Poor not enough to select from food wasn't replaced in a timely fashion

Real nice beach. Rv park movie theaters. Pool , all kinds of food. All by itself on the river.

Great Sports Book. Very modern and clean casino. The staff is awesome.

Always have a great time at the Avi, and even got to win a little bit!

Here for Memorial Weekend, check in was quick and bell service was quick. Room was clean, and didn't smell like smoke which can be rare because of all the smokers in Laughlin. Food was ok, buffet was good but all the multi ingredient dishes no simple foods. Pool was fun, and service was excellent, drink was full the whole time :) Good times so far, couple more days to go.

The bed was very uncomfortable there was water bottle in the room was not free so they charge you on your account, no pool or any restaurants were not open just fast food other casino had there's open, we got some food and started to eat while playing slots no eating in the casino floor are you kidding me never again coming to this casino

Clean casino, great place for kiddos. Kids quest is the bomb! Wonderful staff lots to do for kids. Arcade, movie theater, 4 places to eat a bite of food not in buffet or sit down restaurant.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The absolute worst resort I have EVER been to. Our annual family trip to the river we decided to stay at the Avi instead of our normal downtown Laughlin hotel thinking it would be more kid friendly. We had a total of 3 rooms 7 adults and 5 kids. Spent a ton of money between rooms, food and gambling. Our first day down by their so-called "beach" and this is what happened. The sand on the beach was so hot that within 2 steps my husbands foot had 2nd degree burns and eventually ended up 3 weeks later with an amputation. The worst thing of all was after returning from the local hospital, I was visably upset and I brought the hot sand to the managers attention and the fact that there were NO WARNING SIGNS and was treated with such disrespect and disregard I was amazed in disgust. I asked if I could please have a wheelchair for the remainder of the weekend and was told that it is not their policy and there is nothing they were going to do to help my husband get around for the weekend and to please step away from the desk. I ended up going to the Aquarius Hotel in downtown Laughlin who were more than happy to lend me a wheelchair for the weekend. After doing my research and realizing that because they are on "tribal ground" they basically don't answer to US laws and are free to do as they wish and have no guidelines but their own to follow. So no matter what happens on their property they are not responsible if they don't want to be. Then it all made sense... I do not wish this nightmare on anyone. My husband is now possibly losing his second toe due to these burns and it has been 2 months since the incident. Any casino who makes the money they make should hold themselves to a higher standard.

This place has a great at home feel. You won't want to leave.

This is my playroom!!! My husband and I Love it!! It's the perfect size. The staff is outstanding!!! The food choices are varied and excellent!!! The winning actually is possible!!! It's beautiful. The rooms are outstanding!!! The beach & pool areas are gorgeous!!! It's a MUST SEE!!!! Also check out the gift shop and bring money, you'll want to leave with something, I am sure of it!!! Had to get a last minute reservation since my Wife's Father passed away. Arrived after the office was closed and found my packet out front as promised. Our space was smaller than I anticipated for our 5rh wheel wideouts. Next Morning I went to the office and asked if we could move to a premium space that had more room for us and the Dogs, they really went the extra mile for us. Great Spot and lots of room. I have been a guest at the Avi for 15 years and always very happy with the Park and the Golf Course. Thanks again!

The hotel needs extensive renovations. The roads and parking lot are on their last leg. The hotel is just worn down and old. They have so much local traffic I don't think they care too much about visitors. We were on a no smoking floor, which in a casino is the best they can do. My 5 year old immediately found a cigarette butt on the window sill behind the curtains. I just get the impression that it's a low grade hotel that has a great spot on the river. It's 2-3 stars all the way around. There was an empty beer bottle on the grass in front by the main entrance as well as a cocktail glass with a straw at another location. I saw these checking in at 5:00 on Saturday and they were both still there when I left at 12:00 the next day. Really? No one is responsible to walk the grounds? Now I am being picky but the rooftop view our suite had was sad. There was a 12' ladder outside my window, 3 rolls of tape, misc. 2x4 pieces and lots debris. If someone cared about this place those details would be addressed. This is just a cash cow for the tribe. I would never pay to stay here, it was complementary from a local who frequents the property often. I hope someone important sees this because this place could be so much more with the right management.

