My wife and I ordered two jerseys. One was larger and on was 2XL. Both came in way too small. The 2XL would be a large. The large probable would be a small medium. My recommendation is not to order from Badger Sports. The sizes do not reflect reality.

The worst customer service. Cable companies treat people better. No one at this company should ever have a title that includes service in it. Because there is none present in this company. I have bought thousands of dollars of products from them.

The woman on the phone kept saying "I'm sorry" but kept telling me to cancel my order and try again instead of adding $72 of product onto a $250 order I had placed less than 5 minutes earlier.

My university recreation facility at LSU switched ...

My university recreation facility at LSU switched their uniforms from Nike to this brand Badger. Must be the worst decision they've made. This company makes their short sleeve T-shirts about 4 inches too long. Im not exaggerating. I literally cut off 4 inches of sleeve to make this shirt comfortable. They are like capris for your damn arm. I reupholstered my couch with all the leftover sleeve material. Their long sleeve shirts must come with like 6 feet of sleeve just to be safe. I attached a photo of the sleeve, just look at it...

But the material is okay

If I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered two pairs of sweatpants for my son in January 2019. They were too big which is ok, so I sent them back with packing slip indicating that I wanted one size down. After a couple weeks I emailed customer service asking for an update. The rep emailed back asking if I had returned the pants and if I wanted to change sizes I would have to order them via the website. I said that was fine, but no way was I ordering more until I got my refund. I also included a copy of the delivery confirmation I had from the post office that it was delivered to them.
Then, radio silence. My mother-in-law who lives in the same town as the company went by with copies of my emails and the delivery confirmation and the security guard wouldn t let her in. She said she wasn t leaving until she spoke to someone so the security guard called somebody inside who told her they would deduct a $15 restocking fee but refund my money. That was late March.
Well, it is now April and I have no money and no pants. I will continue to email, call, and have plans on driving there next week to demand my money. If I am refused, my next stop will be the courthouse to file a small claims case.

I worked for Badger a few years ago before the new owners had taken over. From what I've heard from employees that still wrk there that it was an excellent decision and these new owners care about their employees and you actually get paid for the hard wrk you do. I had actually fallen while pregnant when I was employed by Badger and needless to say the way I was treated was very unprofessional. I had an extremely horrendous scare and they never showed any concern. They pushed me to leave and I'm positive it was due to them not wanting to pay me and YES they got their way. My son was born perfectly fine but I still have severe pain in my tail-bone..
