Very nice place and excellent service and treatment

The service is excellent although the restaurant and the cuisine are not on the hotel level

A wonderful place with five stars and with specific places for smoking

Clean and beautiful, but no soundproofing between the rooms

At first glance, the hotel makes a great impression, it is quite modern and the staff is always eager to please. The breakfast buffet is good and especially the fresh juices are good. The Italian restaurant has a good variety of different foods that are really good too. There is also regular live music, which is nice, but a bit too loud for some entertainment.
The rooms are good and at first glance also clean, quite OK for Cairo. The minibar is only refilled on request, has advantages and disadvantages, it didn't bother us. 2 bottles of water per day were included in the price, so the minibar was not important.
The conference rooms are in a quiet location, but very dark and technically not very up-to-date in terms of the presentation electronics. In addition, the air flow of the air conditioning system is quite unfavorable and annoying.
The pool is nicely laid out, there is even a pool bar. The view isn't that exciting, though.
The free airport shuttle service takes you quickly and comfortably through the security checks.
With all this good, why only 3 stars? The hotel claims to be exceptional. Many employees make an effort and managed to do it. But not many either. For example, the towels in my room weren't refilled once.
Furthermore, the receptionist did not note my name or my room number when making a shuttle reservation and, in principle, completely ignored my question. That doesn't give you the feeling of being in an outstanding hotel. Still, if the price is right, a usable hotel with potential.

The worst experience I booked room already in sonesta tower in eygpt , cairo, eltayran
I booked one week 3 rooms
And i went out when i back to hotel I found them toke my room and give it to another guest and take my luggage out cuz they want to sell it again
I don t how they can enter my room snd pick my luggage without my permission
It s not respect for privacy
I did complain already and nothing happened they don t care about anything that s why I will post my bad story here to inform all people to don t trust in sonesta hotels they can throw your luggage out and give the room to another guest who can pay more

Great hotel, clean great service perfect prices/value

The place is excellent and the employees are absolutely outstanding

Quite a nice position for a hotel, Notjing fancy in the hotel itself.

Stayed there for two days, rooms are clean, people are nice , breakfast is nice, breakfast ends at 10:30 am .. almost everyone is asking for a tip, ironing service was too expensive.

The location is very clean and the rooms are clean but the staff are in a bad style especially the security and the reception

A wonderful hotel and a great location, the reception staff is highly professional and has a very respectful guard and security staff and many services die in it. At the time of my stay, the Benin team was present during the African Nations Championship. Halls
But it may not be suitable for conservative families due to the large number of tourists and so on

I like the hotel the location is near the airoport. The rooms are okay the extra beds are a bit old. I felt safe in the hotel. The food is a bit expensive but it's okay. The rooms are clean but the things are a bit old. I think Sonesta it's like a european 4 star hotel

Nice hotel that's very central & still close to Cairo airport

Its an old hotel and feel old as well but close to businesses in nasr city & Masr elgedida including stadium. It is very far from pyramids and other famous landmarks