One of the best breakfast buffets in town. Thursdays 2 for one price made it extremely affordable as well

Family friendly. Has a private beach. It has an arcade. Rooms don't have mini fridge. You can get one for $10 per night. No coffee maker. The hotel looks outdated.

Went to the front desk. The Lady had a really piss poor attitude. Here's your room, it's down th8way. Which way, that way...ok...
Walked in, smelled like a dog had just craped there..Turned around, back to the front desk chick with attitude..Unapologetically and with "Tude" reassigned us a romm on the 2nd floor..Where? Down that hall,2nd floor..
We finally found the elevator, room was the farthest away..My wife and I have trouble walking...It's obvious...Thanks chick with attitude...Now I have attitude...Went to pool area for a drink and hot tub...No bar...back inside, get a drink, out to enjoy the hot tub, but wait !! 5 or 6 kids squinting each other jumping in and out, 2 fairly well lit dudes, no parents...Screw it...Back in, gambled, lost...
Go for dinner...Fast food or the WAY OVER PRICED STEAK PLACE...
One night was enough !! Never again !!
Motel 6 in Downtown Needles looked better than this DUMP !

Love this place. I never win at the Casino's but the other day thought I'd give it another try... Walked up to "Buffalo" put in a $20 and hey I got $50 then $100 then $200 and just kept winning. Every once in a while i would lose a little bit but the majority of the time it was a win. I ended up walking out of there with $560 $$ DALLORS ! And never had to put any more money in besides that single $20 I put on when I first started. So "Buffalo" is now my favorite and I take it he likes the $20 dollar bills nothing less lol. Another time before this I also got a $60. dallor win. So with losing our home recently and now being homeless we've been able to have a warm place to lay our heads to sleep by being able to rent a motel for a while. And with the rest of the money I've been doing lots of Christmas shopping for our 4 beautiful girls! Thanks "Avi " !

We visited 4 of the many casinos during our 2 week stay in Bullhead City and this one seemed the friendliest. Also was the only casino where we broke even!

The room is decent. It has a private beach. Front desk was cool, nice and friendly. In a secluded location also.

We went here for a family vacation with our two young children. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They do use the little hotel pillows that my wife does not like. Bring your own pillow. The beach was small but not crowded and the kids liked it. There were showers to rinse off the sand. The pool was excellent with two children's sections. We used the child care and saw a movie without an issue. The cafe was a bit slow on service but the buffet was a bargain on two for one days and kids were free. There was only 1 white trash fight in the food court and the security team came quickly and got rid of them. The penny souvenir machine eats your tokens. The main elevator for the central tower was a bit slow, I suggest you use the north elevator or the stairs were easily accessed too. Also the ice machine would run a bit short sometimes, just use the ice machine on the next floor up it seems to get less use.

Nice place, well kept. Very nice people and good assortment of machines.

Fun resort on the river with a launch ramp, beach, pool, casino, movie theater, restaurants and childcare facility.

So fun, family time and get away time. Games, movies, food, and fireworks was worth the long drive. Thank you.

Decent place to stay,but most of the staff was rude, then after i had paid cash and checked out they charged my card, when i spoke to the manager she said she would call me back, and never did. My bank is now disputing the transaction. Be very carefull and keep your receipts if you stay here!!!

I stay at the Avi every time I have to work out in Needles or surrounding area! Clean place and rooms! ... I stay during the week and head home for the weekends, I've been staying here for 8 weeks now, so I've gotten to know the staff and they are all awesome! Very professional and personable! Makes being away from home a lil easier! Thank you Girls!!

Cool place to come and hang out. We stopped over here for a few cocktails, and sat on their beach and relaxed. Would like to come back and stay, as it is a little ways from the other casinos.

