They don't like to pay you reasonable wages (I was paid $8.50 to clean apartment complexes) and if you do work for them, you have to see the landlord daily to have your worksheet filled out which is a hassle because they tell you to work your own hours and the landlord is in her 70's and is asleep by like 7 pm so you really have to work around the landlord. The repairman they send over are usually incompetent and tend to leave very quickly after "Fixing" our issues we have had. Our dishwasher was installed incorrectly.
