Everyone else said 60 to 90 mins, my dude was there in 25 mins and he had the most positive attitude. Very respectful and did not make me feel uncomfortable whatsoever. As a female needing a ride at 2 am, He did such a good job making me feel respected. Thank you so much!

Best tow in town. The most respectable and the most helpful tow company. After a mechanic shop in west Salem failed to perform, BC towing has come through and I ve used them multiple times and I recommend them to anybody! Just glad to have peace of mind when I needed the help. The driver was the BEST to me and just some one to understand and help in anyway he could. I will use them time and time agian.
Technician was actually 45min earlier than scheduled. Showing up at 1am with a smile and a great attitude goes a very long way.

Responded very quickly on a Saturday afternoon. Sent text messages to keep me apprised of their status. The tow driver very helpful, tried to get my car started, first. Very quick and safe getting the vehicle loaded in a crowded shopping mall.
We're listing this at 3 stars because the actual service was good, but an issue did occur. The person on the phone was respectful and prompt, and the service was done quickly. The driver however wasn't wearing a mask, despite being in our garage and car. As a home with someone fighting cancer, we really look towards the community to help protect them by simply wearing a mask when in our direct area. When we asked him to put on a mask he seemed upset. This is the first company we've worked with through this global pandemic that doesn't seem to have a mask policy, even when their employee is within feet of the customer.
He showed up promptly, was friendly, and pulled my van right out of the ditch. He has a professional looking rig, too. Reasonable price for service.
I'll be calling them again if I need help in the future.
Jason responded quickly to my call for a jump start on my 33 foot long motor home, which was in a storage bay with the battery at the opposite end of the door. When he saw the access problem, he immediately called for more help, which arrived promptly. They decided to pull the motor home out of the bay to be able to reach the battery. They took great care not to damage my vehicle and went about their work as a professional team. I was impressed with their personable attitude and they treated me like I was their only customer. In the end, they got my motor home started and were cheerful to the end. Regardless of your problem, if you need a roadside assist, you can count on BC Tow to respond rapidly, handle your problem in a professional and friendly manner, and have you on your way quickly!
Somebody forgot about me until I called when they were late. However they sent another driver pretty quickly so I was only a little late for an appointment. He was efficient and courteous to get me to my destination. Did a great job.
Speed of arrival was impressive. Driver was so great: Efficient, accommodating...just the nicest guy. Took such good care of us and our 2 dogs. Price was very right. So pleased. HIGHLY recommend.
