I have gotten many cars and this was really the best experience I've had. I was able to test drive several cars and there was no sign of impatience. There was no 'hard sell' or pressure. I moved from an SUV to a regular car so it was a big decision for me to make. I never felt rushed. Anthony Serpico was my salesperson and he was outstanding. When I picked up the car all of the technology was explained and I was given time to pair my phone etc. If you are looking for a Honda you can't go wrong by going here.

The service advisor Steven was outstanding!!! He did everything he could to make the situation better. Someone one of his integrity and professionalism should be the manger if not the GM. Besides him the place is a death trap!
Brought the car in multiple times an I have to return multiple times to drive or ride with mechanic and the GM to show them the problem. But the problem is never fixed and to top it off.They damaged our vehicle than said we will take care of it (detail your car)but we know your lying says John McGuire the service manager. Even though they re vehicle check in damage report shows no damage at check in but damage at check out. If you care about your safety and you family s safety stay away!!!

Beware of the 10% hidden cost when buying a car here. It's in their fine print where no one can really see. Even the dealer rep hates talking about it but says they do it to get the customers to show up to their door. Well, I fell for their trick, hope you don't. Even if you can negotiate down the cost, it ends up not really saving much because of this 10% hidden cost. They will tell you about it as if it's a common thing to attract customers. But I guess they don't realize how we, as customers, feel like we got jipped and cheated when they pull something like that. Plus, wait time is unbearable. Skip if you can.

Extremely disappointing experience. The first time I went in, I specifically told the Sales guy that I was unsure if what car I want and I requested him to discuss Used cars and I wanted to make a grid with all my options. he didn't listen to me at all and I ended up being manipulated into a brand new (unseen, it was in transit) Honda Civic Sedan. 2 weeks later, I told them how pissed I was that this happened and I wanted a refund on my $100 deposit. A month later, and the sales guy never did the refund.
So, I found out he was terminated. I went back to give them a 2nd chance. I was finally sold a used car but they didn't explain to me that the car wasn't Certified and it only came w/1 key. They told me it was around $60 for a new key. I then went to their maintenance department and the key was actually $143!!!!!! I called to complain, and after the sales manager couldn't even remember to call me back, I had to make multiple calls to get in touch with her only to find out that the used sales manager wasn't budging on even splitting that obscene UNFORSEEN cost with me. Horrible customer service.
I'd recommend going elsewhere... I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. They're polite but polite doesn't equate to good business or good customer service.
Thank goodness this process is over and I don't have to deal with used car salesmen again for many years................

This place is the most unprofessional dealer I have ever walked into. ESPECIALLY during the times we re currently in. 2 guys were wearing masks. That was it. My sales rep really wasn t all there, we would ask questions and they thought that drawing on a piece of paper writing non sense and running around the questions that were being asked was a good tactic... they were rushing to get us out. So we got some numbers and he said he was gonna give us a call tomorrow afternoon, as we were going away for the weekend and needed the car before that. The whole day goes by it s 3:30 and we still haven t heard from anyone. I called and got hung up on twice! Then a nasty email bc I complained they have bad customer care and mike Incristo who's a sales rep( deff wouldn t recommend) told me it s not that s its lack of customer patience! How rude!!! Now I know why when we were there we were the ONLY customers there. So highly inappropriate and and UNPROFESSIONAL. If you want to go somewhere and watch the guys who are married gawk over the woman sales rep and make disgusting sexual comments all day and stand there and do everything except work...... this is the place for you!

We got the best deal and he was able to supply us with all necessary documents in a short period of time. Definitely recommend this dealership! They won't disappoint!

Bought a good used car here and figured they were a reputable outfit. Car is fine and we thought we would continue to service the car there. My problem is the service dept. Every time my wife goes in for an oil change the big upsell begins. Last time they wanted to change the antifreeze. Today they told her she should change the transmission fluid, the car has only 53k miles. So they found a nail in the tire and were nice enough to fix it for $30, a $10 job at the local service station. I'm done here they wont see us again. Hondas are a good car the greed is what killed me.

