Unfortunately this place only deals with companies. It's not a "DIY" parts retailer like some people may describe it. They are a wholesaler, while they may not explicitly say that on their website, you can see from their account registration process that they only deal with businesses. I will suggest a critique, be courteous when the people call and ask questions about products/sales. When even Gaby, the Customer Service Mgr hangs up on you, it's not a good look. You never know if that person may be a key buyer for big companies. Bottom line, regardless, be professional to the general public.

Not the place to go if you need a part immediately. You can only apply for an account online and it depends on how backed up they are to get approved. I have a business license and ROC number and everything else but still can t buy here easily. Easier to just go to Home Depot.
