As already mentioned, employee suggestions are not taken seriously enough. Many PP slides and documents are created for this, which cannot be implemented in this way. In my view, there is a lot of incompetence behind what you want to sell for expensive money. In the end, the engineers have to pay for what was promised and turned on by other parties than what I know. Many employees, including really specialists, have left the company. Keep it up and more will go. The benefits are also no longer in line with the market. But it is only important that money is spent on employee events, in which the upper floor is mainly represented

The management quickly attracts expensive external consultants, even though the know-how and time may be in the house. A sign of leadership weakness when important decisions need to be delegated to external parties.
Unfortunately, many good people leave or have to leave the company ... and are replaced by new "hopefuls". This often leads to large gaps in knowledge.