Our experience was excellent from the moment we walked into this dealership. A friendly greeting staff, our salesman Phil G. was so helpful and very patient as we first test drove a used vehicle and then decided we d like to drive a new vehicle. We went back and forth before making our final decision with absolutely no pressure at all. We left a deposit and were coming back with the rest of the deposit and financing the rest of the car. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to purchase the vehicle at this time and came back and spoke with John Smykowski the Sales Manager. He was so helpful and understanding and did not give me a hard time at all. I know car dealerships often get a bad rap. Next time I am in the market for a new vehicle Babylon Honda will definitely be where I take my business.

Chris is an absolute joy to work with. Babylon Honda is a fantastic operation. Everyone is so nice. I will recommend to my friends and family. It is also worth mentioning that I have leased my last two cars, (Honda Civics), from Babylon and I have leased many cars in my life and I must say that they made it the most pleasant and stress-free, not to mention, honest experiences, I have ever had at a dealer.

I had to have my CRV serviced for a Honda campaign issue 18-114 that Honda required. I made the appointment online through their website, which was very easy to use. I received a confirmation email with all the details shortly after completing the forms on the site. I also received a reminder the day before my appointment. Upon checkin-the whole process was handled professionally and I was told exactly what was to be done and why as well as how long it should take , and the work was done within that time. Reed Cronin was the advisor assigned for this visit and he was great.
I bought my Honda elsewhere but after experiencing the professionalism of having my CRV serviced here I will definitely consider Babylon Honda for my next vehicle when my lease is due. My wife and daughter will probably do the same for their Honda's! Overall I was impressed and pleasantly surprised with this service visit

The price advertised online is not what you pay it has a %10 reduction for no reason at all then they tack on a $795 fee. The car I liked had a no haggle price of 18178. The real price was 20690. If they're dishonest to get you there how can you trust them.

We came pretty far away to view a vehicle a 2hr drive, one way for us. When we got there the interior of the car looked nothing like the photos. The roof was dirty and stained. The seats in the same condition. The trunk extremely damage and scratched. The outside had a lot of touch up paint that was very noticeable. The salesperson made no effort to ease our mind that things like this could be fixed. His essential answer was, But the engine is good and it is a used. This might have been ok, however we called a few times to talk about the interior and exterior and was told it was in mint condition. Two of the phone calls the person on the phone was rude. After bringing up these issues they were not budging on price or any fixes. Our salesperson did however try and pressure us into a sale saying, we have someone else looking at the car. We left right after that. Buyer beware. The sticker price you see on the website apparently is not the true price. They tell you it s 10% more when your there.

Andrew sensed that I was a serious buyer and ready to sign or continue shopping dealerships. I had already visited and gotten quotes from quite a few.

Andrew understood exactly what I wanted and where I needed to be to sign the papers. It took a bit of back and forth working with his sales manager, but he got me locked into a price both sides were happy with -within just half an hour!

I was very grateful for the quick, no stress, no pressure negotiation to get to a great price. You don't come across that when car shopping very often.

Finance was easy as well. Wayne shopped a few quotes to get me a very good interest rate. Hats off to John the Sales Manager for helping towards the sale as well.

I just purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L. The dealer honored the internet price I brought in and the sales consultant (Elias Nunez) and the financing manager (John) were very polite and honest, and did not push to purchase an extended warranty at all. The purchasing process went very smoothly and Elias showed the newly built service center before my departure. I have purchased and leased cars from several dealers in the past 15 years for my family and this dealer, Elias, and John are really different. I strongly recommend them and this dealership.

My recent experience at Babylon Honda was great! I rate them a five star. Frederick Gilbert, Bob Mitchell and Jose are amazing people. Thay were all very helpful and easy to speak with. I was afraid to go into dealerships and buying used vehicles these men eased that feeling within the first few minutes of speaking to them. I am happy with my car and would highly recommend seeing Fred ,Bob Jose, and Ashley .Jose did good work by trying to get me a good rate for my loan. Lastly I wanted to thank Ashley in the service department who was very kind and friendly. She took that extra mile to come out with me to make sure my car was the way I wanted it.

