I had a issue with my ride height pre set and I tried a lot of things and I couldn't figure out the issue, I emailed Zach Gonzalez and he walked me through a few things that could fix that issue. Emailing back and forth for a couple of hours and we finally found the issue. There customer service is just the best, they reply fast and they actually know what they're talking about. They are very understanding. I recommend everyone to buy from this company.

I had a big issue with my 3p management that I was trying to get warranty on, even though my system was bought by an ex girlfriend he was still able to help me and get everything squared. Communicated with me in a timely manner! It s representatives like Zach Gonzales that keeps my business, he was a pleasure to work with!

Best company I have worked with by far! The homie there Zack was super helpful, got me the top products for the best prices and still continued to help with questions well after my purchase! Installed the entire 3h kit for my s2000 with ease after arrival from some of the fastest shipping I have ever seen! Ordered a kit from them received everything March 26th except the dual compressor set up, mind you my car is already torn down to install the kit that showed up with missing pieces. So fast forward till today April 7th still have no compressors to install on my car. First day they said they would ship them was March 31st since they had just received a new shipment of compressors( they were out) reached out again then they said they will ship out today April 5th as of today it s April 7th and they still haven t shipped. Almost two weeks of having the kit without one of the main components. Throughout all this I know people personally who have ordered a kit after i did and received it with everything not missing one part while I m still waiting for my compressors. Almost two weeks waiting without them then they say they will ship them and they haven t yet and they re shipping ups ground of all things. So now I have to wait another 5-9 business days from the day it ships. Horrible in every single way in my opinion I should have received them ASAP. Zach Gonzales is the only good thing about this company he s respectful and emails back and tries to do everything he can to help you.

Really great company and their custom service goes above and beyond. I was so close to giving up on my air bag system but Zach was able to help me out. At first, my compressor was bad and Zach helped me out with the warranty process which was a quick turnaround. Then, I kept blowing a fuse every time I turned on the car and Zach was able to help me wire by wire to see if any connections were wrong. He gave detailed explanation and helped was able to find the issue. On top of that, I mentioned that I wanted to install hardlines on my system and Zach was able to guide me with the correct fittings and links. Definitely recommend buying from this company.

He was kind enough to listen to my story and help me out in every way he could. He knew his stuff in and out and was quick to teach me over the phone with me having no air suspension installation experience.
