What an ethusiasm! One can see the chap was born to be a damn doctor!!
And in Sint-Lucas he feels home for sure!

AZ Sint-Lucas Ghent is a super good clinic. You will be quickly helped for everything you come with and this by the helpful and friendly staff. Everything goes very smoothly and this from a normal consultation to a recording. Have experience with both and both are equally good. This clinic is highly recommended for everything because of the highly skilled doctors and nurses or nurses, but also especially to give birth. For this they are known as 1 of the best. The prices are also very good masr this of course also depends on the type of insurance you have and they make absolutely no distinction between the different nationalities or how you are mediated and I think this is excellent! They do their best, beautiful rooms, modern, reasonable food (big kitchen), but lack certain knowledge and there is a shortage of nurse.

4 hours have to wait in the emergency department with a sick baby of 11 months in a box of barely 3m by 2m. If you then ask at the desk how and when we are being helped, the nurse says sorry, I have just started my shift and do not want to start a discussion about why she is moving away. I just wanted a little more information about why everything lasted so long and why we nobody informed us why it took so long.
I will never see me there again. Very unfriendly you have a respect for small children and certainly not willing to inform people.

Family member was treated disrespectfully. He could barely walk and was dragged out of bed, pulled without patience because he had to go to the bathroom. This where I stood by. I therefore reported this and was accused as a liar.

Never your loved ones, terminal mother, father, grandfather, grandma .... leave it there !!! very inhumane treatment and inhuman doctors ..... when a terminal patient has insurance, they stretch life and suffering needlessly, they do not move the patient to palliative, but they move it to special corridors to get as much money as possible. to hit. Bad Hospital I had 1.5 years of cataract pain that still cannot heal

I had abdominal surgery 2 weeks ago and I am very satisfied with it. I was operated on by Dr. Logmans, Dr. Salihi and also supervised by Dr. Volckert. All very knowledgeable. My room was on Street 68. Compliments to all the staff. Despite the quite heavy operation, I had the feeling that I had completely relaxed in Ghent. Thank you all!

Top nursing not a bad point about that. Neurology goes to great lengths to solve my problem.

My spouse was treated there on Friday May 5 for a knee prosthesis by Doctor Dewandel, very good and the care on the street 68 perfect.

January 16 day recording for Dr. De Wolf. Reason for recording: PULL ALL teeth. After one day, I noticed that he had forgotten a tooth. Had three weeks to wait for a doctor was to congress abroad. Invoice received for all teeth and tidy paid on time. Invoice managed forget tooth not paid through mediation. Were wrong doctor so I do not think I have to pay extra. Hospitalization insurance refuses to repay the first invoice because the amount is incorrect. I have been trying for months through the ombudsman service and secretariat of Dr. de Wolf to get the correct invoice. Dr De Wolf refuses to adjust the invoice. Now he is on a medical mission for another two weeks. The umpteenth time I get to hear this when I ask when he will finally get the papers together. Now wait weeks for refund. They always promise to refund the 1070 euros that I paid too much. I received the answer this morning that no refund will be made before January 6. Fairly large hospital that offers most medical disciplines. Waiting times for treatment can sometimes increase. Plenty of parking but not really cheap if you stay several hours. The interior of the hospital is not so bad. Impressed by the empathic empathy of the nursing staff in the oncology department.

Everyone was so kind and professional. I felt reassured at every step. Very positive experience.

My 3kids were born there! Nothing to complain about! Certainly on neonatology you get good support!

I chose my birth to be there and I am so sorry, I would never come back.
The medical team was rude and a nurse was very arrogant and yelled at my newborn baby.
Then we tried to understand the name, but the other nurses were hiding it.

Hello me I come from Namur and it's been 10 years that I go to St. Luke of Ghent and I am very happy with all the services especially in O R L

Emergency doctor in internship made a diagnosis based on his medical past and without a blood test. New blood results today and there is a lot in the red! As an emergency doctor you are faced with acute cases and no diagnostics with complex specialisms!

Patience is a clean virtue, especially if you end up in an emergency. No one will be happy to be admitted, but I had to stay. People were asked which hospitalization insurance I was with. I answered DKV. Apparently I shouldn't have said this. They kept me there for days without getting any research. Their single room yielded. You don't have to sleep at night, because they come to measure your temperature and your blood pressure. They are already there at 6:30 am to take blood. And so it went on and on. The food could not be eaten. If you do not have depression, go to Sint-Lucas, people will get depressed immediately. Afterwards investigate up to and including counterfluid. Their MRI machines must run as much as possible. Now they don't know yet and after a few weeks they had invited me to a day clinic. No thank you. I'm going to Maria Middelares for a second opinion. At least they treat you there in a human way.