We were waiting for like 2 or three hours so my mom asked what happened with her car they told her that the oil pan of her car was broken my mother were very mad because the oil pan was fine before without any leaking of oil they broke my mom car and at the end they don't recognized that was their fault it its my mom only car so she have to pay them $600.00 to repair something that their broke very sad that they take advantage of people we never back to that place....

With that said, John, the manager displayed the utmost empathy and consideration in my difficult situation which led me to have to purchase a vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances. He connected me to an equally empathetic and trustworthy sales representative in Fred who continued the amazing customer service through genuine conversation and care. This was followed by the finance manager - Jose who was very responsive and patient with my persistent follow up. In summary, thanks to this stellar team I was stalled in my prior vehicle on the way to work at 10:15 Wednesday morning and was in my certified pre-owned CRV by Thursday afternoon. I felt like I was going in to argue with sales people and left with friends. Thank you again John, Fred, and Jose for your seamless support and sense of urgency during my difficult time.

Salesman Joseph DiLeo and lease manager Jose. My daughter told Joseph up front that her credit was bad. Joesph informed her that it was not a matter of concern and she would drive home that night. Quote was $269., went up to $289. She Trader her car in for $300. She put down $500, I gave Joe $250. He said they didn t need me so I went home. She did not drive home that night. They needed me to cosign. I went in signed my name as coapplicant. My daughter was there for hours. The cost of the lease went up to $300, I called Joseph and we had a deal that the cost would stay at $289 and the trade in would go up to $400. My daughter went back the next day at 11:30 and was there until 5:30. I got a call that I had to come back in and sign the contract. The cost was back up to $300 and the trade in went down to 250, without telling my daughter the trade in went down, she caught it in the form, I told Joseph and my daughter I wasn t signing. It was the most incompetent experience I ve ever had. My credit score is excellent. My daughter wanted the car and drove home. When she got home her son in law noticed a scratch on the car and also told her that her car was worth more than $400, new tires cost her $400. They took the car back to Honda and Travis bought back her old car. Joseph came to my house to sign another contract because it was no longer a trade in. What can you do about this experience?

My boyfriend and I had gone together on a weeknight. Immediately someone was there to help us through the whole process and make it more enjoyable because everyone knows car shopping isn t the easiest process to go through, especially me who is picky with her choice of cars. I will say everything was going well UNTIL the man in charge of the finances attempted to overcharge me for my monthly finance on the car. Mind you I have good credit, pay my other bills on time, and put a down payment for the car. SOMEHOW in a matter of minutes he made it possible to give me a price that was more affordable and made more sense with my credit history. Mind you my boyfriend had to help with understanding why my payments were so high and making a price that was better fit for me because the guy was not accommodating me. ($35 less than the number he gave me to start). The car was in great shape and everything worked perfectly fine EXCEPT for the fact that they tried to hide the HOLE in my floor mat under the drivers seat with a disposable mat that is used after a fresh vacuum and ALSO the stain on the ceiling I was told would be gone by the time I took the car home. I would not recommend this place, but everyone has different experiences at different times so take it for a whirl.

don t let them tell you that the process will take a half hour because it usually means it ll be a 2 hour process of you just sitting there waiting to be serviced

First contact was with internet sales rep. Janet Degratto who's internet reply was very fast, with very accurate information and with a competitive price for the car I was interested in. Janet got me to go to Babylon Honda where I was introduced to Ted Hanlon a sales rep.. Ted Hanlon was very personable,knowledgeable and understood what I was interested in. Ted also new where my budget line was and did not try to pressure me in any way. With no hassle we came to terms and closed the deal on a new Accord ex-l. Next I dealt with Faith Egan for financing who closed lease with no hidden surprises or hassles.
Ted followed through at every stage of the sale to insure that we were satisfied. I have had several other Honda's from "Atlantic Honda" no complaints, but this experience with BABYLON HONDA was the best. I would go back to Babylon Honda again and recommend them to my friends. And tell them to see Ted Hanlon.

