Honest evaluation of an (ex) -employee

REALLY MANIPULATES / DELETES THE HR AND THE GL TARGETS NUMEROUS KUNUNU CONTRIBUTIONS, because she does not want to admit the honest reviews of disappointed employees ... The exterior is so much glossed over.

So here's my uncensored opinion:

working atmosphere
z.t very close to each other, not the same on all floors regulated. from "stock" to "stock" worse ...

superiors behavior
many superior soft conflicts and unpleasant situations (type = fair weather boss)

communication
strongly improvable. communicate in a timely, open, transparent manner.

It's not done yet with a few balloons. Far too much show / self-actor, rather than clean communication ...

Career / development
in further education more and more is saved. Especially on the third market, well-trained employees would be decisive and "worth gold" as a distinction from any competitors. But the money is better invested in other places .... Internal development opportunities rather low.

salary
have gotten worse with new employment conditions.

suggestions

"Initial euphoria" / recovery slowly but surely gone. Mood, Spirit + Cohesion never as good as at AXI times. On the one hand, this has to do with the fact that one separates from long-standing colleagues and that the management is too far away from the base. Unfortunately, many decisions are incomprehensible. That was definitely different in the old days ...

The management quickly attracts expensive external consultants, even though the know-how and time may be in the house. A sign of leadership weakness when important decisions need to be delegated to external parties.

Unfortunately, many good people leave or have to leave the company ... and are replaced by new "hopefuls". This often leads to large gaps in knowledge.

There are still many construction sites!
