Very bad service at head office at Conrad Trousers are not good from Pme / Personnel is customer oriented in the store

the most disgusting shop I have ever visited. the staff do not know how to treat paying customers at all and certainly do not belong in a shop. service is also completely unknown to them. even if my life depended on it, even then I wouldn't set foot in that pitiful excuse of a shop

Money chopping, still shipping costs. I order 400 euros worth of pants online and can only return for free in their stores. Every self-respecting web store (B.V. Zalando) assumes easy and free returns. Especially with amounts above 100 euros. Returning to the store is free of charge, but it is of little use to me. That store is much farther away than a postal agency. I order online so I don't have to go to the store.

Do not buy anything here, but go to an online webshop where customer satisfaction is of paramount importance and return is just free.
