A disappointment, I feel ashamed for them ... from half a word of their dear contract, they deduce others .... but they cannot tell you WHERE it is indicated and send you to the next and next operator again !!

Forget it ... they cost twice as much and ... and that's it ...!
I took out a policy with Axa for a trip to Thailand, attracted by the health insurance that I had read was good (thank goodness I didn't have to try it !!) I thought about paying something more and taking out a "COMPLETE SHIELD".
We arrive in Thailand, the first flight arrives about 1 hour and a half late and we lose the connection.
On the way back I simply asked Axa for a refund ...... initially they seemed friendly .... then the quibble race to not pay started ....... hallucinating !!
- 1. "we only cover if he leaves from Italy" "uh ... I left Italy .... in addition, paying the additional days, just to be covered ..!"

- 7. Then it can be deduced (and on this they have not answered ....) that if I have to go to Sicily starting from Milan, and the flight makes a stop in Rome, if the flight Rome-Catania is lost due to delayed flight Milan -Rome .... Axa does not refund!
BUT ..... IT IS NOT WRITTEN ON THE CONTRACT THAT THE POLICY DOES NOT INCLUDE MULTI-ROUTE TRIPS, it says "world protection" !! The rest is all their own ... fantastic deduction .... who can't tell you where they are from ... quote incomplete articles .... little legal competence, but who knows what law they apply in Spain?

Stay away. I will have written to them 6-7 times, each time a different person replies who knows nothing and everything starts all over again, every time the usual excuse, they write from Spain !! (perhaps or from India, everything is possible), and punctually to repeat the same story that however ... however ... IT IS NOT CLEAR INDICATED ON THE CONTRACT, THE CONTRACT INDICATES ONE THING, they deduce another ... . !! Strange ah ??
