Great food great staff. The choices they offer are amazing.

Bagels are good, but not the best I have had. The specialty bagels with all the extras are very good. BUT, the service here is the worst. It is always slow. The workers have hum-drum attitudes and really don't care how long you wait. They have a drive up window, I waited in line over 20 minutes (trapped between the car ahead of me and behind me) just to place my order. (HINT)If the car at the window has a big order or an order that is going to take awhile, have the car pull around to the parking lot and bring them their order, so you can continue to help others in line. This is not rocket science.
Never go here if you are at all in a hurry

Good Morning Santa Fe .... Is the Best!!! Every time we come to Seaside we make a stop here. I love Santa Fe on The Works. My Husband loves The Bacon Cheddar and my son The Pepper Jack. > Their Plain Bagels aren't as good as they use to be, buy The Santa Fe is worth the stop.

The food was good once we got it. But there is no reason why it should take an extra 25 min to get your bagel after you order. We waited in line for almost 1 hour because we were told the coffee and food was really good. "Plus we couldn't pull out after we got into the line" My wife and I got a breakfast bagel with bacon, scram eggs, and cheese. After we ordered our food, we were asked to park. 25 min later we finally got food. I dont know if they make the bagels from scratch as soon as you order, or if they were curing the bacon to order!! But there is no reason for it to take 25 min. My wife and I will not be stopping by here again. Sad too because we heard a lot of good things about this place.

Great place for breakfast super nice employees very helpful

The food prep staff were either maskless or wearing a mask below their nose. The cooks ware masks below their nose, touch their face, and don't wash their hands. They do not allow service dogs inside. No hand sanitizer for staff use. Several health code violations about cleanliness. Food not heated properly.

Great selection. Very friendly. Kids really enjoyed their different flavors. Awesome place.

Love this place. Everytime we go to Seaside we eat there. Sometimes we go to Seaside just for the bagel.

Very disorganized, understaffed, we waited 45 min for 3 bagel sandwiches with egg and 2 PB&J bagels. After we finally received our bagels, one of our egg sandwiches didn t have an egg on it!!! Then we had to wait another 10min for an egg. You have way to much you going on. Trying to pull off drive-through, drive up call ahead pick up, indoor call ahead pickup and indoor ordering is not working for you. You are not Jimmy John s. Trying doing a few things well rather than 4 things poorly.

bagels are good but the surcharge for a debit card is annoying

It's hard to find good bagel sandwiches, let alone a drive through that has really good bagel sandwiches. This is my quick delicious go to for coffee and brunch when starting my coastal cruise. Don't go to the usual fast food chains when leaving Seaside, go here. I won't go anywhere else now. I hope this place is around for years to come because it will be forever added to my list of must visits every time I stay in or go through Seaside.

Yes!!! Yummy food & super friendly service! If you can call ahead for your order, do so.. because they get really busy-which means drive through and lobby wait times are super slow. Order ahead of time and then you can just go in, pay for it, and walk out to enjoy the deliciousness!!

I wish I'd have read the reviews before deciding to come. Service is terribly slow for for the food being served. People getting food beofre others who ordered after. Good prices and great food, but will not be returning.

YUMM! Hands down best blended coffees around. Smooth, robust, made with real coffee and its really great as this allows it to not flood your mouth to with bitterness and artificial flavors. Not to mention the food! They beat my breakfast bagels by making their bagels from scratch, which I've yet to learn to do...

Delish homemade local fare very reasonable prices. A must for breakfast when visiting Seaside.

Food is decent. Workers are indifferent and unmotivated, could work to appear less corporate.

Just awful. Bagel was disgusting and coffee was swill. Incredibly rude service.

The girl who took our order was spunky and kind, the food came out faster than we could pick a seat, and the bagels were delicious! When we requested a coffee with whip cream on the side, they brought out extra whip cream with a spoon! Super impressed.

Over priced all because they are in a good location you have to pay for water and coffee refills are only 50c but not good enough to even buy the first one

You have too be kidding me! $12.00 breakfast then when you ask for a glass of water they want .25 cents.

Awesome bagels. I had the brunch bagel on a bacon and cheddar bagel. So good I came back the next day and ordered it again!

Great bagel selection, good prices and quick service

This is my 3rd visit since I stopped coming in due to poor product and service.

Once again I will be going elsewhere. Sometimes my bagel is one price, other times another. Today my bagel had barely any cream cheese. I had to order a small little side of cream cheese. $1.00!! Insane!

The girl with blonde hair in a hat was so rude to me. I will not return.

Btw they sell a can of coke for $2.00. What a tourist trap.

35 minute wait in the drive thru. Young guy working was oblivious and distracted, careless, unapologetic. Decently average bagels but ridiculous wait time for a toasted bagel.

Great selection of bagels and sandwiches. I had a garlic bagel with egg, cheese and tomato and an apple spice bagel with cream cheese. Both were lovely.

Only plain bagels available at 12:30 on a saturday. Not impressed, used to be better.