we spent a few weeks shopping for a new honda, many dealers online inventory showed having a car in stock that they didn't actually have, Babylon also showed having the configuration we were looking for, I called up, confirmed it was there, drove 45 minutes to the dealer, had my trade in appraised, spoke numbers about this car, we came to an agreement and we picked up the car the next night. The salesman Fred was nice and knowledgeable, the sales manager was real good and spoke frankly. Overall Im happy with his dealer and would recommend them.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Contacted dealership via email and received immediate response. Stephanie facilitated the negotiations and maintained constant communication. Quickly quoted a lease price on a 2016 Civic EX-L that was the lowest out of the half dozen dealers I had contacted.

Went into the dealership and closed the deal with Elias and drove home within 24 hours of my initial contact. Elias even offered me his cell phone number and encouraged me to call if I had any questions on the operation of the vehicle...rare after the sale offer of service.

No pressure, no hard sell, no bait and switch, no upsell...all commonplace in this business. Even the meeting with the financial manager went quickly and with no attempt for any add ons.

Highly recommend this dealership. They are straight shooters and professional.

After my mechanic gave me some bad news about my old car, I decided it was time to get something new, so I went to Babylon Honda to see what they had to offer. My fiancee had recommended this dealership to me, as she had previously gone through Phil N. for her lease. Phil was very personable and knowledgeable, he helped me find the vehicle that was right for me. He had a great answer for all of my questions and was able to get me a solid deal on the car of my dreams. I would recommend Babylon Honda and Phil to anyone!

The worst dealership I ve had to deal with. Went with my girl to lease a new car, I know from personal experience that it takes a while when you re getting a car so I was prepared for a few hours but 6.5 hours nah and my girl had already filled out the paperwork and spoke with the finance guy the day before but when we get there the car he quoted her for had been sold which still wasn t a big deal. The salesman was cool really liked him it was the finance dept little rally watched dude walk around with the file for 2 hours. To put icing on the cake after all the paperwork was signed and keys given to her we had to wait 30 more minutes just to get plates. My suggestion avoid this place. I gave them 2 stars because of the salesman they deserve 0.

I generally don t write reviews but wish I can give negative 5 stars. They are arrogant as hell. The price they quote online doesn t include down payment apparently and will add once you get to dealership. This is after confirming the price by calling couple of times before driving 2 hours to see the vehicle. Above all this they had the audacity to tell me to fly to California to get a cheaper car. Go somewhere where they know how to treat customers or even people better.

Was quoted a certain price on a 2017 Honda Touring by one of the customer service girls , okayed through the Sales Mgr. & when i went down there to purchase , they renegged on price, stating that said price was never discussed. But before all that a sales rep showed me a few 2017's, the short , burly balding itaslian guy, Anthony or something like that, who made a derogatory, sleazy statement towards my 15yo step-daughter, that he wouldnt mind kidnapping her.
The whole sales dept, team...wgatever they call themselves suck as sales persons & human beings. Thier shady, contradictive & arent too concerned or helpful to your needs.
Service isnt as bad, i use them for my car but parts dept & the parts dept mgr. just a few steps behind sales.

What everyone is saying is true , if I can give zero stars I would. I came into Babylon honda for a 2014 Honda Civic si that I seen on the web for a low price , out of no where the price jumped up , I tried to negotiate the price and they tricked me into signing the paper for that price , so I decided to go somewhere else (Atlantic Honda in bay shore ) and I found a better deal with a way better price and on top of that a brand new car. The one is bay shore cares about the people and try every possible way to help you. Never again will I ever go to Babylon nor do I recommend anyone to come :).

From the minute I walked on there lot to the day I took delivery. It was the best car buying experience I or my wife has ever had. And this was a purchase from 3 months ago.

