The reception staff was very good and the room service staff was the worst I met

I had a great visit here. I stayed for 10 days and they were great. We were a big group together and we enjoyed our time.

Scam hotel par excellence. Employees harass people for tips. I paid 11 as the amount on the bill, when I asked for explanations, the gentleman at the front desk was rude. Really choose another hotel if you seek tranquility. There are other good hotels in the Nasr city area

Hotel chic and attractive and the destination is beautiful

The rooms are cozy enough and the staff is really helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, their food is not that good 1 Star food for a 4 Star hotel.
They are exceedingly pricey too.

5 star hotel a bit old but the reception is always friendly

Overall the hotel is marvelous very clean reasonably priced and very helpful personnel
The quality of food is great weather the buffet or the room service the parking is ok but it should be included in the price of the accommodation but it is cheap anyway

Spent five days at the sonesta. This hotel has style. Aint no cookie cutter big brand name sellout no. Cool place very welcoming.

I had a double room, I think it's in the old wing of the hotel. The breakfast was good served but the refill was a bit slow. There was no mirrors in the room except the bathroom's. Otherwise, the room and the bathroom were clean. The reception and the service was great and friendly.

Rooms was too small and very old decor. I think if we take hotel online , they give old rooms only... Have experienced earlier also....

Great hotel! From the moment I got off the plane to when I left, I had such a great experience! Location was cle to Naser City, which has a lot of food and shopping. This is going to be my new go to hotel in Cairo. It is very clean, affordable, and overall great property!

I have a note ... I booked through the bookings, and the reservation was for Egyptians and residents in Egypt, and the amendment was made after contacting the Booking Company, and the matter was dealt with quickly and urgently and in proportion

Professionals and smiling with visitors, residents and travelers in general ... There is a restaurant called the Patio in which the supervisor Ayman Mustafa and Professor Zuz Allen is the highest of respect and ethics

Much less than expected according announced. Very anpleasure and dangerous condition of equipment in bathroom. You will really feel that many people were used same bads before
