Excellent service. They installed my air and heating units last year and service my unit every 6 months. The annual service was exceptional by two service representatives, Dave and Burton. They were extremely helpful and even cleaned the unit outside. Completed their long annual check list. I was ver pleased. Kudos to these two gentlemen.

Terrible company. Need swamp cooler pad replacement. Called July 4th. Came out Aug 2 18days later still waiting. Called company rude woman talked like she was bothered at having to answer phone. Told they'd call me when they get the pad. Called home depot and requested the never send that contractor out to my home again.

Terrible experience this place was recommended to me by Home Depot I called early this morning to see if they have an opening for today the girl who answered said no we don t have an opening because you are not paying full price of what we charge you are getting a discounted price because they have a promotion for HomeDepot customers there for she recommended to look for a different company if I need it services sooner than what she was able to offer me. Burton was scheduled to come to my rental property to check out my AC units that we had installed 6 months ago. Not only did he provide excellent service, he also went above and beyond to give me advice on an older AC unit that another company installed! He inspected it even though he didn t have to and he explained how to clean it. He explained a lot about AC units and he gave me some advice and his opinion on what he thought could ve been the problem, even though it had nothing to do with AC units. I am so thankful for his willingness to help!

Scam artists. Bait and switch. Sold me a service contract, but now won't honor it. Hired another company to check it out, and found out they installed a much smaller unit than I originally bought.

Poor customer service from the first call. I canceled the quote request after the second call with them when "Sophia" ignored my questions, instead repeating over and over a conversation that had already taken place.

Had a great experience for my install and 1 year maintenance inspection. Service is great, they make sure to follow up consistently and make sure the unit they installed is running smoothly. The gentleman who came to my house today did a lot more than expected. Thank you!

Burton Toney is the most intelligent and thorough technician I've ever met. Burton really cares that you understand the how's and why's and what's of how the AC and HEATING unit works. He even went out of his way dusting the dirt off of my unit. And to go above and beyond of the points of checking my AC compressor he even hosed the dirt off the fins of my AC compressor! Who does that?

If you want a thorough, professional and intelligent technician you need to specifically ask for Burton Toney, AG HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING. In my opinion I think he's the best of the best!

Joseph Sanchez was very personable and professional. He was prompt and efficient.

Great company they installed my unit within 48 hours. And they charged me what they said they would. But when it comes to honoring the warranty they are horrible. I set up 5 appointments and they never showed up. So they are all about the quick buck and short term. Be wary.

Awful customer service. Would not recommend. Promise things that they do not follow through with.

Our technician Harry has always done a fine job. He is very competent, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Couldn't ask for better service.

I want to thank you for the work you did with the insulation and new furnace for our house. The results exceeded our expectations. After the air sealing and insulation were completed, we noticed immediately that the second floor was quieter. So most of the night noise we used to hear has been eliminated. Also, we soon realized that the second floor was much cooler. In fact, it is only one or two degrees warmer than the first floor. Previously it was hotter and uncomfortable. Great results. Much more comfortable. Just what we were hoping would happen. Then the icing on the cake was when I received my electric bill after the hottest July in many years. It was significantly lower than last year, even though the temperatures were hotter and the AC ran more. Wonderful results to help start paying for the insulation investment we made.

Hands down the WORST company to do business with. After one of the AG representatives promised a $1300 Visa card (as stated in our CONTRACT), he has led us on for six months now, and we continue to receive excuses from the company as to why we have not received our credit yet.

Six whole months have passed since the installation of our unit (it is now December, the installation took place in late June) and we have yet to receive ANY type of follow up from the company regarding the $1300 that the company is contractually obligated to provide to us.

Save your money, your time, and your breath. This company is full of scammers. They're the literal definition of a waste of time. They will not call you. They will not follow up with you. They will not "send this to higher management" for further review. They will lie to you and simply hope that you'll forget about what they promised you.

