After trying several other places in the area and being denied, I was able to get a document notarized here, no problem. The gentleman manning the desk was extremely kind, helpful, and funny. He goes out of his way to ensure convenience for his customers. This is my new go-to place for anything packing, shipping, and notary-related.
Scott, the owner , is great. However, the woman that just waited on me this morning was very curt and impolite. Not necessary.
Finding a notary is harder than you might think, in my town. I got seven pages notarized, 17 pages faxed, an overnight next day envelope sent FedEx, and purchased a greeting card, all in one store. The owner was very patient and efficient. Would I go there again? You betcha!!

I needed to ship back an electric bike earlier today. If it didn't ship out today it most likely would've cost me 500$. I have never been here before. I walked in to a very friendly and sincere greeting. I work in customer service and I know when I recieve a generic "hi, how are you? How can I help you". I also can tell when the person greeting me actually means it! The owner Scott was very sincere and I believe he truly meant what he said!
I walked in and said "I don't know what I'm doing please help". Apparently I threw him a curve ball because he had to analyze the situation. The bike was oddly sized and very unique. He absolutely hasn't had to ship something so oddly shaped. It's hard to describe online... We discussed possible options and agreed on one. The shape, size, and overall awkwardness didn't fit in a box. Long story short, Scott and I packed it up and it got shipped on time!
I've never been to his store before but will go to great lengths to make sure that EVERY opportunity I have to spend money at his store I will! He does more than shipping stuff. While in his store I saw birthday cards, dvds, bracelets, jerky, cold drinks, chips, PO boxes, and lots of random cool stuff. If this review sounds like I'm looking out for a friend I don't blame you. The reader, no BS I went in with a problem to solve and I feel like I left with a friend!
I even watched him go to great lengths to help save other customers using UPS or FEDex!

Well after being treated HORRIBLE by the owner OF THE UPS STORE ON AGORA DRIVE IN BEL AIR...I decided to come here and I do not regret it one bit! Very professional but also laid back and sooooooo friendly! I couldn t recommend a better place to use for my businesses shipping needs! Seriously the owner is the nicest guy ever..he walked me through the overnight shipping process and helped me get done what I needed to! I WILL ALWAYS COME HERE HANDS DOWN BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
