Convenient to get there by public transport, the bus stop is right next door. No need to look for incomprehensible minibuses.

The only thing that is inconvenient for a foreigner is paid internet. Shame on Vnukovo management for allowing such heartless, corrupt and unprofessional individuals and services such as UTG and particularly Prokopchuk A to rip passengers off asking for cash just before they board the plane and issuing insensible ultimatums. What a shameless corruption!
I have never published a negative review but I will not forgive being insulted at this airport by UTG and its corrupt employee, who came on me like a chainsaw to ruin my entire trip experience. I literally got off of one UT air plane and was about to board another UT air plane with the SAME carry on, tagged with a carry-on tag. It was a TUMI licensed carry-on with a serial number, universal for all airplanes. I have travelled around the world with this matching Tumi set for over 5 years now non-stop and never had to check it in. This is one of the times I wish I could pour all the four letter words down this suite that did not deserve the person wearing it. I was disgusted by all the demands, but I had to pay to check-in my hand bag, I couldn't believe what happened. What a scam and what a shameless way to defraud passengers! Please STOP this corruption and have some respect for people no matter where they are travelling to and from and what passports do they have. Please STOP this discrimination for once and for all. It is not appropriate to any airports at this day and age. What you could work on instead is to provide some basic wifi service that is apparently lacking at your seemingly "award-winning" airport.

An airport does not meet the expectations of an international airport in general. After many airports around the world. The feeling that the airport is not intended for new customers but only for those who already "know and know" otherwise there is nothing to look for here.
The toilets are in bad shape, 4 variables that do not work, 4 toilets, only 3 of them work, everything is dirty.

Priority boarding almost never works on internal lines when passing control. The same when boarding an airplane. The control itself, in my opinion, is weaker than at Sheremetyevo. They are never asked to open / turn on the computer / tel.

Throughout the airport, no one monitors compliance with social distance and wearing masks. It is impossible to enter the building, passport control, or registration without being in a dense crowd. Both employees and passengers violate the rules, which are written at every step and constantly voiced throughout the airport.
Passengers without masks are allowed into the building (and almost all passengers without masks already!), Do not ask to keep a distance, they do not measure temperature, and many people cough.

The staff wasn't responsive, helpful and willing to give assistance. Nearly missed flight depending too much on her information.

The stupidest thing you could think of was dividing streams into floors. You cannot leave the second floor, hence the eternal traffic jam on arrival.

Mostly from Vnukovo I fly on domestic flights. In general, everything is going well, but today is just a nightmare. In the midst of the vacation period and the period of high workload, it was decided to let passengers inside the airport through only one (!) Doors and through only 2 (!) Security checkpoints, which are at the entrance to the departure. Queue for 40 minutes. Passengers with children - it doesn't matter whether they are small or adults - are trying to skip the line: congestion and hustle and bustle. Nobody keeps any distance, of course. Passenger safety? no, you haven't.

Everything is super. Fly through Turkey. The service is good and the planes do not cancel. I suffered with Aeroflot 3 times canceled the flight and the money for the ticket has not yet been returned. Scammers.

There is no order at the box office and ticket check-in locations. The workers are rude. When passing customs control, sometimes it takes more than an hour, the volunteers create an artificial mess in the queues at the Passport Control point. Before boarding the plane you have to buy food and there, too, do not drive around. Airplanes are flying late. In a word, there are some disappointments at this airport.

A modern airport with all the necessary amenities. Polite staff, convenient logistics, the signs are clearly visible. There is enough space, even if there are markings that prohibit sitting next to you. There are markings after 1.5 meters in the queue.

I don t understand why people where complaining about this airport a lot. I came here 4 hours before my flight because I was told the waiting line is terrible here. However, it wasn t. Took me 30 minutes in total to drop off my luggage and pass through security check. Now I basically have nothing to do for more than 3 hours til my flight
Clean roomy airport it seems. Only thing to complain is so far every toilet I ve been in was dirty as hell AAAND charging points are not easily available. Other than that, nice airport. I like it.

I think it is the most convenient of all Moscow airports. Get there quickly, everything is clear inside. I try to choose flights from this very airport. Recommend

A great place to be. The local airport and international are together. Relaxation and waiting area is on the 2nd floor. It is a wonderful experience to be in Moscow.

