Great place to shop in North Conway for Skiing/Snowboarding/Biking/Hiking gear.

The store is large, well-stocked and organized. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Many of them are active athletes who know the equipment through personal experience. They aim to find gear that works for you, with no pressure to buy anything.

Prices are reasonable. There are often good deals on the previous season's models.

Great place for all things for outdoors. Skis, snowboards, bikes and more. Staff is very knowledgeable and will not try to upsell, but they will sell you the right things.

Nice selection of ski wear, but not the best customer service.

I would advise NOT to get your skates sharpened here. Very poor quality. Had to bring BOTH pairs back to be re-ground, and both pairs of skates had a "slip" where they gouged the side of the skate blade with the grinding wheel. Looks terrible, like taking an angle grinder to the paint on your car. Very disappointing, since both pairs are brand new, never skated on yet. Will not be taking anything back there. The jig height was off, affecting the center of the arc it grinds, and the finish is poor (rough surface). Previously my skates have been sharpened at a hockey rink, with exceptional quality and for less cost!

Big store with a personal touch. Very nice people, they have all the equipment you need, they sell you exactly what you need, and their prices are good. They go the extra mile. I tried many ski shops in the area, but I always go back to them.

Great store with a good selection of outdoor apparel and gear. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous, especially the store manager. She has helped my family numerous times, and is a true professional. There is plenty of parking as well.

Great looking store, Friendly staff and great sales

I bought a new snowboard here recently. They were super friendly and did not pressure me at all. I wasn't planning on buying a board that weekend but after going over my riding style and preferences the Lib Tech I was eyeing seemed like a perfect fit. I've had a few days riding on it and I couldn't be happier. I'll be back!

Many products for the practice of sports, for the ski prices seemed very expensive. Little staff attention

Needed new ski suit. Wonderful variety. no pressure sales people. I was able to find, try on and be left alone to find exactly what I needed. Left there very happy and with a large credit for my purchase! Blue is my new color on the slopes!!

Very disappointed, not the service I have come to expect. Purchased a junior ski helmet 15 days ago. The clip broke on the helmet so we brought it back for help and received no assistance. The only suggestion was to go to another ski shop that might help or call manufacturer.

Had a great experience here, but the ironic thing is I'm all the way on the West Coast. So basically sun and ski which also runs a online store had a specific snowboard pants that I was looking for which I could not find anywhere else, however the online store Could not verify 1 particular detail that I needed to know before I ordered it because they don't have it in hand. So I called this store just to confirm and verify that detail, well Erica, went well above and beyond by researching, looking, and even calling the online portion of their company to set everything up so that I could get The right pant and in the time frame that I needed! even followed up for me!! Although I never stepped into this store, I can honestly say that their customer service is incredible! thank you again Erica!!

Good place to shop pick up Essentials for any sport

Over the moon pleased with Erica s customer service and accommodations. She took a significant amount of time out of her day to talk with us about mountain bikes. We are thankful that she shared her knowledge.