This is the second time Abel has responded to our call quickly. I can recommend AG for both quality service and cost. AG will be our go to for any future air conditioning needs.

We were in the middle of a large remodel and structural addition that required, in part, the relocation of an existing air conditioning unit. If a problem could arise, it did. We experienced misinformation, inexperienced workers, and the general attitude and customer service was as best - not good. Finally, I decided to change direction in the hope that I could find an experienced and honest outfit to support me towards solving the issues I had with our air conditioning unit. It all changed when I called AG Heating & Air Conditioning. Within moments after meeting the AG Project Consultant - Sergio Gutierrez - I knew I was getting information I could trust. He didn't know it at first, but I am an engineer, and I had done a great deal of research due to my lack of confidence in the previous contractor. I was armed and ready with personal knowledge about installing air conditioning units. Therefore I could tell Sergio knew what he was talking about, and more importantly, he told me what AG could do and what AG could not do. He didn't "sing me song" to get my business. When the team came to my home to execute the job, there were all proficient, kind and respectful, professional, and needless to say - they did great work. When we came across what I personally believed was a potential problem, Sergio assured me they would "do what it takes" to get the job done per my requirements, which they did! No hidden cost increases, no surprises. Lastly, it is important that I point out the value in high integrity. Sergio AND the entire team were a complete pleasure with which to work. I initially believed in their honesty and experience, and they proved themselves throughout the job. If anyone out there needs to call on a heating and air conditioning outfit, you should call AG. And if you get lucky, you will meet and work with Sergio, although I can only believe all of the folks at AG are wonderful. My wife and I are completely satisfied and pleased with the entire experience!

Joe was knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and dogged about finding a solution to problems. He was kind, clean and responded to questions. He was good to show photos and actual parts to help explain what the difficulty was with our heating system.

When we started this journey to install an air conditioner into our home, quite overwhelming to say the least. We shopped around and found one that we were happy with. From day 1 we where happy with the Install crew, very knowledgeable, courteous and just a great group of guys. After install we had a few minor issues that had to be dealt with, no big deal. 2 weeks in we had a motherboard go out on ac and one of the techs came out to fix and the problem. We assumed he would be like each of the people we dealt with, sadly that was not the case. I was treated rudely and talked down to. When this tech could not fix it said he would have to order new motherboard and have it installed when it came in. At this point I called AG and I asked for a new tech and they came through for us! Joseph showed up today and blew me away! Very patient with me, answered any and all questions I had in detail. We have a very old beagle who thinks he is still puppy and likes to fight with the neighbors dogs through the fence. Joseph who was concerned about dog came and informed us so that we may protect our fur baby. With my husband working nights and sleeping through the day Joseph made sure to ask us if it was going to interfere with his sleeping I d be fixed it then. That is the kind of service that will make me come back if I have other needs or recommend to family. I can t say enough about Him but will definitely request if I need further assistance. I cannot believe that the Home Depot in Tehachapi, CA utilizes this company for their HVAC needs. The worst customer service. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous. A part covered under warranty was less expensive than the little labor involved in fixing it. Then the third guy to come out proceeds to tell me my blower and coils need cleaning for a total of $1650. That may be ok for the people that you service in Van Nuys that make a substantial amount of money, but I m living on one fixed income! I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy!

This company is very poor for both new installations and repair. I had a brand new complete system installed in 2016 and the compressor went out. When I called about warranty they charged me $130 for a service visit to tell me the compressor was not under a workmanship warranty but they would fight for me to get the product warranty covered. I later called the manufacturer and learned the product was covered. They said at this point it would be $1100 for the labor if the warranty worked out. They called me a few days later and said they were able to convince the manufacturer that the product was covered. I should have had my con artist guard up but I was busy at work and accepted their over the phone quote of $1,097. They scheduled the work and got it all the way done and then changed the price to $2k. They are the worst type of get you over a barrel type of company I have worked with in probably 20 years.
