AZ Airtime Review

This place is horrible ran by some braty high schoolers who don t do anything but sit on their phones the whole time. My son whom is 11 was assaulted 2x by a 16 year old. the manager was going to make him leave the premises and didn t I m sure because they all go to school together. I called the sheriffs and all the staff sat around calling my son a baby in front of him!! Safety is not a priority at this place at all! Common curtosey is not offered here. Staff handing out free passes to their friends wasting the owners money. These kids working don t look to be but 15 working and could care less about anything or anyone in that place just their phones! I will make sure none of my friends or family ever step foot in this place ever!!!! Get it ran by ADULTS that care

Before you change your summer hours you might want to make an announcement on your own website instead of a note on the door! 3 people were at your door at 10 am waiting to get in because your website said 10 am!!

A fun place to take the kids and let them run wild and play for hours!

Very quiet. Not enough help to supervise the kids. The price was good.

The place could be better if it was run by adults and not children who cant be bothered with the safety of your guests. you have teenagers who are clearly friends with the "teenage staff" running around and bullying younger kids but its overlooked because their friends are on payroll. They are jumping and wrestling in areas that are designed for 6 and under knocking little ones down that this area is supposed to keep safe. very disappointed.

My little 2 year old had a BLAST! My wife and I got to jump around and the employees werent being super rude and kicking everyone out for "jumping wrong" or anything. It was a blast. We will be back, u should go- see u there!

Better be ready to move from area to area. Rock climbing, foam pit, dodge ball, lots of trampolines. Both a younger section 2-10yrs and for the older kids they have a big area. Jumping castle, food,snacks, must wear socks. They have some available for purchase.

I'm loving this place just about as much as you can love a kid-infested jumping playhouse. Their check-in process is easy, and there's plenty of little areas that a weary parent can go to relax while they force their partner to watch the rugrats for another 10 minutes until they have to tagteam out once more. Great for parties and groups. Seriously, can we go yet? ;-)

I took my 2 nephews here, my sister and her husband. Thursday Feb 2 2017 around 5:15 One of my nephews is autistic, and 3 so he hasn't quite grasped the concept of patients. Then again what 3 year old does? He wanted to so badly just go play as soon as we walk through the door. He starts to cry and get moody because I have to pay first, and the other nephew being one he's just wanting to walk around. Already have our hands full. It took forever for the guy at the counter to help the one person in front of me. Keep in mind my autistic nephew is getting really inpatient. I get up to pay and the employee told me to hold on for a second. I thought he ment a second. No instead he never returns and I had to wait for the other employee to get off the phone. Never got a "sorry for the wait." I never even got a greeting. Already I saw the terrible attitudes on all of the employees faces. I got charged never got a receipt but with this being my first time here, and hearing nothing but screaming. I didn't think anything of it. I let my family go play while I had to use the restroom. Which by the way doesn't lock. I made sure the door was shut and pushed the lock. Someone walked in on me!!! The lock just clicked open as soon as she turned the handle. Then I go to wash my hands and the soap dispenser was either broken or not put back together right. Now I'm really irritated. So I go out to my family and they were confronted by an employee with another bad attitude for jumping. He had vans on. I'm supposed to purchase and wear non slip socks for everyone and he gets to wear vans ( not non slip shoes.) And in very poor condition. My sister sees I am agitated and offers to ask for my money back. As I watch from afar, the employee she's talking to stops her mid conversation to talk help another customer. Really?! No, I took matters into my own hands. I went up and dismissed her to take the kids to the car. The employee finished what he was doing and gave me the card with a number and tried to give me the wrong change back. When I told him that's not right I payed more, he asked for my receipt which he failed to give me in the first place. Then gets on the phone and has another employee help me and ask me for my receipt. So no communication between employees. Took him a long time to find my receipt in the system, and his attitude was worse! I will never return here again. Thought you should know what actually goes on here since you get "amazing" reviews. Worst I have ever experienced in my life. I'll make sure to go to Pump it Up next time.

My little one always takes a good nap after. Clean and nice staff.

Fun place for kids trampolines rock climbing games and pizza!!!!

I had never personally gone to Air Time till recently for a birthday party. Everyone, young and old, had a great time. Your able to take what you want to serve and also to buy pizza and cake. It's a great way to let everyone have fun!

Kids love it but I got more worn out then they did. And I did not even jump!

We had an awesome time at a friend's birthday party! They had several parties happening at the same time but it didn't feel crowded at all! Excited to go back!

Az air time is so cool from the foam pit to dodgeball it is amAZing

I'm probably a bit spoiled, as we have many variations of this type of play area where we live...this place cost the usual, but didn't have as many things to do. Also, the chairs they have to sit and watch your kid are pretty dirty. But, it did the job and wore my kid out and she had fun, especially the rockwall.

They should let u know the weight limit before u pay

The place is a fun. It has a big margin jumping area, two dodge bal courts, a foam pit, a kiddy area, a climbing wall and pillar climb and repel running. The only thing I was disappointed in was the trampolines are obviously getting a little old and are stretching in some spots which means not all spots are as bouncy, and some places "sink" which is mildly alarming when it happens to you. But I highly recommend it for kids, teens, and adults!

This place is messy and dirty. Seems to be run by teens. Kids had fun, but wont be returning.

Has the feel (and smell) of skate country back in the 90s. Minus the surly/bored teenage workers it's fun for the kids.

