The worst support in world history. First I had to spend half an eternity to find a phone number that was in use. Once I arrived, I was referred to their online support. It would probably have been very cool if it had not been for the fact that I needed to get hold of them precisely because the online support did not work. The world's largest company and they can not muster a single real person when their rubbish does not work properly. Incredibly strange, I think.
