Always fast , courteous service, great food, reasonable prices!

Omelletes are pretty good but the hash browns are mediocre. The price is right though! And the new interior is cool.

I love Bagel Works itself, their food is great, however after the experience I had today I will never return to the Hunt Valley Bagel works. This morning I ordered food and the cashier took my money but only gave me the change portion of my change back, I then looked at the change she gave me and thought back how much did I really give her, I'm pretty sure she owes me money. By the time I processed this she had already stuck the extra money in her tip jar. I'm not one to usually make a big fuss on these things, but this is BAD CUSTOMER service.

This location specifically deserves 5 stars all day long! Best Reuben I've ever had! Their super cinnamon bagel is to die for .... and anything on their breakfast menu I've ever had has been delicious. Keep it up Bagel Works Hunt Valley!

It was a favorite before the remodel and more we like it even more. The omelets are always good and they make a good Reuben. Elizabeth always has a smile in the morning.

Super cool bagel shop with lots to choose from. Staff was super friendly and had good recommendations after I ordered something potentially questionable on the menu. Place is clean and despite it being pretty busy, didnt feel cramped and it was easy to find a seat.

EXCELLENT bagelry! Perfectly made. Good coffee and delicious breakfast and lunch sandwich options. Service is fast and friendly. My favorite breakfast shop.

Having just been completely remodeled the good news is the food is still top notch. Whether it is the great service or the famous everything bagel you really can't go wrong.

The best bagel shop in Baltimore County. Get a sausage egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel, and don't forget to get the french fries.

Prices are way too high. I frequent there about 6 times a month. My last order was horrible. I ordered an asiago bagel with bacon egg and cheese. They should make customers aware that there is oregano on this bagel. My other bagel was just burnt tasting. Way too pricey from crazy sandwiches. Will not be going back. I'll make the drive to Uber bagels instead.

Best breakfast around. I would choose Bagel Works over THB anytime! The prices are very reasonable and the serving sizes are too.

Place is an absolute hole in the wall, with some absolutely fantastic food. The bagels are out of this world and there's no menu item that you wouldn't enjoy.

An absolute must stop for anyone in the area.

I split my breakfasts between Dunkin, Starbucks and Panera - because apparently I am pretty basic. I've driven by Bagel Works a few times and decided today to try it. DAMN was i missing out. Got a sausage egg and cheese on a three cheese bagel and I'm trying not to make noises at my desk while I eat it.

Definitely recommend. Will definitely be back!

Bagel Works has fantastic food, a very wide selection for what they specialize in, and their staff is the best. Very courteous and friendly, as well as helpful. They never make me feel rushed even when I have trouble deciding what I want. Try them, you won't regret it!

This morning I went to Bagel Works and enjoyed my bagel but not the service. The staff was not friendly and borderline rude. The person who was handing out the to go orders was annoyed that I wouldn't push through a group of people to walk to the other end of the counter to get my bagel. It meant she had to walk a few feet to hand it to me. I guess sometimes you just have go a few extra feet to take care of your customers! I know it was busy, but that's a good thing if you want to continue to have a job. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Ordered breakfast for our office. No butter for toast. Eggs/omelettes burnt. Bagels rock hard. Another employee ordered French toast they put strawberries on it mind you it doesnt list them on the menu and shes allergic to them and pregnant. Lost about 8 loyal customers. If I could give a 0 star rating I would .

Food was AMAZING never had something that looks exactly like the picture and tastes better than it looks. 10/5 definitely recommend to anyone considering. Also staff was super friendly and helpful.

Stopped in for a to-go order and had high hopes. Dining area is new, clean and has a nice design. The staff was nice, fast, and friendly. My breakfast bagel was simple but very tasty. Opens early too! I can see this place easily becoming a staple of mine. Thanks!

I love Bagel Works! One of my favorite places. The Western Omelet is my favorite. Best Everything Bagel around. I also love the Mexican Omelet, the pizza bagel and the turkey sandwich on a bagel.

I've been looking for a decent bagel shop in maryland and this has been the best so far. The sandwich I had was delicious. I also bought some bagels to bring home to the family, which they loved. Crunchy exterior with a soft chewy inside. The staff was excellent and the place was extremely clean. They actually offered me a freezer bag for the bagels I purchased and no other shop I've been has ever done that. It's those little things that customers look for that make this shop more superior than any other place. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Bagel Works.

It's cheap and you get a lot food. But there is only one handicapped spae, and the restaurant itself is very small.

Got a BLT and the sandwich was awful. Way to much lettuce the bacon was hard as a rock and the tomato looked like it got warm and or sat out all day. Wont be going there again.

Great place for breakfast or a quick lunch. It s always pretty busy so get up and go early, but it s worth it. All the employees are always friendly and happy to see you. The bagels are great, try the brilliant bagel if you like nova salmon. The bagel sandwiches are also real good. The lunch meat is fresh and the salads are great as well. I stop in early for a coffee and old bay bagel most days and it s quick and easy to get in and out of.

This has always been a favorite place of mine. Quick service, good selection, and good coffee.

This place gets 5 stars because they make an Old Bay bagel. Their only downfall is that the coffee is terrible.

Wow this place used to be my go to. Today I was ignored when trying to pick up my food order. Finally after the lady was finished talking, waited on me. I came back to work and the food sucked. Burnt home fries and the cheese was an afterthought on top of my omelet.

They renovated within the past couple years, so the atmosphere is really nice. It's a great place to grab a casual, quick sit down breakfast or grab and go. One of my favorite breakfast spots, but they also offer a lot for lunch. Huge variety, highly recommend this local favorite.

Have been coming here, or one of their locations for over 20 years. Always consistently good food and staff. Great place for lox and well made bagel. Super crowded on weekends so go early or wait, worth it.

The prices just keep rising. The staff is a hit or miss. They can be very very ride at times. I used to go to this place every day but the price increases has ran me off. The toasted bagel with cream cheese used to be 2.32 with tax, now its almost 4.00 its crazy. Plus Im a fan of the meat lovers wrap. The last time I tried to get I asked for the bacon to be fried soft but the cashier told me I had to use the bacon that they already cooked. In my opi3the bacon is fried way to hard and it doesn't compliment the wrap. So this place has kinda lost my business. But for the most part the food is ok if your hungry.

I love this little place. Friendly staff, great prices and very comforting food. Easy for meetings, easy for quick bite, and to find something for everyone. I love that you can be creative and order off menu.

Old Bay is absolutely amazing on a bagel. They have a lot of different toppings you can add, like sprouts and vanilla walnut cream cheese. Lots of interesting choices and tasted great.

Bagel Works Hunt Valley is always a good choice when the craving for bagels of grill/griddle breakfast hits. Especially on a snow/sleet day like today & schools are closed. I am, however, replacing the syrup with organic agave maple syrup & foregoing the butter & adding my usual sprinkling of turmeric & paprika over my eggs.

The sausage patties here are so good that I've suggested before they start selling them uncooked/frozen. I'd buy them by the pound... and then some!