This will become our monthly ritual. Staff was helpful and it seemed liked they were big on safety and following the rules. A great place for the kids (and adults) to burn some energy and have fun at the same time.

My kids love it!!! And me too, the massage chair is great, in the mean time, Wifi, food, soft drinks and fun for everyone!

People trash talked and the referee said I was trash talking when I told them to throw the ball

Would give it 5 star but you can't bring your own Costco pizza. They charge $15-16 or the pizza that you pay $10 for.

Really fun place for kids and active adults. Foam pit, rock wall, dodgeball, and other fun stuff. Part of pogo pass.

It's really fun ! Safe for kids , supervisors make sure as long as you're not rough housing crazy ! But overall i had an amazing time with my family. Highly recommend

Had my daughter's birthday there. They did an amazing job. We made late reservations, and they came through. Awesome customer service.

It's a great indoor trampoline park it includes: dodge ball for 12+ and dodge ball 11- , basket ball, foam pit , Rockwall, and a main court they are all very safe and well keeped. They also have a snack bar just in case you forgot to bring water! Over all a very nice place!

If you walk to the front desk to check in and you haven't been here before they make you leave line and go to the back to sign a waiver. The line in the Back is long and can be time consuming as the computers don't work. Other then that it is a great place to bring kids.

Attended a birthday party for my oldest daughter's friend. The rest of us stayed to have some air time of our own. Staff was friendly and the jumping was a plenty. With the option to feed your crew snacks and drinks at the back. All of us had a real blast certainly worth driving out and giving it a try for yourself.

My kids love it here. They jump their little hearts away. Staff is great. Great exercise for them and us. Very fun!! I would try to get deal on Groupon first. They sometimes have weekly specials..

We love coming to this place. Today, though was a different story. The guy watching the dodgeball was letting the older kids hit the younger kids in the face. He said he was watching but he was talking to his co-worker instead of supervising.

Feont staff was so kind and friendly. She was very helpful when the computer kept glitching. Tgebreason 4 stars instead of 5 was the young man running the wall climbing equipment. He was did not seem to have any interest in working with kids. No instructions, advice or care after he got the equipment on. Honestly, my kid was oblivious to it since he was having a blast. His unhappy facial expressions were hard to miss or ignore.

PRO- If you get a Groupon or come when they have a special, it is a great deal and kids have good time. Different activities for kids and good for most ages.
CON- will put 5 yo in with 14 yo to play dodgeball. They don't have cups for water so you can have ice cold water after jumping. There is a hot water fountain or you can pay $2 for a small bottle of cold water. Also, won't let you bring in your own cup, so you can put ice and water in it. So bring plenty of cash for cold water for your kids.

As good as any jump place. Nice staff and they offer a military discount.

Fantastic fun for the kids! We just went to a birthday party there today and it was a whole lot of Fun! They have trampolines, jungle gym thing like an obstacle course, climbing wall and more!

Just had my daughters 5th Birthday here! Great experience! Will definitely be coming back!

Great place to take the kids and burn some energy. I feel like I fit an entire week of cardio into 2 hours. Be sure to bring lots of water as the snack bar is a bit pricey. We went during buy one hour get one free and found it to be plenty of time. Sadly the foam pit was closed off during our visit but I'm sure it's fun. Area consists of a kids area with a jumping castle, two dodgeball courts, basketball court, a main jumping area, in the center they had a rock climbing wall and pillars you could climb.

This is a great place to host birthday parties or just spend the afternoon with your kids. A little warm inside for me. Maybe more fans blowing or lower the temp. Lots of smiles, laughing and activity from all the young guests. Definitely worth checking out. And definitely cooler than outside!!

Previously I have had nothing but good things to say about AZ air time it, it has been a fun cool place to take the kids after school or on summer when we cannot go outside. Unfortunately that isn t going to be what I am saying from now on seven months ago my father and I won a raffle for a free birthday party for 10 that came in a Christmas gift basket at the Harley Davidson bike give away. We had to go directly to AZ air time to pick the basket up my dad showed his ID to claim the prize, I thought it was an amazing prize that would make my sons 7th birthday party in June a big hit! (As this would be something that I normally couldn t afford being a single mother) as it came closer to June I started to look for my AZ air time certificate for the party to set it up in advance. I was able to find the free Sox and birthday T Shirt. However the gift certificate was missing. Upon realizing this I contacted AZ air time multiple times to see if they could help me or have some record of the birthday party. All they could tell me was that thy cannot help us because they have no record of the donation and they couldn t do anything to help us. I understand that I should have put the certificate in a safer place but with a 6 year old and two dogs it is a bit hard to keep track of things. This was pretty bad customer service seeing as though I only got one reply to my email and after that got ignored even though I left multiple phone numbers to be contacted when my dad finally went in to see if they could do anything in person they told him the same thing that he was out of luck. You would think a business would want to keep regular customers happy but I will find my indoor fun elsewhere from now on.

Great place to bring the kids out for a fun day of activities. Reasonable prices and huge play area.

Always a lot of fun. I only wish they could have a dodgeball court open for smaller kids all the time.

Took the kids here for one of their birthdays. We didn't have a birthday party, but just got drinks and let them jump for about an hour. You can't bring drinks or food from outside, it's kind of expensive for one hour, but the kids enjoy it. Friendly employees, will come back sometime maybe with Groupon
