There is very little depth in the lessons. The teachers are (almost) never in agreement and often disagree. If you really want to learn something, you should do this in your spare time or choose a good internship. I do not recommend this school.

Hereby an extensive review of my experiences at the Cibap. I started at level 3 and in the AV direction. In the beginning it was fun, but also easy. I quickly felt at home among the other students and soon made friends. Most of the teachers are nice and helpful. I quickly switched to level 4 CV, since level 3 was too easy for me. This in itself was quickly arranged and I was able to enter without delay.
I already had a solid foundation from experiences that I have gained in my own company and have been interested in many of the subjects that I received during the training since childhood, so in principle this training was quite simple for me and I had no trouble at all.
After a while, some of the teachers started to get annoyed and started to thwart me. I only saw this happen to me, but to several students. I am not one to let that happen and I have also objected to that. Unfortunately, these are the people who have to judge your work and assignments and at some point I started to get the idea that they were judging me for who I was and not for what I made.
At one point it was claimed that I had not made the products myself. And then I thought: It shouldn't get any crazier! I had put so much time and energy into it and I was very proud of it, so this was very demotivating.
They were eager to give their input to your design and wanted you to make it as they envisioned it. But you get an assignment from an outside company and not from the teachers, so in my view the teachers are there to guide you where necessary and not to decide what to do. Then came the time of the internship. Because I have been running my own company for years, I simply do not have the time to do an internship of 40 hours at another company. So a solution had to be found for this and we found it in part internship my own company and partly in another internship company.
I arranged in collaboration with the SBB that I could work 2 days a week at my own company and 3 days at a specialist company. You would think that this was a nice solution and it is therefore also approved by the SBB ... But no, the school rejected it. And that without a clear and logical explanation. I suspect because it was not there. I squeezed all sorts of things, my parents had contact with the school, but no time was taken for me. They did not listen and they did not understand my situation for a moment. I only got a NO.
I have now mentioned some incidents, there are more like this, but I will not name them all. If you want to start with this course or already follow this course and you have experienced things like this, then get behind your ears before you choose this school or want to continue education. Don't get me wrong, there are certainly good and helpful teachers in this school, which is why I didn't go there reluctantly.
When it comes to the point: This school is made for people who want to learn something and don't know anything about it. If you are in a somewhat advanced stage, I do not recommend this school and would continue to look for a more challenging course.
If you have a successful business, the school cannot help you and cannot support you. They prefer that you spend time on school and not on your company. That while I saw the training as a stepping stone and addition to my future.
After 2.5 years I had no choice but to quit my education. This was definitely the best choice for me. I completely went for my company and I still support it. In the period after leaving this program, I learned more than I ever learned in this school and gained more experience than I could have experienced in any internship. It is that you cannot turn back time, otherwise I would certainly have spent this training period more fruitfully.
Very strange internet blocks. Apparently no faith in their students and no worries about people who are responsible for leisure time and who sometimes really need the blocked things for study
In my opinion, CIBAP is a really great school. You can be yourself and everyone accepts each other as he or she is. The combination of creativity and commercial thinking is what appeals to me. You must of course be able to earn a living with your designs. Cibap gives you the opportunity to get more out of yourself, through feedback during your presentations you continue to develop yourself. You also have the opportunity to follow additional courses and the like. This way you can give your education your own twist and in this way walk the path you think you need. I have been enjoying school here for three years now and I am sorry that I have to leave next year. If you are curious, you should just come and have a look. On the site you will find all kinds of days for which you can register!
Since the teaching method cibap pro, the cibap has deteriorated a lot! Incredibly poor communication and teachers all adhere to different guidelines! The students are the victims of this. In addition, they take on too many students, making a place in the canteen a miracle of God. Even in class it was unfortunately the case that you sometimes had to sit on the floor. You have to pay around 200 euros per month for that. But the lowest point after 4 years of Cibap was the graduation ceremony ... This was about a quarter of your class, so not with your friends / classmates with whom you graduated. Also the presentation lasted only 20 minutes and that was it .. No flowers or personal message nothing! Hopefully they will return to Cibap a few years ago.
