Agency really dishonest and incompetent, to avoid at all costs !!

Bad experience with this agency. Indeed, the rental manager rents some apartments where a problem of cockroaches is known. This element was in no case reported during the visit of the property, while the question on possible nuisances in the building had been clearly asked. Not being the trustee of a building does not mean lying to potential tenants about known problems with the building in question. Lack of honesty. Basically, they are ready to take the tenants for pigeons. What a lack of professionalism! I wasted my time and my money.

I sold my apartment avenue Jean Jaures with them. It went very well, despite more and more complicated procedures and the hazards of different stakeholders! (No compliment for Simmogest on this occasion)

Agency to avoid for rental, it must be relaunched permanently in case of problems, are not reachable at the times announced by their answering machine, do not respond to telephone messages.

This agency is a horror, a gang of incompetent people. NEVER put feet on it. We decided to change agency because of their incompetence, and because of this they have blocked our sale for several months! A lack of professionalism that will bring them to trial!

A NIGHTMARE
Apartment rented with this agency and obliged to leave in 2 months:

- Structural building malfunctions intentionally hidden during the visit.
- Signature of the lease without knowledge of this very important information.
- Agents ALWAYS (100% of times) late.
- Lack of mailbox, zero management for activation of the phone (no management in general, A shameful team of "professionals")
- We must restart the mails 4-5 times more to call to get an answer
- Deposit of late deposit (2 months and a half) having retained a part without justification.
-Censure automatic of this evaluation on its Facebook profile and on its website

By cons maximum speed to cash fees and commissions to avoid absolutely.

Security deposit returned with excessive, and not justified, cleaning fees.

Amount of these cleaning costs: 158 !
For some dust, possibly, found in the apartment, it's expensive service.

I strongly recommend this real estate agency (little / not present for its tenants and who abuses hidden costs)

Real pros and what does not spoil anything else friendly. They sold us a family apartment in the 17th exactly at the price of the mandate and on time. To do again if we had another good.

A hell ... 4 months to recover a deposit check ... Incompetence. Run away.

A lack of professionalism, seriousness, ready to denigrate the tenants with the owners ... I strongly recommend this agency which is in no way recommendable.
An example among many others where I had to wait almost 7 months to have access to the intercom (which they first wanted to charge me), I could not close my window during ALL winter (heating consumption goes with it as well as colds and sore throat).
This agency is very difficult to contact, either by email or by phone. Despite LRARs and several email reminders, I have rarely had answers and solutions to my problems.
If I had to list the different ones I had with them, I would spend the whole evening there.

To be strongly avoided if you want to have a reciprocal relationship with your lessor and if you want someone professional.

AVL is a particularly incompetent real estate agency. The agents presented the apartment I rented to me, giving me only incorrect information. The least serious: they told me that there was electric heating, while it is gas, but it is to show how they have absolutely no knowledge of their property. The most serious thing, they did not tell me that the apartment was above the kitchens of the KFC (it is therefore very noisy, while my first criterion was calm). They also gave me a whole bunch of completely false information: for example that such room was the home of the guard (whereas it was the refectory of the KFC). The gentlemen of the agency certified to me that there was no problem with this apartment, that they had been told that it was quiet! I also told them that I had the impression that the door was forced, and they certified me the opposite, even though it had been forced. WE CAN'T TRUST THEM! And when I complained, they swore to me that they would call me - which of course they never did. What they are telling is a tissue of lies. But above all they do not know the goods they are renting. An agency to avoid! The agents are filthy incompetent!

Finding an apartment has become a very difficult task these days. The best way to avoid wasting time is to find professionals who will support you in your efforts.

My roommate has already made a report of mishaps that have happened with the real estate agency AVL. I will add a few comments:

We waited for the minutes of the deposit more than a month after leaving the apartment while everything was in the as we had hired the well. At first the owner has not paid the deposit to the agency. Fortunately a law exists and forced to make in one month maximum in the absence of work to be done ...

Also, when to call them it is a real headache!
A tip, press 1 (sell) when you call and there PAF ago someone immediately to meet you, which of course you redirects to the management service that meets on the spot!

To continue on the communication component, the mail looks too new technology for them because they were not answered after three.

I see they meet certain comments left by fake profiles by offering quote: "We invite all our readers to come and meet us in person to form their own opinion over coffee at the office." In short, I would not recommend this agency whose staff is all but match.

Whatever the demand, it was always necessary to make a considerable number of revival by mail and telephone. I was able to send up to 10 emails without any answer. VERY POOR AGENCY

Management team unprofessional and not respectful of the customer. They cash the rent checks very quickly but take 3 months to change a closet and 2 months for a water meter ... I recommend this agency.

I used this agency to visit apartments. I salute the lack of professionalism of the agents and especially the aggressive attitude of the switchboard. I asked for the cell phone number of an agent who was supposed to show me around when he was 45 minutes late, and the switchboard operator just offered to come and get my men off at the agency. Not to mention the "black" plans offered! This agency is the shame of the job