They have good price prices on cartons of cigarettes, I'd give 5 stars but payout is not great

I give it a two the only thing that was good about the Avi was the price the Jets did not work in the jacuzzi at all and you allow kids in your jacuzzi when you have adults that want to come and just relax they don't want kids kicking around in the jacuzzi

The room gets 4. The casino gets a 2. The room was very clean and spacious. My room had a refrigerator already in it. The casino was nice and clean. Restaurants were closed with the exception of the coffee bar. Coffee was good, though. Food court was open for limited hours, though. The casino floor is only open 7am to 4am. No table games at this point. No bars, either. Slot machines were extremely tight. Not much fun when you lose all the time. Overall, a nice place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Spent most of our time down at their private beach. Really beautiful view of the water. The only thing I didn't like was all the cigarette smell especially in the casino.

Everyone be aware about the Kids Quest The staff is not well trained in explaining the especials and you will be charged more than you expected like I did when I drop off my two kids and they said that they will get the biy one hour get one free especial, and the end I ended up paying for their entire stay they will not refund our money for the second hour. Elissa the Assistant Manager was no help at all she was kind of rude.

Today we were driving on AHA Macav and there was a little Yorkie-type dog running down the busy street and several cars stopped and others were whizzing by. She was so scared, biting everyone who tried to grab her. Finally I got my dog out and she managed to help me get her out from under the truck, and wouldn t you know... She jumped right into our van. We spent the next 3 hours driving around and talking to people trying to find her owner. We went to Avi Casino hoping someone reported a missing dog, but no luck. Everybody at the front desk was concerned and so helpful. Finally a woman there (Rebecca in VIP services) got on the phone with her rabies tag number and YAY, found the owner. I will be forever grateful to the hotel staff for their kindness. Many thanks to Rebecca. I know where my family will be staying when they come to visit.

Fun place! Had a great time. The atmosphere is nice. Very clean place. They even have a kids quest zone where the kids can play and the parents can have a little adult time. Definitely coming back again.

Best pool and beach in Laughlin. But in the summer it can also be the most expensive

The food in the cafe and buffet were gross. The elevator to get to the rooms were broken twice. The staff told us the wrong place to go 3 different times for an event held here. The water served in the restaurants tasted like it came straight out of the river. The whole place needs a good cleaning. I had to clean our bathroom before we used it because the counters weren't even wiped and the toilet was filthy.
Fire your executive chef and clean the whole resort. The entire experience feels like the owners are trying to be cheap and put in very minimal effort to make this a nice place. Would not recommend this place to anyone and will not return.

Decent rooms, wierd smell around all of the hotel, good breakfast, very nice with all the restaurants at the hotel (panda Express, subway). Okay pool area, nice beach. Nice employees.

Great place.. food and environment, the golf course is beautiful

The Avi is a beautiful resort. We visit laughlin several times a year but this was our first stay at the Avi. Weer liked it so well we extended our stay. The pool and fitness center we terrific. Weer plan to stay at the Avi next time we visit.

This looks like it might be fun in the summer with the river beach access. The hotel and casino need better cleaning and upkeep. The rooms are average. We didn't gamble due to covid, so I can't speak to that. Restaurants poor to average. Surrounding area is depressed. No nearby services. I recommend going into Laughlin for better options.

Beautiful pool area. Customer service was very good. I spent the the day there. Very reasonably priced and accommodating. I will be returning every weekend for day use. I will definitely be telling my friends and family!!

room was very clean and a very comfortable bed room was very quiet, feathers resturant was very good food with a great frendly staff. Casino slot machine's were tight and Casino area very smokey, A very nice pool with waterfalls and beautiful beach area

It's a great place and has aged well. The only negative I have is that the pool is freezing this time of year. The hot tub is awesome though.

Two for one buffet is fine as long as you aren't single...they pay full price. This is the reason we will not be returning. We are a group of five. In addition, the food is not that good and certainly not worth $18 per person.
