I took my 2 nephews here, my sister and her husband. Thursday Feb 2 2017 around 5:15 One of my nephews is autistic, and 3 so he hasn't quite grasped the concept of patients. Then again what 3 year old does? He wanted to so badly just go play as soon as we walk through the door. He starts to cry and get moody because I have to pay first, and the other nephew being one he's just wanting to walk around. Already have our hands full. It took forever for the guy at the counter to help the one person in front of me. Keep in mind my autistic nephew is getting really inpatient. I get up to pay and the employee told me to hold on for a second. I thought he ment a second. No instead he never returns and I had to wait for the other employee to get off the phone. Never got a "sorry for the wait." I never even got a greeting. Already I saw the terrible attitudes on all of the employees faces. I got charged never got a receipt but with this being my first time here, and hearing nothing but screaming. I didn't think anything of it. I let my family go play while I had to use the restroom. Which by the way doesn't lock. I made sure the door was shut and pushed the lock. Someone walked in on me!!! The lock just clicked open as soon as she turned the handle. Then I go to wash my hands and the soap dispenser was either broken or not put back together right. Now I'm really irritated. So I go out to my family and they were confronted by an employee with another bad attitude for jumping. He had vans on. I'm supposed to purchase and wear non slip socks for everyone and he gets to wear vans ( not non slip shoes.) And in very poor condition. My sister sees I am agitated and offers to ask for my money back. As I watch from afar, the employee she's talking to stops her mid conversation to talk help another customer. Really?! No, I took matters into my own hands. I went up and dismissed her to take the kids to the car. The employee finished what he was doing and gave me the card with a number and tried to give me the wrong change back. When I told him that's not right I payed more, he asked for my receipt which he failed to give me in the first place. Then gets on the phone and has another employee help me and ask me for my receipt. So no communication between employees. Took him a long time to find my receipt in the system, and his attitude was worse! I will never return here again. Thought you should know what actually goes on here since you get "amazing" reviews. Worst I have ever experienced in my life. I'll make sure to go to Pump it Up next time.
