Aziza Paradise Hotel Review

Tourist trap. No service given, only money asked for.

This place good easy access to airport and city center. They provide good house keeping service and buffet breakfast it was sadded that we haven't experience alot of sea food menu that i expected in going to palawan.. .the Key card was defective when we arrive it fix in the afternoon it was OK. You can also avail the free airport transfer of the hotel.

Less crowded, beautiful swimming pool. Pls bring medicines because when my daughter suffered from vomiting and diarrhea, the front desk said they have no available medicines. Likewise, there is less choices for breakfast buffet..not as we expected considering the cost of accomodation

Very poor facilities. Fake Wi-Fi, fake TV channels ,small water flow in bathroom, rough room interior, and unpleasant breakfast.

Good service. Relaxing atmosphere. No karaoke. Happy grandchildren. Nice pool.

Aziza have a swimming pool for those guests who wants to relax and swim. Rooms are nice. Foods are good. Boodle fight menu is a must try for those who wants to enjoy Filipino cuisine. Courteous ataff and they have round the clock security.

The place is very accomodating, from the lobby itself up to the rooms. I love the flora touch for its theme. Its makes you feel like even with the hotel established, they still make it feel that they have an environmental friendly vibe and that they put the environment first.

Booked through a travel agent, on a package deal with tours of local scenes. Was told it's a 4* hotel. We'll, we must have gotten the worst room available. Bathroom had stained shower (mold?), mirror backing peeling off, furthest room for lobby on 3rd floor. WONDERFUL personel, great in all other aspects, breakfast buffet great, just don't see it as a 4*.

Good food, nice service. Needs powerful air conditioning though.

Oustanding Customer Service. Good customer service is a good reflection of the facility and ammenities. Sad to say complementary internet access is a let down.
Aziza please get your Internet access competitive and also please improved your cellular reception to be stable especially within rooms .

I highly recommend staying at the Aziza Paradise Hotel. My boyfriend and I had such a great experience. The staff and waiters had really good hospitality, service and were super friendly! We were able to get our laundry cleaned, they informed us that the dryer machine was broken but they offered to out source to get it done for us. One day, I even left both suitcases open and forgot my jewelry on the counter. I was really pleased that the house keepers didnt touch a single thing and cleaned our room very well! The room service was amazing and quick, my favorite staff member was Sam. Always smiling, incredibly polite and really made our experience even better. There's not much that I could complain about, only that they upgrade their room books as some of their food was no longer available but other than that, I truly recommend anyone going to Puerto Princesa to chose the aziza as your choice of hotel. Oh and we were also able to check in 2 hours early!! Thank you Aziza and staff. Maraming salamat

The hotel is ordinary, but it is good in the local environment, about four stars, but... when it arrives at the hotel, almost the network is invalid, even the cable of the room is good. The wifi in the lobby is connected to the network. The road is unreasonable, the bandwidth is too small, and people who care about the Internet should pay attention to it.

OK, the signal difference is a big problem, the Internet TV is poor, but the overall resort-style pool still has extra points. Breakfast is a sight to see, people have things, tastes and inappropriateness. In addition, smoothies are a must, expensive, but really delicious.
