Delightful, delicious and a definite must for food lovers. The atmosphere was charming and cozy with an upscale feel. The food was amazing! Brisket that melts in your mouth ribs that fall off the bone all smoked on site. Amazing sides (fries, onion rings, brussel sprouts and lima beans were our choices) and seafood specials... we started our meal with a soft shell crab blt!! I recommend Bacon Bros. Public House to everyone, except vegetarians...

Words can't describe the amazing food that I ordered, from start to finish I was overly pleased. I am so glad I found this gem. If you haven't tried this place you are most definitely missing out. I absolutely loved everything. I had the pimiento cheese crackers with bacon jam (all made in house) the burger plate which was huge juicy and not greasy. Also every thing on the burger was fresh and crisp. Also tried the potater tots. What an invention only love could provide. All I can say is this place is definitely my favorite place in the upstate by far to eat! Keep on doing what your doing because WOW!!!!!

My boyfriend and I have frequented this establishment and have spent quite a bit of money there in the past. We bring friends and family just to experience the amazing food.

We had an order to go last night and had to pick it up at the bar. We went to one end of the bar and were told to go and speak to Adam to pick up our food. After standing right at the bar for a good 5 mins, not once did he acknowledge us. We were completely ignored until the other bartender told him we had an order to pick up. We were finally waited on after that

I have never been treated so poorly at Bacon Bros. ever. Sadly, this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth and quite frankly, I am unsure we will be going back. A simple "I'll be right with you guys" would have sufficed. Some sort of acknowledgment would have been welcomed.

The food was great! Very interesting selection of cocktails, but I wasn't able to get one this time. The bacon popcorn was like the best Cracker Jack I've ever had, plus it has bacon! My sandwich had a gluten free bun, which was good. The pork belly inside was fantastic and way big for the bun!

NEW TO ME - MUST TRY: The Buffalo Chicken sandwich will satisfy a monster appetite for the spicy food lovers (ITS HUGE)

From Burger to housemade chips one of my all time favs!
Tips: 1) get the burger WELL unless you really like lots of pink
2) try light or no seasoning on the yummy "chips" which are really just thin and SO CRUNCHY fries cut like chips - AND IRRESISTIBLE!
3)save room for a sip of some amazing bourbon and dessert!
I've visited the bar and their tenders are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!

If you are big on everything pork- you have come to the right place. My favorite is the ribs, pork shoulder, shrimp and grits and burgers. For appetizers - the bacon jam pimento cheese will put you down for a nap but it is worth eating :)

I was only passing thru but I had the wings and they were a bit tough and the sauce I didnt care for...then I had the ribs with mushroom mac & cheese which was good the ribs were good and the onion rings my friend had the pulled pork grilled cheese...now I know this is a smoke house and maybe the locals like this but I tasted it and it was straight smoke a bit to much for my friend and I thought well maybe she's just being a baby about it..so I tasted it and it was way to smokey for me. And of course this is just my opinion on the food...and last but not least the service was very good, attentive and understanding.

Had the bbq sampler and was amazing at how flavorful each portion was. Even with the $27 tag on it was worth every cent! The wait staff was really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Will be eating here everytime we pass thru Greenville .

The bacon pimento cheese jar is great. The barbecue is quite smoky, so much so that I won't order it again. Smoky just isn't my favorite flavor for barbecue. The breakfast for dinner item is awesome. Their onion rings are fantastic. I've had great service every time I've visited.

Everything was okay and I have no complaints but the prices are just too high for the quality of food. The beer is overpriced as well or at least when compared to most restaurants in Greenville. I do not see the value behind the prices charged here.

The Marriott we were staying at suggested we try out Bacon Brothers for our first night in Greenville. Boy, were we impressed! Our server Will, was actually frank about some of the items we might not like and steered us in the right direction for a fantastic meal. Started off drinking a Kentucky Breakfast Mule which tasted great, but I still have no idea how to describe what it tasted like. We split some Cornmeal Fried Pickles which was a tasty starter to pick at. It didn t last long. My wife had the Rainbow Trout (which was great), but I went for the more traditional pork ribs, which were meaty and not overcooked like most ribs I ve had in restaurants. The onion rings seemed to almost have a smokey taste. For a side, I had the Crispy Brussels Sprouts. Let me be clear, I hate Brussels Sprouts and I Ioved these. To polish it off, I had an Unbeetable Sidecar. Overall, a very unique and tasty meal.

After seeing the Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese all over social media, I find ally had the chance to try it and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Cannot wait to go back for another and then ultimately try more of the menu! This spot is going on the rotation for sure!

If you like smoked meats like barbeque and beyond, this is your place. It's more upscale than your typical BBQ place, so expect better surroundings, table service, and higher prices. But it is worth every penny. Great drinks, beers and wines too. It's my favorite restaurant in Greenville!

One of my favorite restaurants. You might have to wait, but it sure is worth it. Their cured meats are to die for, and their hamburger I could eat every day. If you haven t been there, give them a shot, you wont be disappointed.

The food here tastes great. My go-to favorite is the B.E.T., but they have plenty of great items to choose from. They have a lot unique items with interesting flavors along with selections from the bar. I ve never had bad service here which is always nice. It s not a very large restaurant so it can fill up quickly during the regular peak hours.

Definitely a place that was on my bucket list in Greenville, but not nearly as good as I had hoped. I ordered the meat sampler platter and, on a Saturday at only 6:30pm, they were out of the ribs!! So I got extra brisket. I'm glad I picked that one for the extra because the sausage was definitely overcooked and the pulled pork was dry dry dry. I had expected better of this place, having had so many people tell me how good the meats were. Service was very good. We had a great waiter. I found it odd that he told us they had a steak special and would come back with details. When he came back, it was salmon, not steak. I won't be returning.

