Was with them for years never did a claim, to find out when I did a claim they decide to use low quality products for repairs. In my opinion, what they offer on their policy is the bare minimum just enough not to be a hack job, in my case their repair option would've caused more issues than the actual damage. look else where, they are expensive for what they offer.

I had a side swipe at zero dark thirty with a lady who had zipped out of the opposite side of the street from me one block further down. She was well over the speed limit, because I was over half way through my left turn on to that street, when she came in from behind. It was both our faults, but Badger paid for her repair and never raised my rates.

Worst customer service and scam that I have ever dealt with. After 2 major hail storms in my neighborhood, I filed a claim. They refused to cover the damage then dropped me from the insurance 6 months later, saying my home was a "liability." Meanwhile, every other house on my block was getting new roofs, siding and gutters paid for by their insurance companies. I had to pay out of pocket for mine, and worse yet I had to try and find a new insurance company that would cover my home, and due to the existing storm damage it was nearly impossible. I have reported this company to the BBB. I would like all my premium money back that I paid over the years, because I paid for a service that was not delivered. I am still working with my attorney on how to proceed. Willing to settle. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM!!

I've had auto and renter Insurance with Badger Mutual about three years now. I think this is a great Insurance Company every year they are looking for ways to lower the cost of my Insurance.

Always talk to a human. Never put on hold for any great length of time. I love this company and wish more American companies where like Badger Mutual. I want to thank Q. R. Gustavson for his great service with my 1st claim with Badger Mutual.

The best local insurer in the land. Treat you like family, a person not a policy number and extremely fair. I would highly recommend them or 2 other, also local companies. Local presence and local agents still the best way to go vs all online or phone

To file a claim or help explaining it and no one could help me and kept forwarding me to someone else. So unprofessional and very unhelpful. And can t get someone out for 2.5 weeks. Seriously. Poor company.

Would only use after-market parts after a deer hit on my wife's 2 year old car voiding portions of the factory warranty.John Conway said "he didn't owe us new parts". We're taking our business elsewhere.

**BE AWARE** BADGER MUTUAL**DO NOT TRUST OR INSURE WITH** I have insured with Badger Mutual for more than 15 years. I've made 2 claims and BOTH DENIED. 1st Claim, my flooded basement. They found a way to offer me ZERO Coverage. $5000.00 LOST! 2nd claim, I rented a storage unit and lost $60,000.00 in personal belongings to Mold / Moisture / Water Damage. My policy offers 10% of personal property which in this case would have been roughly $21,000.00. and they offer ZERO Coverage again. Alex at Badger Mutual took Six weeks before finally denying.

They stole thousands from me and released a deranged driver on the road. He s in Vegas hitting people. I m going to the doctor for a checkup but they have said that Regardless is they won t do anything they care nothing about the lives of their clients or staff

After over twenty years of having a policy with this company without filling a claim, our roof was damaged by wind. They refused to follow the city code and only gave us 3500 dollars to repair a roof that, by the code, cannot be repaired. Don't waste your money. On top of that they lacked in communication and professionalism. Highly upset.

Great insurance company - I had a rock hit my windshield and it only took 5 minutes to get it scheduled. no questions, no messy paperwork they just set it up to send a guy out to fix my window!!! The monthly cost is very low too!

Badger offers great Customer Service (friendly, knowledgeable and timely responses). I have auto and home coverage with Badger. I appreciate the discounts offered when appropriate (bundling etc).

I recently switched from American Family to Badger Mutual. Definitely much cheaper than AmFam. My premiums for home and auto went down roughly 15%. AmFam raised my rates every single year by significant %'s even though I was claim free for my entire adult life and had been with them for 21 years. I enjoy saving money, but Badger gets 3 stars due to their website interface being something I'd expect from 2001. If I want to change how I pay my premiums, I should be able to do that on their website, not call and talk to someone. I looked over their website before I switched and it seemed pretty decent, but once you become a customer and see the customer portal, it's amazing that they still operate this way. I'll stick with them for now, but might look to pay a little more for a better customer experience.

Badger has been great to me and my family! When someone drove into our rental property, Joe M immediately sent out an estimator and then a great company, Response Team 1, to fix the damage. It was 15 degrees and they did the job so my tenants weren t completely freaked out. That is amazing! I had never had to make a claim before this. But Joe and the companies involved completely set my mind at ease.

Everyone I have worked with at Badger Mutual Insurance has been outstanding - friendly, responsive, thorough. I highly recommend them to friends & family.

Agent was slow to react. Impersonal contact. Did not tell me what I needed to process my claim. Rates have continued to go up ever since I first took out the policy. Will seek better coverage for less money.
