Overall, this is my favorite of all Moscow airports.

Quite a good airport, prices are the same as in all airports, a set of shops - almost the same. Clean, lots of signposts, clean toilets. There are luggage packers, many places to eat, both in the departure area and in the check-in area. There is a capsule hotel, which, by the way, is very convenient if you need to wait a long time.

In general, it is a good, clean, more or less new airport. But there is a feeling of ongoing construction. As in other Moscow airports.

Everything is disgustingly organized. Huge entrance queue. The queue for pre-flight inspection is at least twice as long. One of the fastest and most convenient airports has become the slowest and most inconvenient. If it were not for the priority pass and fast security check in the business lounge, the flight would be late. Reserve an extra hour if you plan to fly through this harbor.

Today I am flying to St. Petersburg, the flight of the Pobeda airline was delayed with landing and departure for 30 minutes, but none of the employees, including on the speakerphone, informed about the flight delay!

It s a normal airport, but it doesn t cause a desire to sit longer.
There are no napkins and paper in the toilet of the departure area, although a cleaning lady walks. On the wall there is a strange device for dispensing paper towels, which not only children, but even teenagers, can not figure out.
There are also questions for employees of different airlines and cafes, but probably this already needs to be addressed with them.

The worst airport I can remember
1. Not enough seats if you arrive before check in
2. Stinky toilets and not enough cabins there
3. Wi-Fi asking for phone number but I didn't get any confirmation code
4. There is no any drinking water anywhere. You have to leave your water before security check and after that is the only way to get it - BUY. that's not humanly.

Only check-in is long, so check in online if possible ... Otherwise, it's not a big understandable Airport.

We flew from Vnukovo to Anadyr, during the check-in of our carry-on luggage there was an overweight of 4 kg and we were forced to pay for the overweight, without offering to disband it. While we went to pay for the overweight, our hand luggage was safely sent along the conveyor belt. What right did the employee have without receiving a receipt for payment of the overweight of hand luggage to send it without the knowledge of the owners ?! As a result, we had to wait and recall our carry-on baggage again.

The worst airport i've ever visited, zero customer service, absolutely rude and impolite, charged me for cabin luggage, the one i used in 2 other airports prior i got to Vnukovo...

The only caveat - Aeroexpress has big 1 hour breaks at the most necessary for business flights time. Therefore, see the schedule in advance. Maybe a break in the trains.

The airport is nice and modern but the customer service was exemplary - I left my wristwatch here at the security check zone. When I called by phone, the staff informed me that it was found and they promptly returned it to me 7 days later upon flying out (they charged a small storage fee per day, but it was absolutely negligible). One of the worst airports ever. First time in my life I experienced that staff in Airport does not speak english! Really, even in not touristic destinations people care what they hire for the job in the airport while Russia has a lot of visitors, especially Moscow. HR staff, wake up! Girls in security are not able to say a word in english, in cafe a waitress to a question what kind of meat it is, impersonated a chicken. Funny and sad at the same time.

Public transport signs would be nice to place at the airport, I broke my head how to find a bus stop.

As a law-abiding citizen, I registered on the website of state services and received a QR code for those arriving in Russia. I tried to show it to someone, but nobody needs it here. Hence the conclusion that you can neither register on the website of public services nor submit any questionnaires. And it was with an empty airport. Only our flight from Istanbul arrived. But the customs post was clearly bored without work and checked all arriving luggage. And this is in the green zone. I am an elderly person and it was hard for me to load my big bag from the cart onto the belt. But instead of helping me, they rudely forced me to turn it over in a different way so that it would go into the apparatus for transillumination. At the exit from the airport there is no sign where you can approach the ordered taxi. The entire territory is fenced around the perimeter with a mobile fence.