Food was good. Service was good. Prices were way over the top given the quality. One adult and two 13 year old boys came to $107.37 - after tip it was $130. That's for 2 burgers, one BET sandwich, the recommended charcuterie board, 1 beer, and 2 bottles of root beer. They even charged $6.50 for filtered tap water for the table (without asking ahead of time). In Greenville, SC, that's not customary. We won't be back.

I give the staff the full 5 stars, no complaints at all. Very nice, very attentive.

The food was mediocre at best. I think I ve had better pulled pork from a grocery store shelf.

The pulled pork was not tender nor was the brisket. The brisket was tough and flavorless. The sauces were nothing to write home about either.

The grits... awesome! Brussel sprouts, weren t bad.

Now on to my biggest problem. With a name like Bacon Bros, I expected everything to be centered around bacon. I mean, the burger should have bacon, I should have to pay you to remove the bacon.

Burger was $14 and to be honest maybe I expected too much and the $5 order of fries were mostly over cooked. The service was great our waitress was very attentive to so a great job to her. I probably will try again at a later date maybe it was an off night I will certainly give it another chance as the service was great and the atmosphere was good and quiet

I absolutely love this place, and drove down from the D.C. area with my wife to introduce her. The staff are all knowledgeable foodies, who can discuss flavors eloquently, and the chefs are awesome. Every time I have to start with the chefs selection charcuterie, and then try something else. The charcuterie plate gives a lovely sample of several types, and I have never yet been disappointed by anything I've ordered.

The wait staff complements the food, by being extremely attentive, without being intrusive. Every person I've spoken to has had a great knowledge both of the food they serve, and of the supply chain of local farmers that raised the ingredients.

I wish there was something comparable near me, but will simply have to keep arranging business trips to GSP so as to go back!

I always forget just how good the food is at this restaurant. It is always fresh and delicious. Everything here is homemade. They have great lunch specials and a sandwich of the week. Both are very reasonably prices for the quality. The decor is rustic and homey. The men that I know love it because they say it is not "frou-frou". Parking is not issue since it is not downtown. They take reservations and on the weekend you will need them.
Edit: brunch is now available on Sunday! Get there fast! This is absolutely the best brunch in town! Everything is delicious and made from scratch. Service, as always, is outstanding!

You can eat here on Keto. Get the Barbecue Sampler (split with another person for $27 total) and then just substitute the side salad as the side. It's delicious and so so worth it.

Drinks are also great here.

The appetizer was great pork rinds and queso hreat combo. Unfortunately at least to me everything past that was nothing that I couldn't get somewhere else. I will say the service was awesome waiter was on point.

The meat board is fantastic, I try to order something else on the menu but I always go back to the meat board. I wish I could buy a pound or two of their head cheese, it's much better than the Boar's Head brand. Tater tots are great; honestly, I think I mostly get them for the fried pig ears they put on top. The pulled pork grilled cheese is to die for as well.

I'm usually a fan of their ribs too but the last time I ordered a half rack, it was caked in spices and was much too salty...If you guys at bacon bros read this, I hope you do fix it, or maybe that was a bad batch, cause I would love to enjoy the taste of the smoked meat more than an overwhelming mouthful of spices and salt. I don't think I'll try the ribs again unless I'm picking off someone else's plate.

Update:
I think I made this past review July of last year. My husband and I ate here again recently and I don't think we'll be coming back as frequently. I ordered the burger this time with a side of hash, and both dishes were much too salty. What surprised me even more was that the pecan pie was salty as well! I thought I was going crazy but my husband agreed they were pretty salty. I tried my husbands pastrami sandwich and that was at least pretty good. This used to be my favorite restaurant but it takes us nearly an hour to drive over here, and I'd rather not get disappointed again.

I've attended here anywhere from a date to time with friends. Great location right off Pelham Road near the Bi-Lo, great amount of seating and service staff. And nothing but great delicious food and drink.

Great food, good selection and nice options for lunch or dinner. Staff are attentive and food arrives fast even when busy. Think about booking for the evening because it has been busy at night when I've been. I only took off one star because when I last went my sandwich was supposed to have a duck egg but I'm 99% sure it was chicken!

The service was not that great at the bar. The food was amazing. The Duck is so delicious and is a huge portion. The deviled eggs were very tasty. I will be back for the food alone and hope service is better next time.

I rate restaurants on the food, prices and service. The service was bad. We were seated and then waited over 10 minutes before we finally stopped a server and asked him to send someone to our table. The restaurant wasn't busy, so I'm not sure what the problem was. We had to request drink refills twice, because our glasses were empty. The prices were high. We had a burger and a sandwich, and it was $40. That's too much for lunch. My sandwich was good, and my husband said his burger was alright, but nothing special. I'm disappointed.

With a name like Bacon Brothers, you'd expect bacon to be in everything, and you'd be right. One of the best burgers I've ever had. The bacon was mixed in with the hamburger meat. They get two pigs a week fresh from a local pig farm. And if you like hot sauce, the have their own blend that will light you up.

On the downside, it's a little on the pricey side. $12 for a burger, $4 for fries and $2 for soda/tea.

This restaurant has MASTERED their art!!! Whether it be the cocktails, deviled eggs, pimento cheese, collard greens, pork chop, or pork belly...it will be the best you have ever had! Kudos to the entire staff!!!

In a city of great food, this is the best. The reviewer below has some good points about beer selection though. Get a nitro tap and serve stouts the proper way as no one in town is doing that...
