Wonderful visit a place of beauty, reflection and prayer.
this temple is one of the most beautiful building I've ever seen, when you're in the area, this is a must see. The temple and its gardens are such a quiet place to hang around and go deep into meditation and prayer. the most beautiful thing about this temple is that the Baha'i faith isn't about religion, anyone is welcome, this is a place for god and spirit. There is so much spiritual energy here which anyone needs to experience.
I make my way everyday to this temple when I'm in the Chicago area
Quite place for prayer. Well maintained, beautiful architecture and informative on almost all religions. Green around the Temple is awesome.
A peaceful retreat, religious or not. I highly recommend if you are looking to quiet the mind, relax and look at beauty.
The architecture and welcoming atmosphere is amazing!
There isn't a bad view! Definitely worth a trip if you're in the Chicago land area. The details and architecture are amazing
The Temple environment exuded serenity, peace, and comfort. The Greeter was kind and ready to assist us with our every need, if asked. Overall... A Beautiful Experience.
Great experience. People there are incredibly welcoming and informative. Had 2 or 3 very good conversations with some of the Bahaians (apologies if I'm misusing that) and was impressed with their openess about their faith as well as their curiosity in me as a person.
Tremendous people. Beautiful temple, unique to Chicago area. Really is something to see.
Gardens are beautiful, peaceful place to pray/meditate.
A beautiful place where harmony and peace are breathed
High energy vibration inside temple. Great for meditation.
Absolutely gorgeous place to visit when driving through.
Beautiful grounds - wonderful environment very tranquil and peaceful
"Ba'hai Temple #3, Worship Place to Be"
My 3rd most favourite Chicagoland area and 5th best Chicago Travel spot!
You do not just enjoy the temple, but also enjoy the view of the gardens!
It can't be ignored for Chicago travel spots!
Very beautiful place and open to all religions.. Very well maintained.. Will definitely be back to look in detail as we were short on time today for our visit. A reason most definitely to come back to Chicago!
Really cool place with unique architecture. I had no idea such a thing existed!
Beautiful location great sight seeing for guests visiting the Chicagoland area.
Interesting place, interesting religion, amazing spaces. Informative staff and experience. The nine sided worship space is a testament to creative architecture.
It is a temple with impressive architecture, very peaceful and solemn, with beautiful gardens. It's easy to get to by train from the Chicago Loop, you just take the purple line. Your admission is free.
This truly is a wonderful place, open every day of the year, anyone regardless of their personal faith may enter (quietly respecting the deep peace that one can easily find there) and just sit, pray, meditate or even bask in the silence. The gardens that surround the temple are very well maintained and showcase beautiful flowers, small pools and a very nice stone promenade at the limits. Everyone just does their own thing and I've had some quite amazing experiences while meditating in or on the temple grounds. There is parking, a visitor center to learn more about the Baha'i faith and the remarkable details about how this wonderful place came to be. You won't be disappointed.
Good place for meditation..away from the din and bustle of city life
Great place to take some Peace of Mind. Great silence

It is a very beautiful temple, where many people from all over the world and from all faiths congregate, it is to pray and meditate, it is worth knowing it is very interesting.
The most beautiful place I've ever seen in my life. You need to see this it is really beautiful. I cannot explain to someone that has never seen it what is it like. One cannot spend his life without seeing and feeling this place, it is a really welcoming place and you don't need to be religious, or from this religion to enjoy this place. You need to go and see this temple, it s perfect
Free tours and lovely gardens great for photos and relaxing
Magical place to visit , meditate , bring friends and take photos .
Real treat for the eyes and spirit !
What a gorgeous temple and an interesting faith to learn about. They're open until 10pm which is GREAT. I didn't know anything about Baha'i and they had various educational materials for me to sit and peruse as I took in the beauty within the structure. The views from outdoors are incredible, I'd recommend staying for sunset!
Welcomes everyone to come and pray and sing. My family came here on many occasions, you feel a sense of peace and tranquillity. Serenity in the gardens.
Its a beautifully created structured. Its quiet and peaceful.
First of all, it is a unique and beautiful building. The gardens and reflecting pools around it are lovely and very pleasant to visit. Inside, there are comfortable chairs, and far above you is the dome of the ceiling which is a beautiful lattice pierced by sunlight.
The atmosphere inside and out warms the spirit and draws one towards a higher plane.
It's rather odd writing a review for a building. This is a very beautiful place, I've been inside many times as a teenager.
I have always loved to see The Temple but my last visit was disturbing ...The security guard was rude. The ladies at the desk were unkind.I was upset by construction across the street a dead flowering shrub on the grounds of Bahai and the HP Computers....I have heard lovely messages all over the world according to the Faith...I still trust but I am very worried..As a girl my grade school class made a visit 1976..I wasn't afraid...I had a date and we went to Bahai 1987 I wasn't scared..2019 I was frightened and a bird landed on my head as zi stood on the steps...
Love this place. It is amazingly beauityfull and calm and clean.
Incredible temple in the least likely of places. I would highly recommend a quick visit if you are anywhere in the area
Would recccomend. One of the most beautiful things I've ever seen
Excellent very nice place makes you feel calm and peaceful
A must see place. Beautiful area that has been well maintained.
