B&Q Crewe Review

Appauling service after a defective product caused thousands of pounds of damage to my property.

I got what I needed, it was pretty well organised, young lady on the checkout was friendly and helpful.

All U can say is that it's the usual B and Q. Due to the virus they have a number of stock items in short supply, especially stuff made in China, like chimeniers. They do have lots of garden furniture in though.

This is the B&Q flagship store so it's massive. They sell almost everything you're likely to need for DIY projects but are often sold out or the kit is damaged. Be careful that you check the packaging is intact. They will take any return (with the receipt) no questions asked.

I'm here almost every weekend - but only for gardening (so review is limited). Its my go-to place for soil. The pots however are ridiculously expensive and not much of a selection of veg/fruit plants. The bedding plants are too expensive and some plants outside are so dried out and wilted, yet full price. These need to be sorted out or updates a little more often. Other than that, happy with it.

So worth the drive. They have a good selection and friendly staff.

Easy to get around, the aisles are nice and wide so social distancing wasn't a problem and safety procedures in place.

Looks like the locusts have been through for building materials. The place is gutted. The biggest annoyance is the fact that the store stuck doesn't match the website.

Its a shame to see a big firm like this let its customers down but if their quality isnt bettered soon then they will go all together. B&Q u can do better. :(

Large car park, large variety of everything around home improvement and DIY. Make sure you join the loyalty scheme, as you get email receipts (handy for returning goods) and money off vouchers for next shop. The store is a bit cold I believe due to size, so bring a jacket.

Went to b and q talke for bits we couldnt get.

Today very quiet asked for help finding something's staff helpful .

Store was clean and staff in the building materials department were super helpful and directed me to the product I needed. All covid safe and at a distance the tills were all safe and their was an ample amount of sanitizer spots for the store.

Got everything we needed, good social distancing would recomend

Great B&Q! Plenty of stock every time I've been, very clean and tidy store too. Checkout area is great for distancing too. I prefer this B&Q to all other local stores

Fine, got what I needed, but find the prices expensive compared to elsewhere.

Another disappointing visit. Last visit i took my old bathroom bulb in to replace, the man told me i should get another with more prongs on it because that will last longer (obviously didnt question it as i thought he should have known what he was on about), took home and it didnt fit so had to take it back....

I always go out of my way to come to this B&Q over other local ones as they always have stock in the kitchen department and are able to think outside the box as I use wall cabinets as base cabinet on boats.

B&Q always the first stop for some DIY magic. Good range. Especially with outdoor selection of sheds and plants!

Pretty well stocked again after the shortages. The queue system is a little annoying if you need to leave without buying anything right now but can't be helped. Good layout and helpful friendly staff

A large store with a wide range of products helpful staff will explain products if you have any questions disabled access .

There are many good things but can not be paid with contactless cards
