The opinion applies to buildings sold by AXEL Computer Sp. z o.o .: Despite comments in the protocol and receiving calls to remove the above drawbacks of the company since nothing was done. After buying the building, no contact with the company, they do not answer the phone, do not write back to emails and letters. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Below photos of the falling facade and the effects of a leaking roof (nothing has been done to this day) Upgrading to review the response of the owner: Companies developer is an example of his audacity. To this day, which falls elevation and has stains is not depicted. The roof leak was only repaired after a year and a half, and the President claimed at that time that "only we think it is leaking", which can only be summed up with the word "mockery !!!". The developer forgot to mention the scratched windows, where he further claims that only we think. Although there had already experts on the subject who stated that the windows are scratched. Now we are waiting for the third window specialist (probably if he finds it scratched, we will be waiting for the next one). I am surprised that instead of getting to work, the developer has time to deal with comments and claim that mine misses the truth, where in fact for a year there was no contact with him. At the moment, except that I do not recommend it even discouraged !!!

For houses sold by Axel Computer. Very difficult contact with the company after buying a home. The building has drawbacks and despite calls for repair, nothing has changed in this matter for a year, we have not received any dates when the fixes will be made. A year ago, a roof leak was reported, including photographs of streaks in the rooms, leaks due to unregulated doors ...