I love to fly from the Granddaughter, although lately it has become crowded like Domodedovo, but still it s cleaner, the staff is somehow more attentive and more measured, there is no calgory.

Airport Vnukovo spacious, free. I don't give five stars to this airport because the procedure to obtain the wi-fi connection it's only in Russian, you have to pay 50 rubles to use only on a device and you recieve the code to use it on the mobile phone that don't work if you haven't a russian tlc company sim card.

'Free wifi' is not free and instructions only in Russian. I had to transfer in VKO but the transfer desk was closed so I had to exit the terminal and do long lines for security and passport control again.

I have not been at Vnukovo Airport for 20 years. At the end of February 2020, I had to meet a man from the glorious city of Irkutsk, who had arrived on a Victory Airlines flight to this airport. Of course, over the past twenty years, amazing epoch-making changes have occurred. In the late nineties, the airport was small, dirty and uncomfortable. In general, some kind of freelance. There were never international flights on it, with the exception of the government Vnukovo-2, from where various kinds of government delegations departed and met and ceremonial meetings took place according to the diplomatic protocol. Now there are a lot of changes! Although Vnukovo Airport is still small compared to Domodedovo and especially Sheremetyevo airports, it is somehow cozy. In it, I did not notice large crowds. Convenient access to the airport to the arrival and departure areas has been made. Nearby convenient multi-level parking. The parking price is acceptable, even compared to the price of a parking space in the center of Moscow. If you compare with some European small airports, for example, with the airport of the resort city of Nice, then the comparison, in my opinion, will be in favor of the Vnukovo airport.

The worst airport in Moscow. Everything is done to inconvenience the passenger. And another nightmarish pickup and drop-off zone. Today, for example, upon arrival, I had to walk with my suitcases along the entire terminal, because the airport acknowledged its own inability to establish a normal taxi ride and simply put up a fence at the exit from the terminal.

A lot of crowding, queues for registration and dropp-off (at the "Victory" in any case). In platform buses - social distance ZERO CENTIMETERS! In fact, passengers are just like herring in a barrel ((and this lasts 10-15-20 minutes! Many also carry bags. And, as a mockery, everywhere, including on the doors of buses, there is a warning about the need to keep a distance !! !

My subjective opinion is the best Moscow. The prices of the stores in the calculation do not take, they are transcendental everywhere and do not withstand any criticism. And in terms of convenience there are no complaints. All thought out. Aeroexpress. Convenient and fly and fly. Adequate staff.

I love Russia alot and the service of public facilities but this airport is not that big like SVO, and from my view it can be better in services like seating faclities or good cafes)) Else airport staff is friendly as usual in Russia))

Airport within walking distance. For me it s more convenient than anyone in terms of accessibility and transport support. Of course, prices are like in any aerohub. But the number of hotels, even the Hilton across the road, metro, aeroexpress, two highways is convenient.

Very nice and spaceous airport. There is also the brand new terminal A they just opened. Gotta check that business lounge they have on the upper level. I loved the fact you can access passport control checkpoint right there and there is absolutely no line to get thru!!! Lots of place to have a drink or two and grab a bite. Will definitely recommend it to anyone. Not sure if staff speaks english, lucky me Russian is my native tongue :-)

Awful navigation (not visual, sometimes controversial). Passport control is normal. Security control is just ridiculous - cross lines, it's not clear where they start, lack of boxes, and non-working scanners

We flew from Vnukovo to Anadyr, during the check-in of our carry-on luggage there was an overweight of 4 kg and we were forced to pay for the overweight, without offering to disband it. While we went to pay for the overweight, our hand luggage was safely sent along the conveyor belt. What right did the employee have without receiving a receipt for payment of the overweight of hand luggage to send it without the knowledge of the owners ?! As a result, we had to wait and recall our carry-on baggage again.

Surprisingly, coffee in a vending machine is twice as cheap as in Koltsovo. Actually, two hours of docking quickly passed

This is disrespectful. The absolute. Someone cannot afford to stand such an amount of time on their feet. Someone is flying with children, who also have to stand in all lines. Someone registering online does not expect to spend more than an hour in line.