On 11/1 we ordered food at 1.45 pm. The guy was beyond rude . We did not know they closed at 2pm. The at 2:06PM the other guy working said you have to leave I m locking the door, his words exactly. The girl said to him you can t talk to customers like that as we left. Had we just been told they were closing we would have not sat down. Bigger guy in seaside high shirt was rude to us and people In front of us. Two girls working did a good job to be fair. Clearly us ordering food was a huge inconvenience. Food was good everything else was unacceptable. I emailed before I posted this but no reply . Won t be going back

We drive from the Valley to Seaside just to go to Bagels by the Sea sometimes. Delicious food and warm atmosphere. Usually very friendly staff. Yesterday was an exception. The girl who took our order seemed lifeless.

Opens early, which is a plus in my book. Fantastic food and service. I had the Brunch bagel and coffee. Both were great. It was fairly empty when I was there at 8am, but lively enough. Seaside isn't a huge town, so finding a decent cafe/restaurant was a bit tough. This definitely exceeded my expectations. I was first to get the daily trivia question correct and won a dollar, which is always fun.

Food is delicious, Drip coffee is good, espresso bar leaves something to be desired. But the bagels are what you come for and they're worth stopping for.

My bagel sandwich was decent, however, the girl who took my order at the cash register was not friendly. No eye contact, negative body language and facial expression and she literally threw my food down in front of me when she delivered it to my table. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but when you work in customer service, there is no place for a bad attitude. I hope that the management will take notice of which employees represent their establishment well and those who represent them unfavorably.

Really enjoyed the breakfast bagels. Good/quick inexpensive choice for breakfast when in Seaside or passing through.

I waited outside for 20 minutes while I was surrounded by later orders, when my stuff arrived my bagel AND my coffee were cold.

Watched my two orders sit on the counter by kitchen, waited for all customers to be helped and approached cash register. The girl said she would help me in a minute. I just stated my food has been sitting there for awhile. She said again in a minute she would help me.
Then she went through the tickets that were hanging and made changes or something, not sure. Not exactly sure what she did but seriously act lost. I returned to my seat. Yes, my orders still sitting there.
Than after a few minutes, my order was given to me at the table. Food was almost warm. Told her we would never eat here again. Then I noticed the burnt crisp 1/4 top of bagel, that section was not fit to eat .
I received a blank stare when I said we would never eat here again.
I have ate here over the years and have never had this type of service. Not sure if is related to just one employee.
I know new customer orders are important. But sh are those waiting for hot food.

Great store. Bagels were big and very fresh. Coffee is Seattle's Best. Loved it. Service was very good. A very enjoyable place!

Slowest service ever. Even though they let you know it's "made to order" and isn't fast food, it's still the SLOWEST place I've been to. Don't waste your time.

Wasn t too happy with the initial impression on a Sunday morning here... not sure if everyone was in a bad mood or what. No smiles, not very friendly as I have read about the good reviews. It shouldn t take over 20 mins to get a to-go bagel

Super sweet and nice staff, very dog friendly, unfortunately I waited about 15 minutes just to get a bagel and cream cheese even though there was only one other person in there and at least 7 staff members, and it was cold and not too impressive when I finally got it. The coffee was great though!

They have a large selection of bagels and sandwich offerings. We order the breakfast bagel and coffee. Not the cheapest for take away, but better than the golden arches.

Bagels were pretty decent, but nothing special. Our Americanos were well made and not bitter. All staff members were very friendly. Coffeeshop itself is pretty spacious and has a lot of natural light. Decor is beach themed, but feels just a bit worn down and dated. Overall a pretty good place for breakfast at Seaside.

The Bagel was delicious but the coffee was terrible tasted old burnt they need to clean their coffee pots or something I get better coffee at a hospital lol again the bagel was

Amazing service. It isnt fast-food so don't expect to be in and out. But the quality is worth the wait. The bagel burgers are worth a try!

So I usually LOVE bagels by the sea but today was a no go. I tried to call in my order and they asked to put me on hold, I waited on hold for over 7 minutes then hung up. I tried calling back for 30 minutes and continually got a busy signal so I decided to go in. I informed them that there phone was busy and they laughed and said someone put it on mute and left it off the hook. When I got my food my bagel was burnt and the wrong cream cheese was put on. I didn t recognize any of the staff . Maybe the new people need better training? Not happy....

Not a fan...they are too busy getting people in and out, they forgot quality. Coffee inconsistent and taste was yucky....the drip was cold. Bagels have a good variety, but the tub of cream cheese they put on, makes the bagel soggy. Will never return.

Horrible service . Bagels came toasted with melting cheese and also no recipt after I asked for 2 diffrent kinds with cheese on the side not toasted . And all this while waiting half an hour because they got the order wrong .

SERCIVE:Normally this was a good place to stop I remember in the past. Took 20 min to get a coffee and bagel. Not a high volume of people either... messed up a bagel and took another 8 minutes to get the right one out. Still was wrong. Then the lady got snappy about it.
FOOD: Can I have some bagel with my cream cheese? Bagel was good, salmon good. Way to much cream cheese. Maybe about 3-4 Table spoons on half a bagle...?

This place is so good. I always come here when we visit seaside. Great bagels, choose from menu or make your own.

Bagels were great, coffee was ok and decor' could be improved.
