & fee structure is easy to understand. I especially appreciated all the preparation meetings and emails to make us feel at ease with a busy and emotional day. Thank you for the wonderful, beautiful memories and for the excellent customer service.

We used Front Room Photography for our wedding photos in April 2018. They are on the more expensive end, but after all, photos are all you have after your big day and we are happy that we did not spare the expense. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful and the turnaround time on receiving them was quick! Just over 4 weeks. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because there was some communication errors that resulted in our photographer leaving earlier than scheduled. They handled the situation very graciously.

Neil and his team were absolutely phenomenal to work with. Their attention to detail, willingness to capture great content, and interview skills has been the sole contributor to this wonderful video they produced! Their process for creating a powerful video for our fundraising event has been the best process we have encountered so far. We would be honored to work with them again and would recommend Front Room Studios to anyone we know!

We hired Eron about 2 years in advance for our wedding and their communication leading up to and after was exceptional. The finished product also turned out great.

The tell that this company is worth hiring is that they're first committed to quality and customer satisfaction, money is secondary.

Front Room made us feel part of the family from day one. They took the time before the wedding day to plan out with us all of the photos we would want, from family shots to post-dinner alone time. Neil and Rich were great on the day of the wedding as well, keeping us on task and capturing the magic of the day, usually keeping out of sight. Neil's preparation and artistic eye showed in the final product. Can't say enough good things about Neil and Front Room!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. While our engagement photos were beautiful, the same could not be said about our wedding photos. We were left totally devastated and disappointed with the poor quality of a large portion of our photos, many of which are not worth printing.

My experience was a nightmare.

Many of the images were taken from so far of a distance and then zoomed in, making the subjects of the photo grainy. B/c many images were already zoomed in, it would have been impossible to achieve a clear photo of the subjects in many of the images and would have only further added to the graininess. Many of the images were color distorted & seemed amateurish and unprofessional. Poor attention to detail when taking photos, like what's in the background, etc. Images had backs of people's heads and columns from our church. Images were also supposed to be cropped for distraction, some of which still were not fixed after the 3rd round of edits. There was very limited guidance on posing.

3+ hours were used one day and 9 were used the next day on my contract and the second day was with 2 shooters, but for some reason only a handful of my husband & I both looking at the camera from a medium distance were taken & approximately 2 were delivered, neither of which I liked. I should have also had more than ~2 to choose from. None were up close / portrait style.

The day of our second ceremony, the photographers were running behind schedule (it happens), but they refused to listen to me that I did not want to go to our outdoor ceremony site so close to the cermeony time b/c people would be arriving and I didn't want anyone to see my dress. I was assured multiple times that there were no guests there and no one would see me. My bridesmaids were looking at me asking why won't they listen to you? Well, a huge number of guests DID see my dress. Something most brides would not want. Not only that, the first look that had to be done at THAT location, the photographer who was supposed to be capturing my husband's reaction, and told me when to go, didn't even capture his reaction!

The day I received the photos, I indicated to the owner that the images were not acceptable. I asked to meet to review the images and see how we could fix them, to which he agreed, but never did meet in person. I asked to speak to him on the phone to explain how I wanted things fixed, but refused to speak with me on the phone for 2 months and never met other than to pick up a hard drive (which didn't work with PCs). He also back tracked on meeting at the phone call 2+ months later saying it was because of "covid".

Over the 2 mos, it was a lot of one way communication asking why the images turned out the way they did with very little explanation. Questions I asked for specific answers on would not get answered or were glossed over. I asked if particular images existed and if we could meet to see if there were any images that were not included so that I could identify things that were missing (like portraits of my husband with his dad on the second day), photos of my husband and I up close both looking at the camera, these questions were never answered. instead I was given a drive with 8,000 images to sort through by myself, which was treated like they were doing me a favor. I sent emails that would go unresponded to for weeks at a time, despite me following up.

When we finally got on a zoom call, the owner was extremely rude & condescending. Part of the resolution was I was supposed to have a release given that day for me to have an editor of choice try to salvage the photos, instead it took multiple follow ups and over a week. IMO bad faith that they truly wanted to fix things. The remaining items agreed upon were never done.

It will now cost me additional funds to have someone else try to salvage what's here. My cc has started to return funds under purchase protection. There's more, but I'm out of characters

I would highly recommend Front Room to anyone. The photos of our wedding day were delivered quickly and are absolutely stunning. Neil and his team were great to work with.
The weeks leading up to the wedding were stressful (as they always are but especially so with COVID-19 making plans uncertain), and Front Room was a huge help in organizing things. When we were uncertain about doing first look photos in advance of the ceremony v. during the ceremony itself, they walked us through the pros and cons of each and helped us see what the day s schedule might look like both ways. When we decided to do first look in advance, they had suggestions for locations, and were great even with a last-minute change.
We have amazing photos from throughout the day, from getting ready in the morning to first look, the ceremony, then the small dinner reception we held afterward. We had let them know in advance what specific photos we were interested in, and they came prepared with a list of what we wanted, and even accommodated us when we asked for additional specific photos on the spur of the moment but we got so much more than that. People who I have shared our photos with always comment on how well the photos capture the two of us and our relationship. We have tons of photos to choose from, in numerous poses, from a variety of angles. And I love that we also have great photos of the small group of people who were able to celebrate with us, from posed family portraits to candid shots that caught even our grandkids dressed in their jammies and peeking out the window at Papa Mark enjoying a cigar, post-ceremony.
I cannot say enough positive things about Front Room. I would recommend them to anyone, and will use them again when the occasion calls for it. I am confident trusting the team with our family s special moments.

We couldn't have been happier with our decision to go with Front Room for our wedding. Amanda was our photographer and she was fun and had such an amazing eye! We've had a few sneak peeks so far and can't wait to see the finished product. Our family and friends are begging to see more and we've had so many compliments so far. I would highly recommend them!
