Visited today. There was a safety briefing before entering the store. Staff are due to social distancing unable to help any one with any lifting and a couple of other services such as wood cutting are not taking place. Good amount of products in. There was a cleaning stating upon entering for the trolleys along with hand gel. Toilets are closed. When paying at the till you leave all goods in the trolley and stand behind a line whilst its all scanned. Overall good service and simple and effective processes in place

A huge warehouse store that sells pretty much everything you could think of. All the aisles are clear marked and well laid out. There's even a building section which stocks trade items. Not that many staff available but didn't take long to track someone down who was very helpful. Plants and garden section is excellent, really wide choice and variety of plants, trees, shrubs etc. Parking is free but time limited, so make sure you don't exceed the limit. Overall very good but can be a little expensive.

Not very good service I went to the trade section to pay for a new door because it was closer to my van and because I'm not in trade the wouldn't serve me and wanted me to take the door half way down the building to pay so I just left it poor service

Que outside looked long but moved fast, only when we got near the front did the guy say card only no cash payments, arrows on the floor pointing everywhere and at the till , staff don't speak to you just push your trolley up to till go stand right back as she scans it, while throwing your stuff around, then as she walks off back around to till , you push trolley out of the way to pay . I guess as she never spoke not even when she pointed at my till receipt to take out of machine myself. Very strange and impolite.

Went for a length of plaster coving. Waited patiently in line, found the product. The Coronavirus arrangements were excellent and made for a very pleasant shopping experience. Would be 5 stars if the ? undertrained ? very young checkout girl had been able to find the correct product when she scanned the bar code, which led to an unacceptable 5+ minute delay. Not her fault but she had to call for help, which doesn't inspire confidence. I guess it's tough employing permanent experienced staff, in terms of costs to the company, especially in these uncertain times?

I have always said how good this store is in regards to size and stock, with a brilliant range of products. In regards to their COVID measures even better. You must have your own trolly at all times (even if you're getting the smallest thing), staff will not help to get you things or put them in your car to protect them, cleaning table as you walk in and clearly labelled one way paths.

All in all one I go whenever I can for DIY needs and decorating items and would recommend to use it if you need.

Just a message to the rude and obnoxious staff (x3)at B&G Crewe that I experienced in one visit today...remember that you are not the only people working in these difficult times....and that good customer service is still an important part of your business. Just stop this rude 'were doing you favour...and you're lucky to have us attitude'...I suggest you get some corporate deal arranged with someone like ASDA or Tesco where they can advise on the training of staff and how to speak to customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
I have never been in prison and never been in a police station in my life...but going through your check-out earlier today was I suspect a simulation of what that would be like. Unfortunately, the rudeness and willingness to not show any respect to customers is something I deplore...disgraceful.

Only went in for one thing. Social distancing queue is pointless and you have to use a trolley even for one item. I understood the reason so you weren't close to the cashier but after paying she stood where she scanned and I walked past her anyway

Never had any problems with the plants one way system is in place as is distancing but will only work if the public stick to it
Staff always pleasant and helpful click and collect always on time trollies sanitised regularly questions only apparent when public decide to go shopping for a wander around and not really shopping for necessities

First visit to Crewe B&Q. I checked online for some paving slabs and stk available however upon arrival to the store no stk available. There was a member if your staff on his knees (Simon) doing a job but when we queried this he said he would go and take a look for us He came back with the 2 we required and I have to say he was so friendly. What an asset to your company and mention to Hannah at the till

Very busy at the tills and quite difficult to exit if you don't purchase anything. According to the member of staff I spoke to you have to go out through the in door, which doesn't open unless someone's coming in and then you have to walk against the flow of people. Can't be that hard to create an exit near the tills to prevent this?
