The wait is crazy, every time. We switched doctors because of a retirement and this is now our 5th trip here. Anything from a simple blood draw to an appt has been at least an hour. I've even asked when the best times to come are to not wait so long. They've told us every time the wait is not so common but seems to be. Also had med changes not charted. Luckily I had phone calls with messages saved. I was really hoping the first couple visits were a fluke, like Dr. Dunlavy but the operation seems inefficient compared to other experiences. I know things get busy and don't feel hard to please just not impressed by things so far after several visits.

I see Dr. Selecta I think she's very good and very knowledgeable and dose not leave you waiting for a long time. One problem I have with the clinic is they started having you make a appointment to have lab done. I waited a long time to get my blood drawn the wait time was less when you didn't have a appointment

After 13 years I have to say Im Impressed with AxtellCinic and the Proffesionaly knowlegable Doctor Richard Glover M.D.. As one who up untill 1999 I was not impressed by General Practioners. I was impressed by Dr. R. Glover`s proffessional attitude toward helping a patient right off. Ive learned about steady proffesionilism with common sense wisdom. Somthing a patient can only admire with time.

Well I love Axtell clinic my Dr is amber grant she goes out her way I tell her what I need she go over board to have it done I want change Dr or nurse I love her nurse as well I don't know the nurse name but I can describe her she is a doll

I have been going here about six months, but have found a new doctor after my treatment this morning. I literally only need to see a doctor every six months, but have recently had migraine and sinus issues. The APN I saw yesterday decided she would cancel the meds the doctor gave me when I didn't want them cancelled, and give me a new drug that made me SICK. I called and made and appointment with the regular doctor , and they said they had a 9:45. I told them I had a dentist appointment then, so could I have a later time. She says sure, how about 10:45? I agree and hang up.

I show up at 10:40, and they say my appointment was at 9:45 and I didn't show up. I asked if I could at least get the medication I needed that the APRN cancelled. After 10 minutes, a blonde comes to the front desk and said I can't have the medication. I ask why not, and she said you haven't been off the other one long enough. I asked when it would be long enough, and she said, "Look ma'am, you aren't seeing the doctor today and that is the gist of the matter." If you want to support liars at the front desk instead of patients, go for it, but don't expect people to keep coming there. Your APRN is bad enough, and I have left her an honest review. Treat people with a LITTLE respect and you might keep patients, at least for the doctors there who are decent.

Watch out for overcharging! Axtel incorrectly coded the insurance billing and now my wife and I are stuck paying for their mistake.

Way overpriced in my view. For a basic dr visit they charged over $230! After my 2nd visit I discovered the cost. Surely there's more affordable clinics around.

Love Dr Slechta! She is very good at addressing all needs! Takes the time to really discuss issues!

I called to check if they took walk-ins and was told yes. However, when I arrived they told me they could not take me because I had not established care and would have to make an appointment. That's not a walk-in. They need to get things straight so everyone is giving out correct I formation. The judgemental looks from reception weren't appreciated either.

Not sure why appointments are taken. The last two visits I have had I sat in the waiting room for 45 min to an hour, then once I get to a room sit for another 45 min to an hour. If I didn t need to be seen I wouldn t have made an appointment. When the front desk is approached (like their sign asks you to do after waiting 15 min) they tell you that they are just waiting for a room to clear. You might have better luck coming during their walk in hours. I Really do like the staff and Dr it s just the time management issue I guess.

If you can even get through the phone lines you get put on Hold under staff and rude
