Lovely clean resort with direct beach accesses. Short walk out of resort complex to restaurants laundry and money changers

We were staying next door and walked over here for dinner at their Japanese Restaurant Genji. Sunday night is buffet night for 32,000 (about $31 Australian) per person. Its was absolutely 1st class with tuna and salmon sashimi, miso soup and soba/udon noodles, Aust. Beef steak cooked to order on the TEPINYAKI grill and a huge assortment of desserts. Food quality and authenticity was amazing!!!
(Hotel itself looks like an Indonesian Botanical Gardens with lakes and water features galore)

Posh end of the line hotel, perfect retreat and great honeymoon ambiance. Really friendly staff, perfectly blending the century old traditions of the country with the modern expectations of a five star. Will definitely be back and do recommend.

Amazing Experience!! Must visit for people who wants to experience Bali Architecture. Right from Porte Cochere to Entrance Lobby to all the Restaurants to Infinity Pool overlooking the Beach. They were amazing. To add to this the Manager upgraded our stay in Superior Room. Which was overlooking a huge Lagoon. The Lagoon is centrally located in the Property. They have one of the Best Breakfast Buffets served. But no Indian Food served. They also have good spread of Speciality Restaurants. But they should add one Indian Restaurant. Over all it was amazing experience...!! See you soon Ayodya Bali!!

The hotel is big. Has 2 swimming pools and a beach club. When staying here the front of the hotel is closed because not many guests are staying so check in and check out is at the back of the hotel. The room is big. Friendly staff. Only the taste of the food is a bit plain.

Located at BTDC Nusa Dua, near the beach so you can just take a walk. Great balinese traditional interior at lobby. And the staff service were excellent, thumbs up!

Good resort and swimming pool.
Beers are cheap however spirit drinks are pretty expensive.
The Japanese restaurant in the resort is very very slow (can take up to half hour just to get a drink ordered) so if hungry and need something quick thats the place to avoid.

We have so many beautiful memories in this place. The kids loved the beach, pool and the kids club. The breakfast buffet every morning was just delicious. A wide array of food to choose from.and best of all, the staff are so warm and welcoming, it feels like home. Never mind the dated rooms, yes it is older than other modern resorts but it is clean and the style is Balinese so you do really get an authentic feel of the place.

One of the oldest 5 star hotel with nusa dua beach view. Good place for your classic bali hotel stay.

Cool places, direct access to the beach, good food at all the restaurant. Good services. Will be back here.

"Authentic Resort"
Yess.. The style of the resort is very local and the environment is good. The rooms are reasonably designed and comfortable.

Early morning checkout only to find out elevators weren't working, had to haul luggages from the fifth floor to the checkout counter.

Am writing this review while on my last day at the resort. And let me break the rating to help people take a informed decision whether to stay here or not:-
- 5 Star for Service & Staff
- 2 Star for location. For each and everything you need a taxi. Terrible restaurants in vicinity & no shopping options. Bali collection is just a trap to rip off foriegners.
- 2 Star for the property except the rooms. Everything is old here and needs serious mainteance. No golf cart to navigate around.
- 1 Star for Rooms which are in dire state. Bath tubs decolouring & mixing with water . Fittings falling off. Jet sprays not existent in rooms. Furniture worn out and the list can go on forever.

Very huge hotel resort, coming a bit into age. Very expensive restaurants inside, about triple of the outside prices. Nevertheless, the service is very good and the place is nice too

The hotel entrance and the surroundings are beautiful immaculate and clean. The staff very friendly and make you feel comfortable even with the language barrier. The rooms are spacious and clean with the balcony veiw which is breathtaking. The restaurant n service is Imbecile. I would recommend this hotel anytime

the garden is neat, cool, comfortable and fresh, the pool is clean and pleasant, the rooms are fragrant, clean, eat this breakfast, this is a complete top markot, you want to taste everything haha, the staff service is also amazingly friendly and very helpful ...

Amazing! Two weeks of beach, food, pool, day trips...it was fabulous. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. There are multiple restaurants to choose from. There are events on the beach most every night. Just an outstanding place to stay.

The hotel is a bit old. But he is very beautiful. All in colors. Every 10 meters fountains, sculptures, chic architecture. Everything is permanently removed. Great beach (for Bali). Comfortable spacious rooms. A huge number of sun loungers that do not need to be taken in the early morning. Clean warm large pools. Live wifi. Poor breakfast.
The main minus is glassware on the beach and by the pool. They pierced their legs several times. There are cans in the sea. In principle, it is not very clean. When entering the beach on the left, a decent cafe with chic carbonara is ideal in terms of price / quality ratio. To bali collection five to ten minutes on foot.

