Az Well Clothing Review

Nice place to shop. They have a great selection to choose from. Some employees are much nicer and helpful than others. One problem that i have with this store is that there are always so many items with deodorant and makeup stains. Also, the fitting room is spacious but I would suggest adding a rug/carpet on the floor, because it is super cold when changing clothes especially if you do not have on any socks. For the most part, I ve purchased some really nice items from this store.

I will never shop here again. I purchased a dress to wear to an all white banquet for a conference. I could not wear it. There was make-up all over the front and I could not get it out. My mother agreed to return it for me as I was out of town attending the conference and I didn't want to miss the 14 day window. The tags were still on the dress. It was unworn. My mother explained the situation and asked for a store credit. She was advised she needed to speak with the manager.

She returned the next day. The manager refused to come out and speak with her instead passing messages through a staff person. The tone and overall lack of respect with which my mother was treated was shocking and deplorable. As a result I have decided I do not wish to spend my money or patronize an establishment that treats patrons with such disdain. More, the quality of the clothing is mediocre therefore a return policy that is limited diminishes my desire to purchase from AZ Well. I regularly patronize stores like Free People, Nordstrom, and H&M who care about the products they sell and the customers who they serve. I plan to make sure everyone I know is aware of this incident. I will discourage patronage of this business.

I enjoy coming into this store because the clothes are cute, the staff and environment is so friendly! But many of the items in the store have stains and are damaged.

Love visiting this store when in town, cute clothes and prices are reasonable. However, tried to exchange a piece from their Black Friday Sale that was regular priced on promo, which the staff confirmed I would be able to exchange within 14 days and that only their sale items, jewelry and accessories were Final Sale. The manager on the day I tried to exange for other merchandise calmed the system wouldn t be able to do that and even though her employees were telling customers the wrong return policy that there was nothing she could do. Sadly this is a disappointment and loss of a happy customer due to poor management and marketing

I can't see how anybody hates this store. I am a fan and so is my family. Their clothes are always different and fashionable.
