January 16 day recording for Dr. De Wolf. Reason for recording: PULL ALL teeth. After one day, I noticed that he had forgotten a tooth. Had three weeks to wait for a doctor was to congress abroad. Invoice received for all teeth and tidy paid on time. Invoice managed forget tooth not paid through mediation. Were wrong doctor so I do not think I have to pay extra. Hospitalization insurance refuses to repay the first invoice because the amount is incorrect. I have been trying for months through the ombudsman service and secretariat of Dr. de Wolf to get the correct invoice. Dr De Wolf refuses to adjust the invoice.
