This morning I went to Bagel Works and enjoyed my bagel but not the service. The staff was not friendly and borderline rude. The person who was handing out the to go orders was annoyed that I wouldn't push through a group of people to walk to the other end of the counter to get my bagel. It meant she had to walk a few feet to hand it to me. I guess sometimes you just have go a few extra feet to take care of your customers! I know it was busy, but that's a good thing if you want to continue to have a job. I'll take my business elsewhere.
