I liked working with Frank because he was always willing to spend hours on the phone with me to ensure that I understood every aspect of our home loan. He gave us lots of good options, and was willing to listen to my opinions and take them into account when giving advice. I have strong opinions about money and debt, and Frank was able to field my opinions, analyze them, and give me excellent advice (sometimes contrary to my opinions, which make me think).
