This is worst company don t take any property they not giving on time they do any communication also after buying property I hate this company

Poor customer service, fake promises. Finance department never replied to the email. Worst experience ever.

No loyalty, no honesty, no reliability.
No customer focus, no customer service, no sense of customer care.
They use other agencies like Square Yard to deceive the vulnerable. Pathetic individuals, deceiving individuals both Square Yard and Azizi Development.
Not even a star they deserve.

Azizi Developer has to maintain their name by hiring the right Brokers who will help the customers to make a right decision to buy or wait.

I dealt with Range Real Estate broker working for Azizi projects and i made a quick and sudden Emotional decision to book a property. I didnt sign any OTP since I regret that decision and informed the broker to refund since I as a customer was not satisfied. It was just that transfer I did and I did not sign any single document.

Now Range is not at all helping the customer for refund. Instead he is pushing me to go for another property. Mistakes can happen but the Developer shows no empathy and shows their greediness thru out by not returning my money. There should be a clause favoring the customer in case he changes his mind. There is nothing to support the customer when it comes to refund. The policy has to change now! Customers are the backbone of the economy and here I am not committed a fraud.

Azizi has to pay back my booking amount if they have to keep their reputation.

Ajiji Developments team has helped us to find a home from the very beginning, due to which we have taken 2 bedroom apartments in Al-Furzan, which is very close to the new metro.

Good developer , have alot of good projects in good locations

Actually their new projects are amazing! The finishing is excellent and the space utilization is great

They have a nice sales gallery in CONRAD HOTEL (13.th floor) where you can have a full view of their main projects in 3.D models and mockup apartments with a cup if best coffee or cold drinks in such a beautiful atomosfer

I am sorry but can't resist. What in the world this gentleman rick herbergs is talking about? Tell me a single Azizi project which is released on promised time? The projects are delayed, Quality is very poor and customer service is horrible. I made a mistake of my life by investing in this company's project. And then you read these type of fake reviews ....

Very bad experience, company is really unreliable and cheating it's clients regarding the delivery dates, better to invest with the well known companies in Dubai

We are buying a new 1 Bedroom apartment in Azizi Riviera. The experience has been made extra special by dealing with (Mohammad) Azizi Property Consultant. Mohammad is so friendly/helpful and honest and makes the experience a joy and not stressful!

@Hashim Raza: Depends who you are dealing with, I have personal experience and regular contact with a few of their agents who understand their job! In all fairness in the beginning I encountered some fools as well, but if you give up easy you will never reach the goal you have in mind!

As far as my experience they delivered as promised, can't say anything else than they understand the interests I personally have as investor.

I have a very good experience with Azizi Developments!

Previously experience with other developers they promise you a lot, everything is possible, but in the end they delay the building which is bad if you buy as residential and/or as investment property.

Azizi promises a deadline and they deliver As an investor this is very important since you calculate with a certain Return On Investments (ROI), so each day delay is expensive. It is good to know that as far as my knowledge Azizi Developments never delayed any project since they understand the importance for investors do deliver exactly at the time as promised.

It is very bad company ,It is not recommended at all, It is not deserve any star They scam, took my money without provide me unit or any service.

The are thieves and not a company , i've been delivered my apartment in Azizi Roy with a quality completely different than they promised , you try calling them the customer service doesnt reply , they let me pay 5% VAT just because they wanted to call the building as Hotel apartments although the quality they delivered is similar to Deira buildings .They kept delaying other building also , stay away !!!

My unit in Plaza was supposed to be delivered in July 2018 but now its status is showing Q1 2020, which again look impossible with their pace...

Gave oqood fees last year in 2018 and now its end of 2019 but still they have not done oqood.. so dont pay oqood fees until you are sure that it is near to handover .. my comment screen shot attached...

Very bad developers, just stole money, and not delivery the project. I buy two bed room , they delay 2 years already, and I do not think they will be delivery .Pls do not buy from Azizi,

Worst company to deal. Commission pending and late late late delivery of project to the buyers.

After a year the Azizi Liatris building is falling apart. Very humid, A/C is not working properly, the mold is apperaing under the paint and the paint is falling off, the suwage smell is coming through A/C from central ventilation etc..

Professional & supportive agents, they helped me choosing right flat for me with extra balcony space.

Recently bought apartment in Azizi Aliyah, Dubai healthcare city, Azizi Development property consultant guided and helped me with all buying / mortgage process even on weekend.

Developer promises are not met adequately. I have invested on Azizi riviera, and they promised to be delivered on time by the beginning of 2019. Now on site, the whole construction has rested for so many months and now they have some people here and there doing some jobs to convince other prospective costumers who they take for the site visit. Now recommitted milestone is for 2019 Dec and i being an engineering consultant, i really don't foresee any improvement and fulfilment of the project before 2021. I am sure this post will be deleted soon by the social media agency of Azizi. We believe in investing in Dubai in general but not with this developer.

If you want to be dragged to the mud and humiliated and disrespected on top of losing money thwn deal with this company. if you have common sense stay away a million miles.

if there was a star lower than 1, i would give them this rating!
im absolutely apalled by the treatment and promises of all azizi staff. the only ones you will find friendly are those in sales. The others are mean, disrespectful, they say they are sorry but they are not. They make fake promises thinking customers are dumb! During the sales event they say somethng else, once you get fooled and put ur money, their staff keeps getting fired and it takes months for people to reply to you. I have unfortunately been misguided and have been called from various mobile numbers and disgraced for not making a payment, whereas they lie about their competion!
their progress update still shows 20% completion, yet they sit and call and disrespect customers to pay more and the customer should follow his payment plan regardless, but they dont talk about the liabiity that they have towards us customers too, by completing our project in time!
I would hope to see someone from the management see this review and call me to discuss this as this really is disappointing!

I have recently secured my first investment property through Azizi Developments. So far so good, the process was straightforward. Good locations to choose from if you are looking for living and investment.

Stellar , cutting edge and professional are not enough words to define Azizi developments . The projects both on-going and completed provide a gold standard for real estate . The customer service is warm and exclusive . I am extremely happy with my experience with them .

The worst developer bad costumer care they cancelled the whole project after 2 years of waiting, and until not I didn t get my money back.

Bought a unit in riviera Phase 2 with a promised date of completion 4th Q 19. So far my building is not even 20% finished. Big joke and they dont care after u finish your payments, even my Oqood wasn t received till now.

I started living in my new apartment last month and I m so happy :) Great team and work