The service to my guests is very good. Unbelievably good. I give input for all the guests of this very special hotel. But I have a story that until now I feel sad. 28 rooms for 4 days I bring guests here to fight so that guests stay here I am totally disrespected by the marketing. At the same time I don't get RUPIAH. Previously I said. I am personal, there is no business license, but I will bring 50 guests more and stay 4 days if I'm not mistaken. Marketing is trying to answer it. After 2 days, I answered that there was no NPWP? I said no. Have I been allowed? Please answer. I borrowed the house and it was clear that my guest wanted to check out and there was absolutely no answer. Cruel markering cuuyyyy. If the facilities are all ok but I don't like the impudent marketing. I can only pray for you to change quickly. Remember my rights, I will always remember you even though you feel this is normal. But for me this is a struggle for 2 weeks. I persuade guests that they want to come here, and you have no real sense of marketing.

I gave one star so it will hopefully help some people: the Beach is NOT private. You can rest anywhere you want and hotel stuff can't throw you away. We spent 10 minutes discussing with them and they left us in peace. Please stand for your rights! Everything before the pavement is public and you can stay wherever you want, don't let the management tell you otherwise. Just honor hotel's property and don't use their beds etc... wish you fun using this nice beach!

Beautiful complex with stunning Balinese architecture, lush gardens and easy beach access, but rooms rather dated.

Breathtaking, and rooms are very very reasonably priced. Service is amazing and tons of things to do at the hotel. Recommend the Gamelan performances by the reception

Very nice, huge hotel with beautiful grounds, great pools and a nice, clean beach. Rooms look a bit older, but okay. The food is very good but also very expensive, also the drinks. Massages, etc. also very expensive. The shopping street of Nusa Dua is only 5 minutes away and there are some supermarkets and good food options. The breakfast buffet contains everything you could wish for. The doctor of the hotel is there twice a day and really very good, but you should plan for a visit including medicines a little money (which you get back from the foreign health insurance at home). Staff always very friendly and accommodating. Some beach traders are running around here, but they are not very pushy. Overall good value for money, but you should be aware of the high prices on the ground.

The hotel rooms are very old, without repair - absolutely do not correspond to the level of a 5 star hotel. Beach towels are old, thread of them climb. There was a hole in the duvet cover. The price of the hotel does not match the quality. Of the advantages of the hotel is a large and beautiful area.

The resort is very large and has 5 restaurants, several pool areas and a direct beach in front of the hotel.
Overall, the area is very nice, but you can see that it is already getting old.

The hotel guests are about 70% from the Russian-speaking area.
The pool rules are in Russian.
The menus are in Russian capital letters and English smaller letters.

We stayed there for three days over New Year's Eve.
The hotel offered two options to celebrate.

But why do you get as a hotel guest for a New Year's Eve party drink vouchers for beer.
You could still decide for water or coke.

You could buy a two-hour beverage flaterate for 1,000,000 IDRs.
This probably meets the taste of most hotel guests, but already unusual for a 5 star resort.

The restaurants were always in the evening always ghost.

The numerous restaurant staff were always waiting for customers.
You can choose between different buffet restaurants or a la carte restaurants.

Because there is so little clientele in the restaurant, 2-3 waiters immediately storm one and want to do everything perfectly.

I find it scary when watching 6 eyes while reading the menu.
Well, you just want to work.

The food was good, but not above average. For the dinner (a main course) for two persons and a soft drink over 60 has cost.
This is really too much for a dish of no particular quality or originality.

Then there are the employees who all have nothing to do, but want to be employed.
I once counted 24 people in my field of vision.
That will not go well.

Overall, the hotel is quite nice, but just too expensive for the quality offered.

Superb experience,nice regal rooms,delicious breakfast, personnel beach outstanding.

They have many birds roaming around the ponds. Vast ponds near the restaurant, Spacey Lobby. Memorable stay especially when you sneak up early in the morning to check on the sunrise

Incredible location and concept, but housekeeping staff attitude and reservation systems need to meet 5 star standards. Front desk manager Ms Maina is awesome and deserves a 5 star for what its worth.

Beautiful Hotel/Resort, lovely staff and very welcoming. Would certainly recommend it. Expect if your are a westerner to see fellow Asian guests having photoshoots by the theatre and to my amazement in the pool!

Awesome place , I would suggest to spend alteast 3 days here if you really want to enjoy this resort and all the amenities they are providing.

Great place for staying and enjoying the beach with family.

Nice resort and beach is fantastic. But the food selection is very limited and ordinary. I would recommend making food arrangements elsewhere.

I don't like this hotel, the room is too old, I don't want it anymore, it's a suggestion, why don't I leave it on the move, I move to Discovery Kartika Plaza hotel, the service is good, please recommend it for those who want to holiday at the hotel and lazy to walk furthermore, in the discovery of the young man who was managed with the sea view then the atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful and comfortable

A beautiful and fun beach to swim and play in the water

The nicest and best hotel I have been. I myself was in the Palace section, the six star section. You pay a little more but then you are served at your beck and call, a private beach with service.

Awesome Lobby, friendly staffs that can handle things pretty well. Beachview and trees are the plus, with more natural building and awesome view from the Lobby. Overall, it's great!
