Radisson Resort Orlando Celebration

Run as fast as you can in the other direction from this scam. This is the worst excuse for a hotel I've stayed at, clearly falsely advertised. The high ratings must be fake reviews. While the main lobby appears to be newly renovated, the rest of the hotel is in shambles, old, dirty, smelly. There were stains on the walls and carpets and the bathroom was grimy and gross. I've never seen anything like it at motel or hotel. Not only that, we felt unsafe. Sketchy guests who appeared to be on drugs were roaming the halls, and we were afraid to leave our room until the morning.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Excellent amenities such as weight room, 2 pools & spa. If you want to go to Disney & Universal Studio parks, they offer a free shuttle. The only negatives about this hotel is that they don't provide free breakfast for its customers and they charge $20+ per night parking.

Not a good stay at all. This place makes it look all grand and everything on the outside. But once you are in your room or even in the hallway, it s obvious that it s not the best place and that they didn t put any work into it. What they did put work into was the check-in area, it makes it look nice and grand...when that s the only part of the hotel they made nice. You can definitely get a better hotel for a cheaper price. They have a little coffee break stop...the prices are way too overpriced for everything and I had to ask for about 5 things before they actually had something I wanted. When we walked into the hotel room...the beds looked lumpy and the room was kind of smaller than I imagined(may be a good size for someone else, but just my opinion). Also, the door lock on the door was busted when we got there and the drain for the sink didn t work. In the elevator, one of the handles was almost about to fall off. They advertise rooms are like $95 + tax for a night, but in reality it s about $200 a night (includes tax) We didn t get notice until we got there. I hope someone sees this, so you can find a better hotel to say at...if you are going to Disney, just say at the Disney hotels they are way better priced and way nicer and you get the Disney experience.

2 nights, never got us towels, the room was never clean, came back from theme park to not find clean towels, had to go and get them my self from a far place, pool view with no pool view, was refunded the fee, friendly staff, nice pool 2, 1 heated, water slide, everything was functional, ist it's a big hotel facing understaff covid problems, my kids loved it!

Lobby was nice and fitness center was real nice and easy to get to and use. Pool was the best part. 2 hot tubs, and big heated pool, and a large pool with water slide and waterfall. Rooms were mixed part of it was new nice and other parts like the shower were old and rusted. It seems like they are doing a big makeover here though. 80% nice hotel and it looks like they are redoing the other 20%. Would be interested to see how it looks after remodel. Would consider staying here again for the price. Kinda weird location.

The worst hotel experience in my life. This was no resort. I felt like we were at an extended stay. Room was small. You could hear the people in the next room. One of the two elevators were not working. Still have yet to receive my deposit. Not worth the 229.00 i paid for one night. Dont waste your money.

Honestly the reviews of this place scared us. We won this trip from always travel with us and we were very nervous about the hotel. However, when we arrived the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It looked like an older resort and could've used some paint touch up on a few hallways but our rooms were very clean and nice. Everything was sanitized and clean when we arrived. The pool was beautiful and very relaxing. Drinks at the tiki bar were a little pricey but the bartender was very friendly and all around we had a great stay! (We stayed for 3 nights).

I definitely enjoyed the time on this hotel, room was super clean, people there was really friendly, pool was great, close to everywhere in Orlando, lots of things to do around the hotel. The gym was closed, didn t have opportunity to use the equipments, overall I would recommend it, price was excellent too, the only thing I saw that as a manager I would change is the pool area, the three times me and wife were there by the pool, not chair were available, all of them full of soaked towels, we did not know if they were in use or not. Besides that was a really great experience.

The hotel is fine. I don't know what up with these other comments. They Seems just mad. But Our stay was great. It right down the road from all the parks. Rose was our bartender for a few nights and let me tell you. She really made our trip great with stories, super fast service. Just overall this hotel and bartender's are great and it right down the street from the parks

For as expensive as it is to stay in the rooms you d think they d at least give you free parking, or clean your beds every day but not here, never once got our beds cleaned in the 3 days we stayed, there was a stain on the sheets when we first arrived, the toilet doesn t completely flush, and we were originally only supposed to pay $850 total but upon arriving at the hotel we were told that it was $950 without being given a reason why we were being charged the extra $100. All in all not the greatest stay I ve had and wish I didn t experience this resort during my stay.
