Fresh baked bagels and thanks to my brother and I, a fresh paint job.

I came to bagels about 2 days ago for a eggle bagel. Turns out they use egg that comes out of a box! And Lots of negative energy here... staff looks like they are not happy and don t want to be there. Lady with long brown hair in a pony tail should be fired. Terrible customer service, very rude. I m really disappointed because this used to be a great place but I gotta say it has really gone down hill.

Good selection of bagels, beverages and more. Though it was 30 minutes till close, staff was a little short and unwelcoming.

Not worth the 45minute wait for a soggy bagel and weird microwave egg they put on the wrong sandwich + watery coffee. Wondered if the people working there eat what they serve people..

A staple of seaside. We travel from across the country 3-4 times a year, and our only must visit restaurant is Bagels by the Sea. Excellent food, the people are fantastic, and the atmosphere is so fun!

The bagels are double awesome, but expect a 45 minute wait for your to-go cream cheese order to be filled. Ying-yang.

Staff is either totally awesome or can be altogether disappointing.

Went here for breakfast on our vacation. The bagels were delicious! Definitely try the breakfast bagel. It was sooo good! The problem was that we spent $20+ in buying family coffee and the coffee was REALLY REALLY horrible! We threw it away. Maybe the machine was broken?? I have never had such bad coffee anywhere! Don't waste your money on their coffee spend it on the bagels.

We were very pleased with the onion bagel with with lox and tomato onion and capers. They have many fancy and unique bagels. Asiago, cheddar and jalepeno, fruit bagels, chocolate, nothing is off limits. The space is funky in a former bank, with nice restrooms and soaring ceilings. The drive through is located in the former drive through of the bank. Fun place to relax kick back and take your time.

really good service and food! would recommend to anyone passing through. if you want to use the drive thru, call your order in ahead of time and pick it up!

These bagels were so good. There hot drinks are amazing too, but their breakfast is delicious. They make breakfast sandwiches out of their bagels and it was one of the best I have had. If I could have eaten more I would have gone back for another.

Really bad experience. Was charged two times for each topping with the rational that the price listed for toppings was per side (??). Really bizarre, something I've never seen in all of my bagel eating experiences. The cashier was dismissive and rude when we were confused by the pricing. Bagels were not great.

Excellent, the breakfast bagel and vegetarian are great but the sesame seed toasted with jam can not be beaten. drive thru open

FAVORITE place on the coast. Like seriously, I go every single morning when I'm visiting the area. Lol try the New Yorker.

Bagels were awesome. The egg was not so good, I was expecting a fried egg,but instead was the liquid egg. All and all lots of veggies in my breakfast bagel. Probably one of the best bagels I have had. Really soft..

The bagel was very good, the lox and the toppings were all very good too.

Had a yummy breakfast sandwhich & a caramel iced rage today. Definately recommended!

Service was terrible. 4 people doing nothing nor could wrap their heads around taking an order. Was waiting for my sandwich and for some reason when it was on the pass 2 girls were hovering over it and breathing on it. Tip to food service workers. Don't put your face super close to someone food! It's disgusting! Never again.

The bagels were delicious! Good food and good options for breakfast and lunch. The service however was less than stellar. It was our first time, so we took a while ordering, and the cashier lady still messed up 2 of the 4 people's orders on coffee and bagel sandwhiches. Says they're hiring and boy do they need some new people in here. Good place to come hangout and work or with a friend.

Can anyone explain how it s physically possible to take 30-45 minutes to serve you a bagel with cream cheese?

Also, my bagel was drowning in cream cheese.

Good food but they didn't take down one order so one person in our party didn't get anything at all. The bagels and bagel sandwiches are really good. The service is underwhelming. I really hate that they charge a fee for using a debit or credit card. What business can't afford the credit card processing fee? It was very clean and the wait time was not too long. There's seating at tables, booths, and soft chairs without tables if you want to hang out a while.

Delicious bagels! The bagels were fluffy and chewy, just as they should be. Service was delightful and friendly. I had the best of lox on a plain bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. I wish I had just gotten plain cream cheese. While it was super flavorful and yumm, it was just a bit over powering for the salmon and a lot of cream cheese... I should have known better lol. Drip coffee was from a carafe. They had ready carafes for when it ran out! It was piping hot and doable! This is a family friendly, wifi accessible, and all around comfy place to sit, eat, and chat a while... maybe work a bit too if you desired. I am so glad we got here when we did, a massive influx happened just as we sat down... there was like 10 people at most, now it s like over 30.

