Although there are currently few passengers at the airport due to the pandemic, the organization of work wants to be better. Upon arrival, they formally refer to the collection of Rospotrebnadzor questionnaires for COVID 19. Nobody checks them when leaving the plane and I personally saw how some passengers did not turn them in at all. In the baggage claim area, there is another Rospotrebnadzor post, which asks if we have passed the questionnaires at the first post. If you answer that you passed, then they let you through. As a law-abiding citizen, I registered on the website of state services and received a QR code for those arriving in Russia. I tried to show it to someone, but nobody needs it here. Hence the conclusion that you can neither register on the website of public services nor submit any questionnaires. And it was with an empty airport. Only our flight from Istanbul arrived. But the customs post was clearly bored without work and checked all arriving luggage. And this is in the green zone. I am an elderly person and it was hard for me to load my big bag from the cart onto the belt. But instead of helping me, they rudely forced me to turn it over in a different way so that it would go into the apparatus for transillumination. At the exit from the airport there is no sign where you can approach the ordered taxi. The entire territory is fenced around the perimeter with a mobile fence.
