I took out a policy with Axa for a trip to Thailand, attracted by the health insurance that I had read was good (thank goodness I didn't have to try it !!) I thought about paying something more and taking out a "COMPLETE SHIELD".
We arrive in Thailand, the first flight arrives about 1 hour and a half late and we lose the connection.
On the way back I simply asked Axa for a refund ...... initially they seemed friendly .... then the quibble race to not pay started ....... hallucinating !!

Of 5 emails sent to Mr. Unknown liquidator, I have NEVER had an answer, not even for "good courtesy". The thing was justified "normal" by the operators of the center, because they say will be contacted only at the time of compensation.
At this point, does it seem serious that such a company is not able to give me the due information I would like ?? What view the impossibility of a telephone contact, not even be able to respond via email ??
