If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Ordered two pairs of sweatpants for my son in January 2019. They were too big which is ok, so I sent them back with packing slip indicating that I wanted one size down. After a couple weeks I emailed customer service asking for an update. The rep emailed back asking if I had returned the pants and if I wanted to change sizes I would have to order them via the website. I said that was fine, but no way was I ordering more until I got my refund. I also included a copy of the delivery confirmation I had from the post office that it was delivered to them.
Then, radio silence. My mother-in-law who lives in the same town as the company went by with copies of my emails and the delivery confirmation and the security guard wouldn t let her in. She said she wasn t leaving until she spoke to someone so the security guard called somebody inside who told her they would deduct a $15 restocking fee but refund my money. That was late March.
Well, it is now April and I have no money and no pants. I will continue to email, call, and have plans on driving there next week to demand my money. If I am refused, my next stop will be the courthouse to file a small claims case.
