I slept very well because the bed was made wonderful, it was very comfortable and clean. With a few hours of sleep the rest was very helpful. The breakfast - free buffet is 5 *. The shuttle works very well.
Yes, it is true that they took time to check-in, but it was due, in my case, to the fact that a flight had been canceled and there were many clients waiting, as well as the time it took for the receptionists to work with the system.
I would repeat, without a doubt.

Hotel always highly recommended, especially for Barajas airport transfer.

Our flight was cancelled and we were sent here to stay the night and I must say how impressed we were. Helpful staff, an excellent hotel, nice and close to the airport with a regular free shuttle. The only thing I don't know is the cost as it was all paid for by our airline.

Rooms very correct. Dinner at night is a la carte and the only alternative is sandwiches at the bar. The pool too small and the bar is too far.

Although away from city centre, the hotel is pretty good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is pretty good. There is a gym as well for the guests. The staff is polite and it gives a great experience in this hotel

Stayed here to drop my daughter off at Madrid airport. Hotel was fine, drop was fine. Drive back to Andorra seemed to take longer.

Very disappointed with the service received at the hotel. The facilities were fine, but the service left a lot to be desired. They gave me a copy of my room key without doing any security checks nor did they call me to ask if it was correct, they did not ask for any kind of document to deliver the copy of my room key.
The room smelled a lot of cigarettes, when it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.
At the time of check-in, they did not inform me of the hotel services, hours, or where the restaurant was located or anything ... A great disappointment despite the fact that I was going with very high expectations

Very good hotel, new facilities, good sized and well maintained rooms, very friendly staff. Parking is paid, there are many places outside to park on weekends, difficult daily. Bus transfers to the airport. Not very well connected with El Centro but with the airport and a bus takes you to the metro. If it is a recommendable hotel.

The traffic near this hotel is relatively convenient, the facilities are complete, and the price/performance ratio is relatively high. The only bad thing is that it is a bit far from the city center.

I travel here from work. Only minus from me is the breakfast selection. Could be more choices on the self service buffet counter

Good value for money, location far from the center, good option to go to the airport by location, plus free transfers to the airport. Much movement in the corridors with the consequent noise, spacious bathroom and good shower. The only dryer defect stops automatically after 20 seconds and the shower closes with a water outlet.

Just stop by the bar, I went to find a relative who was staying there. Very posh

They have us a family room with terrible smell of smoking. The heating element in the bathroom was noisy. Finally the breakfast was poor and low quality... (low for a 4 stars hotel).

I stayed at the AXOR for just one night because of an airline error, I had complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner and very good quality. The rooms are very good, the only thing that would improve would be a way to charge electrical appliances without being present in the room (if the access card is not in the port, the room does not have electricity).

I do not recommend it to anyone, the rooms stink of cigarettes, the attention is ominous, the experience was terrible ...

This sister hotel to Axor Barajas is just as pleasant to stay in. From the lobby all the way up to your room and down to the restaurant for breakfast every morning, my 3 day experience was just worth it. The complimentary coffee each morning is worth looking forward to...and though the view from your window may not shout 'scenic', you'll find solace in the heated towel railings in your bath.

September 20, 2017 it was decided that the Champions League final is going to be held at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid June 2019.

Immediatly, just a couple of hours after that I contacted a few hotels close to the Stadium.

Managed to scoop a great reservation at another hotel because this hotel raised their prices 700% over the night? Seriously? Almost two years ahead... Disgrace.

Remember to check their spa section. Needs a reservation few hours prior. Does not cost extra.

Nice atmosphere, very qualified staff. Enjoyable experience!
