Great location on Salah Salem. 5 minutes from the airport

It gives me the feeling that I am in a place that I have like my house but with five stars

Stayed there 1 night during a business trip. The room and the facilities were good. They have a couple of good restaurants inside as well. Breakfast was alright. Overall, it's good if u r there for a short stay/business trip.

Rooms are okay but no heating at this time of year. Froze having come from a.e.asia

Overall very good hotel, customer service could be better.

Everything about it was very good except the food at the breakfast buffet was very bad and does not worth the 15 usd per person at all.

This was such a nice hotel and the food at the restaurants were absolutely delicious. However, I could not recommend staying at this hotel during the winter months, because they don't have heat and it was extremely cold.

best hotel for business cuz its very near to Cairo airport and 30 min do downtown

We ended up in the presidential suite. Now it has to be said that the hotel is a tad old but it also adds to the charm of it. The breakfast however wasn't that great. All in all tho nice staff and experience.

Much higher prices for foreigners and with no breakfast included. Else I would give 5 stars to this very beautiful hotel.

Airport reception services from the hotel are free and wonderful. Honestly, we left the passports and inspections with ease. Praise be to God .... The reception at the hotel is also excellent
But the hotel does not deserve five stars, such as the hotel, the building feels old, and the rooms are also very expensive, but the price is expensive in relation to the luxury of the room and the building
And they have a place to make calls, of course, with the money that is available there
As for the exit from the hotel at 12 noon, but we can extend it to 2 o'clock.

I love Sonesta Luxor more, but Des Bardot prefer the most beautiful hotels ..

Generally had a good stay! Staff are very friendly!
Not a hotel for a non smoker though, everywhere is aloud to smoke, i find this inappropriate as there is no place for a non smoker to eat in peace!
Sorry wont recommend this for non smokers!
Although a requested for a non smoking room, when my AC is running it blows air with smoke in my room!

This hotel is in a good location overlooking two important roads and with a 15-20 min drive to either the airport or down town.Cairo. However, the rooms need renovation and the overall service be it during checkin or house keeping or room service or even valet parkeing is slow and hardly friendly. Overall prices are moderate.

Very bad service and no good communication. I tried to book a venue for a party and i contacted them many times for prices. They kept transferring me from one person to another and i could not get the prices except after long time after I decided to book a venue in another hotel.