Ate here twice in one weekend. Generous with their cream cheese spreads. Big selection of bagels including gluten free options. Good morning Santa Fe was excellent. Eggle Bagel with bacon was great too. Seattle's Best coffee is solid. Good lattes. Building is an old bank, so the space has tall ceilings and quite a bit of space to spread out. Minutes from the promenade and beach, by foot. Couldn't ask for much more. Oh yeah, bagels for the dogs too. Could use a play area for the youngsters...perhaps the old bank vault?

This place is amazing, you must try their fancy reuben! Get it on an asiago bagel!
This is the first place I go every time I'm in seaside.

their customer service is atrocious! the last three times we have been here, the person behind the counter has literally rolled their eyes and sighed at us (over not having lettuce). not to mention, they were cleaning the restrooms and half of the restaurant (to the degree that no one could use them) two hours before closing.

Crazy good bagels!!! And the pastrami was Incredible and the bacon and the Turkey everything! Everything was amazing. Staff is super nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back before we go home

I was so excited to try this place while we were in town. So disappointed. Messed up our order and the food was not great.

Bagels are great. I love the one they have with lox, Capers, tomatoes and onions.

The barista wearing a belly shirt was awful. We placed a to go order and the food came out but not the drinks. The chick tried to give us cold drinks that had been sitting on the counter since before we got there, and yelled at us for not picking them up. Someone else took one of our drinks and she looked at us like it was our fault and wasn t going to make another one. I don t care what the situation is; you don t yell at customers and tell them you re not making what they want. The bagels are decent, but service and drinks are not worth it.

The staff was very friendly/helpful and the food was amazing and we will be there a lot before we leave!

Always a great spot for a great bagel , either to eat in or take it to go! My wife and I make it a point to grab our favorite bagel sandwich and take them to the cove and enjoy!!

The bagels are delicious, but their coffee is atrocious. If you want to have a nice breakfast/brunch type sandwich, then get your food here, but save your money, and get coffee from elsewhere. It was $5 and all I could taste was steamed milk, as if there was no espresso in my mocha.

Good variety. Took an hour for the two cars in front of me to get through though. I ll think twice before going again.

My sister lives in Seaside so every single time we come down and stay the night we wake up and go have bagels with my niece it is a tradition and they are literally the best bagels ever!!!!

Great bagels! I had the salmon lox bagel, while my friend got the BLTA. Both were delicious!
I would have rated 5 stars, but we also ordered coffee.
Not so good.
Dirty Chai Latte was more like pumpkin spice coffee. No real chai taste to speak of
Americano tasted like drip coffee, and wasn't very strong.

Overall, please check this place out. Their could have been a number of circumstances that caused our coffee order to come up short of expectations, but the friendly service and fantastic fresh bagels make this destination worth giving a second, even third chance.

Great bagels, and you can order them in sandwiches as well. An awesome stop for a quick bite for breakfast or lunch. Excellent prices and service.

They are not boiled but instead steamed, so they are not bagels but rather bread rolls with holes in the center. Customer service is pretty good when not busy. Otherwise - meh. But the toppings are good.

Went thru drive thru. Cash only sorry no receipt . $37 for 5 bagels. Had to wait in parking lot for 43 mins to get my 5 bagels. And 3 of them were not my order. This is the worst place on the beach and that s quite an achievement

Communication was lacking. I get that you can't accept cards but maybe put the sign on the door instead of the register. Also, if you don't have iced coffee, it might be better to tell me instead of taking my order and making me stand for 20 minutes for no reason.

Such good breakfast... stayed in seaside for 4 days and ate there with my husband every morning... yumm

Be prepared to wait but it's completely worth it :)

bagels are spend but foods good. 1 cashier looks upset everyday like were bugging her everytime were there.

We tried the salmon lox and a honey butter bagel. Hands down the best bagels we've ever had. 10/10 would recommend.

Great taste. Despite paying for bacon, and it being on my order slip, it didn't make it in my sandwich. :(

Great bagels but a toasted bagel shouldn't be held up in line and given to a customer COLD because an employee "forgot." No offers to reheat it. Poor customer service for such a simple thing.

This has always been one of my favorite places to eat, I came home for holidays and was wanting a long awaited eggle bagel, they were out of sausage and it wasn't even noon yet. COME BACK NEXT DAY AND THEYRE OUT OF BAGELS. That's what you do is sell bagels lol, this place has gone far down hill and needs to get it together as they could easily be one of seaside best restaurants.

My girlfriend and I stop here every time we come to Seaside. The bagels are great if you are looking for a sandwich bagel, dessert bagel or just a well-made bagel. They have it all and they taste great!

This place used to be a bank. I love how Seaside has many repurposed buildings. The hot chocolate was delicious & not too hot as to burn my mouth. I ordered a cup of whipped cream as a special treat for my dog...the gal took a dog cookie, crushed it up and topped the cream with it. He loved it! Thanks for going the extra mile. I will be back!