Walked in after visiting two other Honda dealers and was greeted in a friendly manner. The salesman was very well informed and was honest enough to say he was not sure for a question about the car - I DID know the correct answer that the two other dealers got wrong. The prices for the lease made sense and I did NOT get the feeling that they were trying to pull as fast on one you! Plus, when the final paper work was signed there were no unexpected charges and no hard sell for add on services.

Shopping on-line using GEICO's car finder service (which is apparently run by True_Car) I came upon a 2013 Civic advertised by Babylon Honda for $13,454, a fair price but certainly nothing special. However the site encouraged me to email the dealer for my "TruePrice". Naturally I had to give them my phone number and email address but I was seriously interested so I thought, Ok if they can cut that down even by a few hundred dollars it may be worth the drive.
Well the "TruePrice" turned out to be $16,319!!! and that's NOT including tax!!! What it does include is a $795. "prep fee" and a $1995 deposit (or equivalent value trade-in)! Neither of these were mentioned in the listing. Of course now they have my personal information. This is a giant rip-off and should be illegal. See the screen print to confirm what I''m saying. They must think people are idiots.

Bringing my car in during the holiday week was a chance I was willing to take. The service center was bustling and each representative were courteous and truthful when discussing my car's issue. The car was assessed, fixed in the determined time and thankfully covered by an extended warranty I have through my bank, which Steve noted was his job to ensure it went through smoothly, and he was more than happy to help facilitate.

I just wanted to commend Steven Ferchhak at Babylon Honda Service for his exceptional professionalism today. His kind and professional service was so outstanding that I would recommend yr establishment to anyone. He was on point in making me feel that I had made a wise decision taking my car there for maintenance. He made a very difficult day more bearable (I have a terminal friend who was waiting to see me and he did his best to get me in and out quickly). I cannot say enough about his professionalism and kindness. I am truly grateful to him.

It's really hit or miss with this place. I'm here since 11:30am and it's now 1:45. Came in for an oil change, after one hour they notifyied me that my breaks needed to be changed which I was aware of also my rotators needed to be changed. Another hour after no indication of anything I asked how much longer and now it'll be another half hour. It's Saturday it's busy I get that, but I made a reservation, which I found to be useless cause I see the receptionist answer the phone and, telling people to come in. Very apparent to me where the motives of this place are, or maybe there is no communication between departments. If you can't handle the volume of work coming in be honest, would you rather have people mad that your honest or mad cause they feel they were discarded, mislead, or lied too? At what point do you realize your not being taken care of in a timely manner? Finally told at 2:10 I can watch my car come off the lift (I did not) and a very programmed unsincere apology. I finally left at 2:20. You be the judge.

I recently came to this service station for my newly purchased Honda Accord for oil change , wonderful experience , staff is so good , they treat you with respect and the best thing is all the charges like oil change , battery replacement all the maintenance related things they charge , information is completely displayed on pamphlets and they advertise too so there is nothing hidden charges , I have other car from Toyota I don t see that at Toyota dealerships, I am big fan of Toyota and Honda. I will just request that when they inspect the car if they find few small things need some care like I have less coolant they can add the coolant, small little things makes a great difference in how someone treat their customer but overall excellent experience

My recent experience at Babylon Honda was great! Frederick Gilbert is an amazing soul. He was very helpful and easy to speak with. I was afraid to go in from all the things you hear about dealerships and buying used vehicles but this man eased that feeling within the first 2 minutes of speaking to him. Listen if I can give this place a negative star I would,let me just start by saying how unprofessional their sales team plus service is, and those words are also from an ex sales person who leased the car to me and my girlfriend who I saw one day at a restaurant. He said he had to leave that place because it wasn t doing him any good, plus the team he was with wasn t professional at all, I will never ever get a car from here and never go to there service department. let me just finish by saying that about a week ago my girl almost got into a huge car accident do to a tire popping and reason of this is because one of the service employees told her not to worry about the tire light on. He said that it is normal for it to come up on cars and now the managers won t talk to her or call her back, like what is this!!!!!
